I do not have enough room in this review box to write how amazing Chris was as our realtor. He went above and beyond for my husband and I to buy a house in this insane market. We were first time home buyers and literally didnt know what the word mortgage meant. Chriss experience as a loan officer was crucial to the buying process. He walked us through every single step of the process and was available literally 24/7 to talk to us. He was accommodating on showing us properties and overall just an amazing human and so kind and positive and listened to exactly what we wanted. His communication and responsiveness is over the moon. He was aggressive when we needed him to be once we decided to put in an offer and his advice and guidance was perfect. The years of experience he has in the real estate market shows. I literally do not have a negative thing to say about working with Chris. I will never work with another real estate agent and everyone should choose Chris. JUST DO IT! We got our dream home thanks to him and he is still helping us even after the purchase.

Chris was more than a realtor. I was a first time home buyer and had more questions about buying a home than you can imagine. Doing a long distance closing is never an easy process! Chris went above and beyond to make this process extremely seamless. Look absolutely no further for your agent! I found a home that was down to it’s studs in the middle of a complete renovation and went under contract. The deal was complicated by conflicts amongst the two sellers and went three months past the original closing date. Despite this, I was confident throughout the process thanks to the talent, dedication, and competence Chris displayed during the almost 6 months it took to close on the house. Chris is awesome! Moving from FL - spent one full day with Chris looking at areas and potential developments. When you want the BEST call on Chris Phillis! I was ready to buy a home and I was looking for a Realtor who was wanting to work work with me. I sent an email in search of a realtor in south Charlotte on a Saturday morning. Chris called me back in less than 20 minutes. Mind you its now 10am on a Saturday.
