My experience was great. Came as a walkin and despite being busy the wait was only 20 minutes. My tech was Vilma. She was pleasant, gentle and took her time. She asked me to check my nails to make sure I was getting what I asked for. The prices are reasonable as well. Will definitely be returning in a few weeks. Thanks Vilma.

Great customer service my first time coming here. They are so nice and organized at Asias. Small inside but they got the business running perfectly.

It pains me to even write this review but after having not been in the shop for well over a year, I went back a couple of weeks ago. 1) the guy who usually would do my pink and white was gone 2) theres only 1 person in the whole shop who can do pink and white. My nails were GORGEOUS upon leaving but 4 days later I noticed all except 3 of my nails had the nail Crack of doom. The one that gradually spreads until the nail painfully broke off. So 4 days later, 2 had broken in half but I told him I was worried abt the others with cracks. ONE day later, both middle fingers cracked and I went back for repair. Finally later that day 2 nails lifted and 1 of the repaired ones cracked again. As someone whose been getting my nails done for over 20 years, I can recognize this is indicative of cheap acrylic powder and low quality products. I should mention that I work from home doing program administration so Im not engaging in rough activities. One nail literally broke painfully in half while I folding baby clothes. On top of that, the prices have soared since my last visit in March 2020. I loved this salon but sad to say I will not return. Unless they hire a new technician skilled in pink and white and stop using what ever this new, cheap quality product is, I will not be returning and will advise my friends of the same

My new home salon!!! They are absolutely amazing. They’re super friendly, make you feel comfortable. The place is clean and smells great. It’s such an experience and breath of fresh air.I’m so glad I found this place. Only my second time but it’s now my home salon.Highly recommend not to mention my nails look gorgeous everytime.

Today was my selfcare day so I decided to check this place out for a pedicure and a full set. Jeremy was very professional, pleasant and I did not feel rush even though they were super busy. Excited to go back for my gel polish! :)

Loved this place! I travel a lot for work and am always having to find new nail salons which can be such a task. Asia Nails was so wonderful, so kind, so accommodating, and my gel mani/pedi look and feel amazing. 10/10 recommend and I will be going back!

David & his team is amazing here. My second time around and theyve done great work. After 2 weeks of my first visit and my nails were still in good condition. No lifting or peeling like most shops here in Charlotte. Prices are very reasonable and worth every penny. They take their time to make sure everything is done right. Nat (I think thats his name) done my feet today... He did a amazing job. Very friendly and welcoming place & Knowledgeable. I guess its SAFE to say Ive found my place. Treated my Granddaughter to her first mani-pedi. First time for me at Asia Nails. Went based on the reviews.The place was clean and the ladies were friendly. I thought they did a good job...until I got home to find the lady working on my feet didnt finish the job. Anyway, my Granddaughter loved the experience and we had a great time hanging out for the day.

I have been going to Asia nails for about 2 months. I normally get SnS dip. Each visit has has been great. I dont wait if I have an appointment. However, it can take a while to complete the set. They do lot use gel top coat so the SnS top coat process takes a while to dry. Overall they do great work and they have a point/stamp card system where you can save on services.

Had a good first time experience. Didnt have to wait long at all and the place was very steady. The ladies helped each other got things done and very polite. Will be returning.

I requested a acrylic gel pedicure fill in and the lady who did my pedicure did not fill in my acrylic nails with acrylic. She shaved them down as thin as possible so that it blended in with my original growing nail & painted over it. It was noticeable & I am very upset. My sister put me on but I won’t be coming back here again. Very lazy service!!

Im visiting from out of town. I chose this salon because it had good reviews and it did not disappoint. I got a deluxe pedicure and gel nails with a French mani and they did an amazing job. Their attention to detail is kinda astonishing. Maybe Ive been going to bad nail places, but I was super impressed by these people. They asked over and over about how I wanted my nails and if they were good so far. They even asked how big or small I wanted the white part of my French mani--which is something Ive never been asked, but I always want them small bc sometimes they are halfway down the nail bed. The prices arent more expensive than other places Ive been that didnt do as good a job and the man and woman who did my nails were very friendly. I would and will highly recommend this place.

Timely. Greeted me like I was the only one in there. They made me feel like they were truly happy to see me. The young lady that took care of me, took her time to make sure that I was satisfied. This is where I will be getting all of my pedicures going forward.

I had my second visit today. I love how they really care for their customers. I wasn’t pleased with how my toenail polish came out after my pedicure, and they fixed it with no questions asked. I wasn’t a fan of the girl who did my pedicure, she mostly slapped the bottom of my feet and my heels still feel rough. But that’s okay, now I know if they pair me with her to do my pedicure I can politely decline and wait for another tech. If you go here ask for Amy, you will not be disappointed with her work. It’s stunning, she takes her time and is so kind. I will be back, thank you Asia Nails!

