Extremely upsetting recent experience with a realtor (serving as listing agent) from this firm on a property in Park Crossing in South Charlotte. Listing agent failed to disclose that seller was also a licensed NC real estate agent and also misrepresented home features in listing. House under contract yielded an 86 page inspection report summary, which was followed by a bank appraisal for $80,000 below sale price. Terminated contract based on these items, and hefty due diligence was not returned by seller. When listing agent was confronted with failure to disclose seller as agent and misrepresenting home features in listing as grounds for returning due diligence, she dismissed this, yet went into the MLS and immediately updated the listing information to cover up these errors. If her actions speak more broadly about the integrity of other agents associated with this firm, I would caution others to stay far away.
