Needed some work done to my Mazda CX7 called dealership and was treated like an illegal alien, plus they said that they would not be able to get to it for months. So I had to find a good mechanic and tow service. Called A1 and they had a rollback to me within the hour. They started work on my ride that day! If you need tow service or major repairs I highly recommend there service!

Amazing..not a word I use lightly but our job took rigging, levelling, balancing and expertise with equipment and techniques. Ive only seen recoveries like this on TV. These guys could have a show so they can certainly handle your tow/recovery.

My semi truck broke down on i64 W. called the owner, he came out to the location of the truck quick and very professional. was not able to fix on spot, he towed truck and trailer to his shop. fixed the truck as soon as he could had me on the road going home. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs assistance or repairs.

Called them to pull my husbands dump truck out of a deep ditch. Agron and his helper arrived promptly. They were very careful and knowledgeable about pulling the truck out AND they were much cheaper than the other tow companies we had called. They were extremely nice and made us feel comfortable. I needed a car towed about 30 miles, and every other tow company we contacted was trying to screw us over. A1 did it for literally (and I mean literally) half of what anyone else quoted us! On Christmas Eve 2019 I had car trouble while parked in a grocery store parking lot. My car wouldnt start. After a technical glitch trying to reach my roadside service, I was able to reach A1 Towing Service and they arrived quickly. They assessed that my battery was dying. Once they charged my battery, I was on my way. So grateful they made my day!

I needed them to replace my starter and service was surprisingly fast. They came to tow my car in a reasonable amount of time and the actual service went by quickly too. Alec was very amiable and professional. The costs of labor were fair and the price of the replacement starter probably was too. Ill likely come back to them if I need something else done.

They were very quick with the retrieval of my car and so easy to work with. We had a brake failure, the warning came on (on a Saturday). After reading reviews of very good experiences, I called A-1 and described my problem. I said it would take an hour for me to get there and they also offered to tow me in if I would prefer. The repair required removing the under plastic panels of my BMW X5 and repairing two brake lines that were rusted through. They replaced the rusted out sections and had to bleed the air out of the system from where I had pumped the brakes with no fluid in the system which couldnt be helped. They took care of me in a very short amount of time for the amount of work involved and I had the car back in the afternoon. I thought the bill was fair and I happened to know the mechanic from previous repairs at another shop. I will use them again for repairs. They are truly a repair shop, not remove and replace like you might get elsewhere. Thank you!!!

A1 Towing helped us when our truck broke down pulling a 40ft 5th wheel. We were two hours from home and they towed our truck and 5th wheel all the way home to Fredericksburg for us for a great price. The only ding I have is the family dog had to ride in the broke down truck but other than that they were so helpful and affordable in a long haul emergency.

I have taken two different cars here for repairs. My first car needed the entire back end replaced. Agron looked for parts for my first car for several days, then gave me a quote, but informed me that because of the age of the car and some other problems that would soon present, it was likely not worth repair. He didnt charge me for checking out the car or the time spent looking for parts or even the time spent warehousing my decrepit car.I returned six months later with my new car concerned about the brakes and calipers. Agron was my contact person again. His team found the problem was limited to the brakes and rotors, saving me hundreds on calipers. He worked hard to get me the best possible price, giving me even discounts I probably didnt even deserve. He also had the car repaired and ready to go within four hours.A1 is one of the most honest and ethical mechanics I have ever worked with. They show respect to their customers and have great integrity. And to top it off, their prices are great. If they keep this up, they will have my business as long as I live in town.The only downside is that they dont do car inspections.... but they work with someone who does and are happy to refer.

What is the deal with these people? If you’re 24/7 towing then be available 24/7. The guy I talked to on the phone was very rude. I called him around 5 PM wanting my car towed. He claimed that he’s booked up all day and night. Not buying it. My guess is whoever they have on rotation didn’t feel like working.
