My nails that I paid 80 dollars for came off in the first two days.they were flimsy and honestly half done. My design was also horrible. I will never go back here as it was a waste of time and money

I had come in for me and my sister. She had. Mani and pedi and is satisfied with her service. I wanted a regular manicure but changed my mind while they were filing my name, no issues which made me happy because some people dont like when indecisive. Ended up getting acrylic with Jason, I like that he took his time make sure my nails were even . He did exactly what I wanted and wasnt rough . I will be back 💛

WOW. I was looking for someone to do my nails and pedicure. Im reading reviews. Came upon Lee nails. What horrible reviews they have. The problem seems to be consistent per customers comments. Dont think I will be coming here. Thank you all for your comments. Before I do business with anyone I read reviews and I go with word of mouth. Why are these people still in business 🙄

Covid protocols and precautions are being followed here. Contact tracing forms /covid forms are in place. Along with hand washing,masks and limited capacity for social distancing. Lee Nails is under New management, and has a slightly new modern look. Staff is attentive and friendly. Service is great and I will be returning. I had the dip powder, service a pedicure along with a brow arching waxing service. I would like to have seen my powder separated from the main container instead of them using a communal dipping container. For sanitation purposes of course. But I do recommend it for natural nails if they are able to fix that, because I really like that service. I paid $70 in total for all three services.

Was not pleased with the overall outcome. Nails had lumps in them and was not a smooth surface. Asked for coffin but the tips were sort of rounded and not crisp. Filing was horrible and carelessly done. Basic & easy 30$ quality work but was charged $65. Nail also lifted day after leaving and had to get it repaired. Was nearly denied but luckily I had the receipt still with me to show I came the day before. Only doing this review now because it’s been a week in a half & my nails are lifting. They haven’t even grown out just a little.

My nail technician moved here, so I followed him. But its very clean and it seems everyone does a great job. Id recommend you come here.

I came here for a simple soak off. I go to a private nail tech that does not work in a salon so I have to schedule in soak offs, sometimes she doesn’t have time!!… so I came here for the soak off SUPER BAD DECISIONThe older lady was literally ripping off the acrylic from my normal nails and ignoring me when I would move in pain!!!I left w 4 bleeding nails, 7 in pain when I only had 2 in pain.One thumb, she ripped off my real nail w the acrylic. It hurt soooo much!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Nail broke less than a week of getting them and when I called they told me they would replace it and then charged me to do it. When I had just got the fill in that week. HORRIBLE NAIL ART. I do not recommend Lee Nails to anyone. They are very over priced for their product to be breaking the same week.

I just left and after going to multiple shops over the years I think i found a home. Andy was great. Its amazing that it took a man to get my nails on point. Even though I didnt really like the color ( I chose it so Im not blaming him at all) Im going to let it grow on me. And Ill be back to see Andy real soon!!!!

I love this place, I come here every 2 to 3 weeks, to see my dude Jimmy for my nails and eyebrows. The atmosphere can be a little crazy but its only because people come from all sides of town to get services here. So this place can and will take care of all your beauty needs, excluding ur hair

So yesterday and the acrylic wasn’t smooth and the the tip was put on crooked. She tried to tell me don’t worry about that and they my nail is made that way! I had to insist it be reapplied. I have gel polish (a $15 add on) and it is super easy to see that foundations imperfections. For a $50 buck set I would rather go somewhere that takes pride in their work. I going to have to get my thumbnail repaired today because it’s so lopsided it’s driving me insane! 😩

I like how they make you wash your hands before they do your nails but dont sterilize the chairs and eyebrow waxing equipment. Yuck

Poor service and over charged.

Came today and Ms. Lin did a great job on my nails. Thought it would be a long wait but I was able to get in a chair as soon as they walked in although it was busy. Love the fact that they have a lot of nail techs so the wait isn’t long. Love my nails and she was extremely sweet!

Amazing freehand design

I have been a customer of Lee Nails since middle school and I am now in my 30s. They have great customer service, and are respectful to their patrons. The shop is always clean, and the environment welcoming. They do great manicures and pedicures, and the lashes are individuals and look natural which is a plus. The only place where I can get true CURVE nails that I love!!!!!

I love this place, Dana does my gel nails and they look very nice all the time. All of what they do including manicure, pedicure they do it with professionally. I love this place. Try it sometimes!

They always do a really good job and it last. You are always promptly greeted when you come in and you are told if there is a wait. The technicians are friendly and thorough. Ive been to other places but always regret it when I dont go to Lee Nails.

I hate leaving this review. This is one of the coolest nail salons to go to. Professional, nice atmosphere and everyone on the left side of the room, when you enter into the nail salon, is so cool and funny. However, my last visit was not what it should have been. I went to one of the older women situated on the right side of the room. My nails were not dome to the quality I am used to. When I came back this time, I discovered I was starting to get a nail fungus on one of my fingernails. I am so disgusted.The nail Tech I went to this time apologized, since he knew my nails were done there and said he would fix the situation since it was newly starting. However, it shouldnt have started in the first place. I am just praying that this quickly goes away. I am so comfortable going here, but Im going back-and-forth in my brain whether or not to return. A nail fungus. WOW!There is an older guy, a younger guy and a younger woman. They are all situated on the left side of the room. They can all be trusted with your nails. I do not recommend any of the older women, or anyone on the right side of the room. But for the older woman that is responsible for me having my very first nail fungus situation in 40 years of living, Im just truly horified. God I hope he is right that this will quickly clear. Wow, Wow, Wow!

