Almost just lost my rear view mirror if not all the paint on the right side of my car to some Morris tow driver driving down Emmet. I can only assume that their service is fast, and that cars that are on their trucks are safe, but for the rest of us we should watch out.

Outstanding service! I called for a tow, was quoted a time and a price, and had a truck at my door within the estimate. The driver was able to start my car, which was a surprise, so I could drive it to the shop myself.When I got the invoice he had just charged me for the jump, which was less than I was quoted. He could have towed and charged me more, but he took the extra step in quality service.Super professional, super friendly, and super going into my saved numbers just in case.

Had an emergency tow. Dylan was the gentleman that showed up to do the job. He was friendly and courteous. He was also very prompt. Their rates were very reasonable. If the need were to arise, I would definitely call on them again. I would also recommend them.

I called these guys for a tow and got my catalytic converter stole. They claim they did do it but I know they did my only went two places Honda and this tow place and when I called the guy he wasn’t straight up with me.

The driver picked my car up today after I was involved in an accident. He was extremely kind and professional and even offered to drive me home. He was very understanding about the fact that my car was my only form of transportation, and he offered to not charge me the storage fee for the lot if I got my car out by Friday. Thanks so much! I’ve heard stories about towing companies that take advantage of people, so I’m glad this wasn’t one of those cases.

Great experience with Morris Towing. Car was stranded for a few days at Kroger on 29. After I contacted them and explained my situation, they met me when it was convenient for me. Shayne had the car hooked up quickly and securely. Dropped right where I wanted it at my house. Rate was very reasonable.Thank you. Highly recommend!

The operator was so kind and polite. He showed up on the site with an attitude of professionalism and willing to help us get out of our situation. After an unnerving experience, his calm demeanor was exactly what we needed.

I called Morris Towing late one evening while stranded with a ruined tire. They explained that it would be two hours right away and suggested I try someone else. In the end I decided to go with them, and I’m so glad I did! I had to leave my car unattended, and asked if they could come the next day, but the driver came that evening. There was excellent communication and convenient payment options. I would definitely use this company again!

Broke down and needed to be towed 30 miles back to Charlottesville. They were the only company willing to do it, and their price was more than fair even when they could have taken advantage of my situation. They were there within an hour and the driver was great company on the ride back.

My Mother in law broke down in Charlottesville with my two young boys in the car with her. Morris Towing was the only tow company willing to help me, they were already busy but when I stated it was my mother in law and two kids they hustled to get there. Their rates were very fair as I had the car towed over 100 miles south. I would recommend these guys to anyone...great job guys!

First day of vacation towing our new travel trailer, hit a bungee cord and one of the trailer tires shred. It’s 6:30 pm. Called AAA and found out we didn’t have RV coverage. They gave us a few towing companies, none of which were able to change tires. Finally got in touch with Ray Morris who was getting ready for his vacation. He actually listened as I explained our predicament and, even though he wasn’t equipped to work on trailers, he agreed to help us out if he could. Ten minutes later he pulls up and gets to work. Another ten minutes and our spare tire was on the trailer and we were ready to resume our adventure. I thanked him when he arrived, as he was working and when he was finished. I asked him why he was willing to help when so many others had turned us down flat (pun intended) and he replied, “When I got your call I could only think what if this were me tomorrow while I’m on vacation.” You so rarely find truly customer focused companies who are willing to take extreme measures to help anyway they can. Very polite. Told me up front there was a 2 hour wait. I acknowledged that was not a problem. My issue was not a rush. At the 2 hour mark, I recieved a call from an FBR driver stating that Morris was backed up and he was asked to take care of my situation. FBR driver was great. I really appreciate Morris sending someone when they were tied up. I will call them again, if this service is needed.

Had to retrieve my truck from where it had broken down out in the county. Service was excellent, Ray came and picked me up, took me out to where the truck had been left and brought me back to where he had picked me up when we dropped the truck at the garage in the city. The charge was about half what I anticipated! THIS guy deserves your business.

Had a honda prelude i needed towed into the shop. He brought a roll back and did a great job making sure it didnt scrape loading and unloading. Also backed the truck down my long winding driveway without dipping any wheels into the grass, which was much appreciated. Also had a very fair price.
