Dwight at superior was very nasty he charged me double what he quoted and still didn’t fix the problem after that he came up with another problem that was a additional price and it still didn’t fix the problem. After a month of guessing 7,000 in labor charges my truck is still not fixed they are a rip off I will never uses his service at superior again I even hate saying superior because this service was not superior I begg you please don’t get ripped off

Great diesel mechanic shop! Dwight is a straight shooter and always has our trucks done within the specified timeframe they give. At other diesel mechanic shops I’d have to bring a truck in 3xs for the sane issue, at Superior they do great work - one and done. Time is money and I appreciate that!

These guys are awesome. I came in with a check engine light on my International dump truck thats been troubling me for months, I had a misfire so i changed injector and lost of parts that dealt with the fuel, to no result. The guys at Superior checked my engine code and gave me advice that made me save thousands of dollars and didnt charge me a penny. It was a short it the wire harness like they told me. Thanks a bunch fellas you all are very knowledgeable hope you guys have a blessed year.

Quality work.... decent rates. Replaced a coolant module, some hoses and gaskets. Had us back on the road within a couole days. Very personable, hardworking, knowledgeable folks. We live 4hrs from this shop but would not hesitate using them as our mechanics from here on out.

My truck worked fine when I took it to them, it was just reading low oil pressure. It did not leak and the engine ran and sounded great! They said the cam bearing is slipped and I need a new engine! I could not accept that so I said I wanted to get it back. I got it back from them and immediately it was ticking and knocking horribly... and was leaking radiator fluid badly. My truck is in worse condition now then when I brought it to them 4 days ago! What a mistake!

Nice Guys butBrought good running truck in, problem: fuel in oil, crankcase over full. oil coming out vent. They test for oil in fuel, not fuel in oil, even said no fuel in oil, diagnosis is broke piston ring. repair aprox 6 to $7,000. Brought to Cat, 12% fuel in oil, leaking transfer pump into crankcase. Fixed truck in 4 hours

They make dump trucks go fast.

Dwight,The owner is great to work with.One of the fastest shops in the area.Labor rate is lower than anyone around Charlotte.I have dropped a truck off early in the morning with no appointment and they usually get it done the same day.The last one was replacing the EGR on a 14L Detroit....same day and I was rolling.We have 6 trucks and they work on all of them.JPT Solutions.

I WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone...my first and last visit as a customer was very unlawful, and unfair. The law states that you cannot make repairs without the consent/ok from the customer. I’m a victim of this practice! (I’m quoted one price for the repairs that I ok’d, the next day before picking up, I’m quoted an additional $1200 for additional repairs I was never notified of to give the “ok”) 👎🏼👎🏼
