I had my brand new Ford F150 sent to Taylors to be repaired due to a dealership. They were fast and honest. There was one minor error and they quickly made it a priority and got the job done and now looks like a brand new F-150. I would recommend.

Did some great work repairing out car after it was hit in an accident. Very friendly and easy to work with staff helped the whole process run smoothly. We have difficulty with the tire pressure as many 07s do and we came in for our appointment just as the tire pressure light came on and they filled it up for us without us even asking, great service!

I remember when Chevy or one of em used to proudly proclaim, Body By Fisher. I can say just as proudly, Body By Taylors. The caliber of work is as good as it comes.

I was in a wreck and the other driver admitted fault. My insurance company left me to fight the other insurance company by myself. Taylors Auto Body realized immediately I was struggling so they offered to take over all conversations with that insurance company.They fought for me and were able to get the repairs completed with original Chevrolet parts. This was during a GM strike so everything took longer (just over two months) and the situation was even more stressful. The also did a superb job of completing all repairs, and their communication was amazing. Once they took over, I had complete peace of mind.I am so thankful for Taylors Auto Body. I hope you dont find yourself in a situation where you need them, but if you do, I highly recommend them.

Recently my wife had her 2017 HONDA PILOT worked on at Taylors Auto Body Shop. From all the wind we have had recently, a large branch fell on her car. From Auto Body shops I have dealt with in Richmond and others, this place by far surpasses them in Professionalism and Quality of service. To sum up our experience in one word. EXCELLENT!! Service was great, everyone was nice and helpful. took a little longer than they predicted (by at least two weeks) but I’m mostly satisfied. my real only complaint is that even though the part of my car being worked on was the front headlights and bumper, the shop took it upon themselves to clean my car by taking every thing they could find from the front and back seats and shoving it into my trunk. I would greatly have preferred no cleaning to having someone shove a bunch of my belongings on top of each other with no sense of what was heavy or light. My trunk was already quite full and it’s taken me a long time to find some of the things I need in my car which would have been in the same place I left them if the car hadn’t been cleaned. maybe ask your customers if they want this service, because I would have refused if I knew about it. no other mechanic has ever cleaned the inside of my car so I had no idea it was going to happen, and I appreciate that this attention to customer service is probably something others enjoy, but this was very badly executed and I would rather have just had my car returned to me in the state it was in them suddenly have to sort out an entire packed trunk full of my belongings.

At first we balked at the 17-day repair quote but they finished the car in exactly 17 days so we were very happy with that... Then we pick up the car and not only was it beautiful and as good as new on the outside [fantastic repair job and they thoroughly washed it] but they had also detailed the inside! Oh, and I cant forget to mention the gentleman who gave me a ride to work when I first dropped off the car; I cant remember his name but he was so nice and we had a great conversation along the way! A+++

Outrageous estimate.. 5500+when another told us around 9-1200. And took it to different place and they did a phenomenal job for only 1200... They didnt want to be bothered it seemed unless it was going to cost alot and go thru insurance.. their prices were overly inflated

Really good experience. My wife rear ended another car and thankfully no one was hurt. Our van needed extensive repairs. This was a couple of years ago. Our van came back perfect. I fix things myself and do a lot of base auto maintenance so I know how hard it is to do everything perfect, but they did. Van looks great, it runs great. Absolutely zero problems and I thought I should commend them on that.

Awesome shop! Hometown folks with hometown service.Marcy and her staff were extremely patient with me as I had to deal with the other guy’s insurance. Through several weeks of back and forth, Marcy jumped in and set things straight time and again. She even helped get my wife’s van detailed before we picked up.I hope you never need a body shop, but if someone with Allstate insurance ever rear-ends you, you’ll be glad you chose Taylor’s!

Incredibly helpful after I was rear-ended. They towed my car and kept it safe after the accident. They also helped me deal with insurance when the car was totaled. Friendly service and storage. Im thankful for their help with a rough patch this year.

We needed repairs done to two doors on a State Farm claim. When finished, the car looked great. However, we had a persistent leak onto the back seat floor which wasn’t there before. We took it back once and nothing was found. I then removed the inner door panel myself and found that three quarters of the re-used vapor barrier was hanging loose, unsealed. I fixed it myself.

We got a recommendation for Taylors from three different people in town, word-of-mouth. Even though the online reviews are slightly worse than other similar shops that the insurance worked with, we decided to use Taylors because of recommendations from people we knew. They did a really great job on fixing my car; the damage wasnt serious, though. I couldnt tell anything had happened to it. They were also very friendly and answered any questions I had. My only complaint is that they couldve done better at estimating when someone would be calling me back with more information and updates, and being a little bit more proactive about it. I called multiple times and was getting different time estimates. Overall, I recommend it, and would go back there should the need arise again (hopefully not!). Thank you!

I had my vehicle taken there for an estimate, because of their add indicating they work for the customer not the insurance company. I was told my vehicle would be kept under cover, and it wasn’t. My husband went by 3-4 time to obtain information about the status of the estimate, as they were talking directly with the insurance company and not as the owners of the vehicle. It was like we didn’t even own the vehicle. Our vehicle was disassembled, and part from an undamaged area of the car was removed and broken, all bolt, screws, and clips were thrown away. We were told they were not re-usable, which as definely not the case. They would not own any of the responsiblity of the broken part, and parts they disposed of. To say the least I was very disappointed. I did not expect for my vehicle to be returned to me with more damage, and missing parts that were usable. If this is working for the costumer, I must have missed something. Very miss leading.

Fixed my bumper on my Suburu Outback and made it look brand new! Now I just wish the rest of the car looked like that! They also went ABOVE and beyond by cleaning my car for me. I’m embarrassed to say it needed it, there was mold on my floor mat from a spilled drink! I can’t thank them enough!

EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT FROM BEGINNING TO END. IM PRETTY SURE THE GENTLEMANS NAME WAS BOB. HE CAME OUT IN A GOOD MOOD. LET ME BACK UP I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO OPEN MY DOOR FOR OVER A YEAR. SO MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 2. I GOT THERE AT 215 THE YOUNG LADY AT THE DESK WAS SO PLEASANT I WOULDNT HAVE THOUGHT I WAS LATE. JUST REGULAR CONVERSATION SMILING THE WHOLE TIME. SHE TOLD BOB HIS 2 OCLOCK WAS THERE. SO BOB COMES OUT SHAKES HANDS. WALKS ME AND MY SERVICE MANAGER (BECAUSE HES THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD OPEN MY DOOR) BACK TO MY CAR OPENS DOOR WALKS TO DRIVER SIDE OPENS THAT ONE. SAYS HOLD ON I GOTTA GET MY TOOL. I THINK BODY SHOPS HAVE A BAD REP. IVE PASSED BY BOBS FOR OVER A YEAR BUT NEVER STOPPED BECAUSE I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT BODY SHOPS WERE WAY OVER PRICED AND NOTHING BUT POCKET PICKERS.