Lien is my favorite she is a perfectionist and leaves your nails exactly as you would’ve wanted them!! Thu pronounced ( two ) is my favorite for pedicures! cleans all the dead skin from my feet & does an incredible massage! truly recommend them both!

Under new management. Was skeptical,but glad I stopped in! Everyone that helped me was amazing and patient! (Ive had a few bad visits elsewhere) Will be returning and recommending!

I highly recommend this nail salon on MILTON rd here in Charlotte. Ive been coming to this location for over 25 years. Please dont get this Lee Nails Salon mixed up with the others around town.

They do not know the meaning of customer service. Went to take my twins after I got off work almost 25 minutes before closing I come in and before I even ask if they can just polish my 6 year old twins nails..some lady yell out they closed oh.come back tomorrow..yeah right its says 600 closing on the sign for a reason if you stop taking customers before your closed put that on the sign. Not to mention my twins could see them doing THEIR OWN NAILS...oh but your closed..right. will not be coming back here ever.

Ever since I started coming here a few weeks ago my nail technician Charlie has done a great job. He even fixed my nails from a different nail salon that messed up nails and corrected it with great service. I recommend people to come here everyone is very welcoming and nice.

I recieved a great pedicure today. I have two in grown toenails and the guy who gave me my pedi was super informative on how to grow them out and how to treat them at home. I will be back in two weeks.

Just horrible

I’ve been coming here for the past few months and I really like the service. They’re great people, except for the fact that they rush sometimes and don’t really do a good job. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed and the first time there was a lady that was on the left side at the very first table and she did a terrible job. She was in such a rush she literally almost waxed half my eyebrow off and she tried to fix it. I was so mad. Then recently I went for eyebrows again and the lady was working on someone nails so she rushed to get my brows done and she also took a good chunk of my brow. So if you go here make sure you tell them not to rush on you please. I also went in for gel polish on my acrylics and it was about 7:15pm and the close at 8pm, well the lady who did the gel did it so fast that my left hand didn’t dry as much so when she wiped it with alcohol it was opaque not shiny. Then she threw my hand out the UV lamp and she was like “ok pay and go home” in a very rude way. So yeah just keep in mind that sometimes they really rush to get things done. Also with pedicures, if they have a good amount of people they literally do it in 10 minutes or less and it’s suppose to take 20 minutes.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! She made my thumb nails uneven and got upset when i asked her to fix them... MULTIPLE TIMES!!! My nails were bumpy and I’ve had better work. I tried calling for a refund or at least partial payment and nobody had anything to say.

*DISCLAIMER this is not our normal salon...and Im very familiar with state Board regulations. This license I have is good for something*Do NOT...I repeat do not service this establishment! They did a horrible job on my daughters Nails and she spent almost $70 plus tip of her hard-earned money. (She was taught to do so).I had to call the police in order to get them to fix the issues with her nails. The review is already posted on Yelp, and I have contacted NC State Board of Cosmetology and the Better Business Bureau.

Use to love them but I noticed that they purposely dont do your nails properly. My nails always chip or break a week after seeing them. I can never last without a problem until Im due for a fill in. Dont waste your money!😒👿

The absolute worst! They dont deserve one star. I do not recommend this place if you want your nails painted correctly. I went there yesterday for the first time, picked out my color for my toes. The lady who help me was very rude after I asked her for a design on my big toe. She asked if I wanted lines or flowers, I said neither. She then starts speaking in her language and another lady comes down and asked if I wanted lines or flowers, I again said neither. I asked if I could get something different like maybe one of the designs they had on display. The lady painting my nails basically said lines or flowers. I asked why couldnt I get one of the displayed designs...the other lady then proceeded to say that the lady that creates those designs is out of town. They again start speaking in their language and laugh. I look down at my toes and the paint is horrible. I looks likes she did not have enough polish in the bottle so she adds some type of liquid..im assuming stretch the polish in order to finish all of my toes. After she finishes, it looked like a child painted my toenails. I was so upset that I didnt even complain. I was supposed to be getting my brows done as well but was too nervous that she would messed that up too so I asked her how much it was and said Im not going to be getting my brows done, Ill pay and leave. She again speaks in her language and I left. The customer service was awful and my toenails looks awful.

Kim who sits on left when you enter salon is very rude. I asked her a question about a new type of polish that they have and she just ignored me as if did not exist. That is not how you treat someone and I expressed this to the owner and nothing was done. As a business owner you should not employ people who dont treat the customers respectfully. I will never return.

Good place, good service. I didnt like the smell of cigarette smoke as Im getting a pedicure. They upcharge for a special pedicure, it was nice but 75 for pedi/ mani too expensive for me. No massage chairs.

