The guys here are great, got them to work on my boyfriends zero turn mower that has not ran in years they got it back up and running in 2 day and at a very fair price

Whatever you do, dont take your lawn mower, 4-wheeler or lawn tractor to:Morris Equipment Repair6817 Huntley RdCharlotte, NC 28227Heres my experience.Took my Ryobi string trimmer and Cub Cadet self-propelled mower in because they wouldnt start. Picked them up Friday, March 27, 2015. Chris started both to show me they were fixed.Went home and put the mower in the garage. Next morning, there was a strong smell of gas in the garage. There was a puddle of gas on the mower housing. I put it outside, but had to wait til Monday to take it back.Chris said it looked like he may have pinched the gas line. Said hed look at it and get back to me.Never heard from him. After a week, I went by his shop. He was there and said: I got to order a part from Cub Cadet. Its going to take 3 weeks. Check back with me in about 3 weeks.Called him back after 3 weeks. No answer. Left a message. Never heard from him. Went by his shop. The gate was locked on Wednesday. Went back again on Friday. Still locked. Left another message on his cell phone.Waited another week. Went by and he was there. I still havent found the leak. Im going to try something else. Sorry about not returning your calls, but I lost my cell phone, so I havent been able to get or return calls.That was near the end of April.All through the month of May I kept going by his shop and calling him. He was never there and never returned my calls.I finally sent him a text message on June 4th. He replied on June 6 that he hadnt called me in the past 2 or 3 weeks because he took time off due to the passing of his brother. Said hed be in his shop the following Tuesday.Tuesday was June 9. He wasnt there. And he wasnt there on the 10th or 11th.Its June 12. I still havent heard from him and the gate to his shop is still locked.So, whatever you do, dont do business with Chris at Morris Equipment Repair.1. He will not answer the phone or return phone calls or text messages.2. The gate to his business is locked. Though the sign on his office door says hes open Mon - Fri from 8 AM to 6 PM. Ive been by there over a dozen times and the gate is always locked and hes no where in sight.3. He has done a poor job of following through on his promises. He admitted he caused the leak, but here I am, 11 weeks later, and no word on whether he can fix it or when it will be fixed.
