Sam was recommended by a friend. Big snowstorm coming our way tomorrow. And my snow blower would not start up. tried pretty much everything prior and could not get it to fire up. Well, via Face Time ( I live in NJ ) Sam was able to diagnose the problem and also talk me through a partial dismantling of carburetor and cleaning the jet and reassembling everything. Now I am not mechanically inclined, so Sam had to really be patient with me and his instructions were perfect. I would recommend all who needs small engine repairs, to go to this guy, cause Sam The Manhe really knows his stuff.

Sam is a true tradesman of his craft. I needed immediate help getting my RV generator running before a cross-country trip. Sam diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement carburetor with expedited shipping and tuned it to run temporarily in case the part didnt come before we had to leave town. When the part came in, he called me immediately and told me to bring the camper in...it was 5pm on a Friday. Sam fixed the generator and had it running smoothly in an hour. 100% will be using and recommending NSG for all small engine repairs. Much appreciation Sam!

We had an issue with our new Craftsman mower. If you are looking for a repairman, this is definitely who you want! He was exceptionally knowledgeable, took the time to explain what assessments and services he was going to perform. Likewise, he also explained future care and preventative maintenance. Although it was not a major issue, he had the service complete within an hour. His customer service was excellent and we are appreciative!

I had a pressure washer that wouldnt run and decided to take my 42 zero turn Cub Cadet in at the same time for service. Sam got both of my machines running the same day. He offered some tips and suggestions to save me time and money in the future. He even suggested that I could have longer intervals between service. What a relief to find a small engine repair shop that is fast and honest! Our bed edger was down and they got it fixed in no time. Most other shops would take a week (or 3) to even look at it. NSG assessed the problem and provided a very affordable repair.

I pulled up to the shop as Sam was opening up, he greeted me with a smile and walked to my vehicle to see how he could help me. I told him my Husqvarna Edger had been giving me problems. Sam quickly diagnosed the problem, asked me if I had a some time to wait, pulled it apart, replaced some lines and serviced the engine. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a LIKE NEW Edger. Now that is service!!! Highly recommended!!!

Repaired promptly!!Cleaned lawn mower, changed blade - upgraded to a mulch blade. I explained grass was not being clipped neatly and I have tons of leaves during fall. Change is amazing. My lawn looks fantastic. Sam changed the air filter, oil on one visit. I didnt have to come back. Fantastic small engine professional. Great Customer Service, pricing excellent.

Great work on my sons Coleman CT200U minibike. I had already paid one repair man $100 and it stoppedRunning the very next day. So then I took it to this gentleman and not only was ready the very next day ( what of been the same day if I had taken it before the afternoon) and for MUCH less then what I paid the first gentleman. He actually took it apart and clean the carburetor the proper way and it’s now purring like a kitten. Wonderful work, super knowledgeable, and more than fair pricing! Highly recommend

Great place for any small engine repair. I had may mower blade sharpened. It turns out he has a new sharpening machine. Expensive machine but same great price with the perfect 30 degree angle. Im coming back.

I was well treated by the owner. He was honest and forthright after looking at my string trimmer. He told me that repairing it wasnt worth the cost due to its age and condition. He was correct as I bought a new trimmer like it and scavenged parts from the old one. I recommend this shop even though I didnt have a chance to actually use the service.

The owner and his wife are very very friendly, he knows more about small engines and repairs than anyone Ive ever met and he shows how much he loves what he does and his lovely wife represents him and NSG wonderfully. They are amazing to watch work this place as a team. He and his wife put all their resources together to make this work and they are using blood, sweat and tears to make it work and they do it with a smile. Dont judge a book by its cover, this humble place has a lot going on. As long as they are here, theres no need to take my equipment anywhere else.

I own a concrete resurfacing business and have propane powered floor grinders. There is only one shop in town that specializes in fixing those, but their wait times are often months. I tried several small engine shops before discovering NSG and they all turned me away. Sam was willing to work on the machine and already seemed to know a little about them. He fixed the machine quickly (and more importantly on the schedule he promised, so I didnt have to reschedule any projects). He also saved me some money on parts by being a little creative without compromising quality. His prices are also very reasonable, so my experience was excellent in every regard.

Dropped by with a weed eater going downhill, they took one look, explained the problem (it was minor) and in 5 minutes I was back out the door with it fixed and running like a.....well....a well oiled machine. They were the cheapest, the fastest and I will be going back with any and all of my small engine repairs in the future....I suggest anyone reading this to do the same.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous! I have done my own repairs for years with much success, but I recently had an issue rebuilding a carberator. I took them the carb, and they immediately found the issue and had me out the door in less than five minutes! When I returned home, I installed the carb and my engine ran perfect! I am so glad that I found this place! I am not even upset that my pride was hurt!
