Bob was absolute God send to work with. We had a very bad experience with our Property management company that ultimately made us decide to sell our house. it was to nerve racking to own property 2500 miles away. Bob took over from the same company and took on the project of selling our home. We had found out after we listed it for sale that we had a mold issue. when you are 2500 miles away and have no way of doing any of the work yourself, it was great to have Bob on our side. he took over, found us all the repair people needed to do the work, made sure it was done, went through everything everyday and made sure we were very well versed in information. he let all the repair people in to do the work and was able to get it completed in a timely fashion. and when it was all said and done, he sold our house less than 3 weeks after going back on the market and closed 3 weeks later. I dont think we could have been luckier than finding Bob to help us with our search for a house in Huntersville. Were a couple of half backs from Florida and we were interested in the area. Somehow my wife found Bob on line and he set up showings for us when we came to the area. Amazingly he patiently set up and guided us through 13 houses one day and 15 houses the second time we came. Each time we were here he spent a good deal of time with us and truth be told he really does know the area!We finally landed on a house and Bob made the process seamless for us.
