Just want to share this with readers. Look at these one star reviews, they were all from a year ago. Might all these be from the same person? We own our own business, our competitor like to write bad reviews about my own company to make customers not want to do business with my company. So. I would be careful of these one star bad reviews.My personal experience with Allen Tate is that they are a good company who holds the right ethics, they have the right attitude. They hold family values and we find them to be decent and honest.

If you call Allen Tate Realtors you have to ask for Bernadette Holloway she is top-notch and at the top of her game shes one of the best brokers in Charlotte she will help you find your dream home!

Our experience with Allen Tate was an incredibly pleasant experience! The whole team is very knowledgeable and helpful, and David Huss is by far one of the absolute best! Mr. Huss is personable, always available, responded promptly, and always went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed. He was polite, efficient, made me and my husband feel very comfortable and excited to make our big move to Charlotte. My husband and I wanted to personally recognize the support that was provided to us by Mr. Huss and thank him for his time. We honestly could not have done it without his excellent organizational skills, his honesty during the entire process, and follow-through. Mr. Huss and the entire Allen Tate-Ballantyne team are remarkable and we would recommend them over and over!

My experience with Valerie Castano with the Charlotte-Ballantyne Allen-Tate Office is that she is unprepared and unprofessional. No work was able to be done at one her properties due to her lack of planning and just plain deceitfulness so she left a review criticizing me. Not someone to do business with or those she is associated with.
