Amazing experience with HM Properties! Calvin was my assigned agent, and he went above and beyond of what he was expected to do. As a first time home buyer, I didnt have great knowledge on the home buying process. He filled me in really well and we looked at different places, and Cal was able to get me my first choice, which is almost unheard of nowadays in this market. Other than that, they go above and beyond and assist you with other matters as well- such as connecting me with contractors for my new home. Really excited for the moving in process right now, and I definitely would not be in the same position without them!

We picked HM properties through the google reviews so only appropriate I leave a review here. We basically stumbled upon Jen & Jamie @ HM Properties and we could not have been happier. We had 10 days to find a dream house and they worked relentlessly to find it and did! It did not stop there, J&J walked us through all the not so fun stuff after we found the house, negotiating pricing and sending us documentation to name a few. Most importantly, they welcomed us to Charlotte. Highly recommend!
