This was a very nice pedicure akilee I think that’s what she said her name was did my pedicure and painted my nails . The massage she did was awesome. My nails look great even though I was rushing home lol. I was greeted immediately when I hit the door. I usually go somewhere else but will def always have them in mind when they’re full.

What a bunch of crooks, DONT ever buy a gift certificate because it will expire.Ive been at this nail salon several times, bought a gift certificate for my boyfriend, thought he could use a pedi, he never got around to using it so I came in today to use and they WOULD NOT ACCEPT.Apparently the owner kept telling me, those arent the rules. Ok, I understand if its been over a year or years since it expired.... But its only been a month past the expiration.And since when do gift certificates expire?Regardless, this expired last month, purchased on 12/17/21, expired 7/17/21 and tried to use today after shellac pedi and they wouldnt accept!!!Like I said, bunch of crooks, Ive been a customer here multiple times and its ridiculous they couldnt do anything to give any kind of credit for the $32 gift certificate I tried to use on my $52 shellac pedicure.Btw overpriced in my mind and not worth it.Please save yourself and GO ELSEWHERE!!!This place is corrupt.Additionally their Services are not worth their Prices.

My Girlfriend tried to use a coupon she got me and they turned her away because it was expired… not sure who makes an 8 month coupon and not valid for a year???She was a regular who would always give this place her business and they do this?Whoever is reading this, STAY AWAY. You can go anywhere else where they won’t try and just take you money. What a bunch of jokers. They Lost our business. 👍🏼

We went in they had a 2 people already getting pedicures. We asked how long and they told us to sit down. They started the water took 35 mins before they even started one of our pedicures. The water was getting cool, our toes hurt for two days after going there. Will not be returning there ever.

Love this place! The only place I will go! The management and staff are awesome and very friendly. They do great work and are a clean establishment. Dips are my personal favorite!!

I have been going here for over 3 years. I love the gel dip, so many colors and lasts a long time. My own nails are healthy. The pedicures are so relaxing. One can usually get an immediate appt or can call for a specific time. I have been worked in when I have needed it.

The people working in this salon do not greet you upon arrival. They will stare at you and make it seem as if you are wrong for coming in. The lady doing my nails had glue caked all under the nail and laughed when i asked her to clean it some and she also took over an hour to do one full set! I will not be returning, I did not feel at all welcomed to be there,

Love my full set I had done on Wednesday, the tech put some glitter butterflies on two of my nails and they havent lasted 24 hours. Otherwise I am completely happy.

Awesome experience! Got the whole family pedicures. Treated my 4 year old like a princess. Well be back for sure!

If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. The gentleman doing my pedicure and manicure did not speak very good English; however, the lady that was working was translating for me. With both my pedicure and manicure, there was a lot of cuticle remaining - I had to ask for cuticle oil on my nails and the polish on my pedicure began to chip the following day. I am extremely disappointed.

By far the best Mani/pedi Ive had in a long time, especially for the price!

Let first say that I am not a person that writes reviews, but this place was so amazing. I stumbled on this place by accident, while here on business, and it was the best accident ever. I received an amazing gel manicure and spa pedicure from Rachel. I usually have to tell people to be gentle, but she was sooo gentle on my toes and a nice firm massage on my hands, feet and legs. The entire staff are extremely friendly and have a very personal relationship with all their customers. I recommend this place to anyone.

My friend and I were unable to get appointments at our favorite spa so we went down the road to K Nails & Spa 2. I asked my manicurist (Sam) not to cut my nails too short and told him that I wanted to still have the whites on my nails. I also said I wanted round (not oval) nails. He proceeded to cut and file my nails so short that my nail beds are completely exposed on one hand. When he started in on the other hand, I tried to show him what I wanted and explained he had cut/filed my nails too short on my right hand. He started to do the same thing to my left. Sam wouldn’t listen to what I wanted and instead just did whatever. Additionally, while Sam was working on my nails, one of the older women in the salon looked over (and leaned on) my chair. It made me feel really uncomfortable that she felt the need to hover so closely. It was almost as if she knew Sam didn’t have the experience and was checking to make sure he was proceeding correctly.I had to ask for a second manicurist, but, unfortunately the damage was already done. I have painful and exposed nail beds AND the polish job was subpar. I will not be going back to this salon.

Love it. Always get my nails, toes and brows dome here. They also offered massages, water or some kind of alcoholic beverage. TVs and massaging chairs while you get pedicures.

I always get my nails done here! They are wonderful. Always a good vibe, always talkative and joking, they make sure youre satisfied! This is the ONLY place I go!

My wife and I both went for pedis. The inside was clean, the staff was friendly, and the worth they did was fantastic. If youre nice enough, you just might get a little bubbly along with the experience.

Its always a toss up if its going to be a good visit... disappointing that it took 3 hours to get mani /pedi and that she told us that we had to get powder than proceeded to charge us extra for the service and caught an attitude when I asked why I was being charged extra when she couldnt do as advertised . First visit was great, second was not. You be the judge .

Nails look amazing BUT I was there for 2 1/2 hours. The girl was doing multiple people at the same time and it was totally ridiculous.

Service was sub-par. Girl rushed through my service even though it took an unusual amount of time. Then I was rung up incorrectly and called back in to correct their mistake, then overcharged for the service I received. First and last time for me going there.

My first experience was great and the guy who did my nails (kn) was amazing and so sweet but I went in for a fill and the lady who did it was a b*tch and charged me sooo much. Also she did my nails all wrong. I wanted to call and complain but when I asked to talk to the manager she hung up on me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got my toes done here to my wedding and asked for gel polish. I removed the polish not even two weeks after my wedding and havent had my feet done since. I am now battling fungus. 0/10 would not recommend and will not be going back.

Had the worst experience there. They treated my friend and I different because were young and one nail technician called me a little girl for no apparent reason. All of my nails are crooked and my friend and i’s nail painting job is horrible. First and last time there.

I paid $100 for nails that lasted barely one week. I will not return.