I only came to this shop because my usual nail shop was closed.The customer service here is horrible. The hours posted online and on the window say they dont close til 6 but they stated that they closed at 5. The lady that did my nails was rushing and had a really bad attitude. Others that came in after me were either turned away or taken in. The only experience I liked was my pedicure this lady took her time and did her job right. I will not be coming back here again.

So disappointed! I have been getting SNS for a while now (which usually last 3-5 weeks) and decided to go to my go to spot Lee Nails to get them done. I met Charlie, who was very pleasant and did a great job, however; they cracked within 2 weeks and I went back, PAID AGAIN last Thursday but the cracked again! This time I called Charlie and asked to come in for a repair at NO CHARGE. He said they usually only guarantee 3 days but for me to come on in. Once I arrived, he had another customer but totally ignored me and left me sitting for 30/40 minutes instead of getting me started with soaking off the cracked nails. I left with the same cracked nails after only 1 week. Sooooo disappointed. :-(

I NEVER write reviews but felt inclined to share my experience. The technician was polite but my nails look horrible. The acrylic is thick and uneven. Each nail is a different length and I look like I need a fill in already. Im not sure if everyone working there has a license considering my nails look like a student was practicing on them. I will never return to this establishment and I wouldnt suggest spending your money there.

Great atmosphere horrible service midway through my gel manicure I was switch to another nail tech. They didnt communicate with each other so only once of my hand recieved a full manicure when I said something he said its ok no its not I PAID for a full complete manicure. Disgusted!!!!

Horrible customer service...i was the first customer, wasnt offered a drink.All i wanted was an eyebrow wax and pedicure all maintence. When i got there eyebrow lady wasnt there yet..cool. im not in a rush. I needed to soak my feet and get a good massage in anyway..after a 5 min soak, she came to start my feet, i asked the lady for a little more time to soak. It was fine that she started on someone else..but after the 3rd or 4th peron.. She sat me there for 2hours! When i finally said something to her she told me i had waited too long! Then proceeded to assist other customers! #HowYouMissOutOnA20DollaTipI went to dynasty nails around the corner..they offered me drinks as soon as i opened the door.

Ok so I dont know which lady it was but I was so happy when I for my nails done they looked amazing but then another stupid lady did my eyebrows and I told her to just clean them a bit and she waxed all my eyebrows off. I tried to hold my self from seriously fighting and cussing at her but they do the WORST EYEBROW WAXING IN THE F***** WORLDS

Ive been a regular customer for a few years. I brought my daughter for a gel manicure Wednesday. The same day, the polish chipped off three nails. I took her back the next day and was charged $20.00!! I even asked the manager about being charged when the initial service was done just the day before and he just shrugged his shoulders and turned away. This was the same man who would tell jokes (sometimes crude) and he just shrugged! Oh well, lesson learned and now moving on.

When i came in the lady in the first seat said it would be a 10-15min wait...then after 30mins passed by I asked again trying to be patient how long and she said again 10-15mins...once I finally sat in the chair the lady doing my nails got mad cause I told her that one of my nails was crooked we fixed that I asked for rhinestones and she quickly said no diamonds as if they was out...these people are rude and very disrespectful as I also seen how they treated a lady that came in 30mins before closing by telling her that they was tired...what kind of foolishness

I would rate this place a ZERO!!! This is the worst nail salon Ive EVER been to. The communication and customer service is horrible. I came in for a fillin and was told 30 minutes wait. There were only 3 technicians working and each had a client. I was ok with the wait but then an hour goes by and 2 of the 3 technicians are done with their clients but NO ONE has acknowledged me. I ask at this point who was doing my nails and was told the man. He then leaves the shop TO GO GET LUNCH and Im STILL waiting. Then I was told the other technician was going to do my nails....I proceed to her station and she tells me NO I HAVE TO WAIT ON THE THIRD TECH because she has an appointment. Keep in mind the 3rd tech has been working with her client the entire time ID been waiting and was nowhere near done. So that would have been a 2 hour wait just for a freaking fillin. I have never experienced anything like this ever. I asked WHY no one ever said anything the entire time ID been there and received NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR RESPONSE but of course they started speaking in their language. I mean just rude and they will NEVER get my money and wouldnt NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.

This was my first time going to this salon. Came in for a pedicure and I ask the lady to cut my ingrown nail and she didn’t. I keep telling her that is still hurt and she told me that she cut it but I didn’t see her do it. I ask if I can get a 3rd cost on my Polish then she told me that she won’t do it. Very unhappy with the Service

The price is reasonable for the quality

Was my primary nail salon for 4 years until recently. Went to get my eyebrows done and one lady messed them up. There was no remorse or concern to the problem which frustrated me. When I asked Kim to fix the poor job that was done (once she had finished what she was doing) without eye contact or direct conversation and a fairly empty shop she replies maybe tomorrow I dont want to do today.

First they make you sign in and then they do a easy service make you sit around and wait for a hour just to tell you they cant service you