They are always under staffed. They send automated text messages but can never accommodate. My first 2 visits were good after that it went down hill. I will never come back.

Best nail shop. All the techs are good. They provided a safe environment complying with social and physical Distancing standards. They took your temperature as soon as you come and sanitized everything. You wont be disappointed.

First nail salon I fell in love with when moving to Charlotte. The customer service was always superb and David, the manager, always made every experience personal! If you’re looking for the latest and greatest trends, this is not the place. But if you just want some basic and professional nail services, I highly recommend!

The owner immediately joked with me and made feel right at home. They have awesome incentives for customers. Molly, who performed my pedicure, already had the bowl ready for me to go! I had an appointment with her already but that was the first time I’d ever seen a nail tech prepare for me. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the moscato! She took her time with my feet and they are baby soft! And she will make sure she gets in between all the nooks and crannies. I am excited and relieved to say Molly will be my new nail tech.

I have been here 3 times and do planned on going back on a regular basis. Rose did my nails and I loved them (acrylic overlay). This last time I went in Rose was off, so another young lady did an overlay with gel polish. Was a little thicker than I usually wear my nails, but they have lasted for 5 weeks! I know that’s way too long, but that’s not the point I’m making...it is how durable the work is. Highly recommend, but would caution; they take short cuts taking nails off

The waiting area seating is limited but other than that I loved my experience here. The atmosphere is inviting, David is very sweet and professional. I recommend this place to everyone!

Ive been coming here for a couple months now. Really clean salon. Very friendly staff. I had a gel pedicure done and the polish didnt fully dry. Bummer, I know. It happens to the best of us. I ended up calling the salon and they had me come back to fix it. They were really helpful, kept apologizing, and really fast. Definitely going to keep coming back!!

G was amazing! I saw him for a pedicure, having some pain with my big toe - turned out to be an ingrown nail. He was so patient and fixed it...I felt a million times better! Thank you, such a great experience!!

David (owner) and his wife Amy are great! They take the time to get to know you and are very personable. Everyone is so friendly, the drinks are delicious, and the music is very enjoyable. Im very selective and will drop a shop in a minute if the service is sub par or theres a problem with my nails, such as lifting. Ive been going for about 4 or 5 months so that says something. FYI...try the jelly pedicure. Its amazing!

Overall, a great experience!! The staff is friendly and fun. The salon felt more like a barber shop because staff and customers were all talking and laughing with each other so that was rather pleasant. I only gave 4 stars because my polish job was sort of wonky doodle and the acrylic is thiiiiick, but overall I wouldnt hesitate to come back.

It would have been better if I didnt have to wait so long. Then when I got service the guy that did my pedicure was working with another lady before with her full set and I guess she wanted the pedi to match. But his boss told him hell do and go to me because of my wait. He smacked his teeth and started on my service. I noticed a lady beside me getting a pedicure and her nail technician asked what type of pedicure would you like, and I noticed the guy didnt even ask me what kind I liked. He ended up walking away not polishing my toes then the boss stopped what he was doing to and painted my toes for me. I gave the boss a 5$ tip because of my whole experience, he was absolutely nice and friendly. Moral of the story is the place itself is beautiful they offer drinks for you music is nice. But my particular nail guy was horrible.

I decide to try this place Wednesday 2/5 being that my nail tech is on vacation. There wasn’t a wait Which was awesome however, my nails look TERRIBLE! My cuticles have never looked like this before. The lady I had didn’t even seem to know what she was doing because I had to school her on filing my coffin shape and it’s still not to my liking but I was tired of sitting there. I’m not sure how to upload photos just yet but I’m definitely going to. This was my first and last visit. Not worth the money!

My daughter wanted a full set of nails and as we were driving down Statesville Road she saw this nail shop. From the first time we came inside we felt welcome. David and his staff are very friendly. We had to come back for a nail repair and my daughter said, Mom, get you a pedicure so you can relax. Normally I do my own but this time I took her advice and boy, am I glad that I did!! I got the deluxe pedicure and Mary did a great job. Just what I needed to end out my year!!

Went in for a deluxe pedicure with the wax. Bottom of my left foot ended up being burnt after she put my foot in the bag of wax. I said it was too hot but she left my foot in and I kind of just endured it until it dried because it was too late to take it out once my foot was covered in the wax. Immediately after leaving I could feel that my foot was burnt because it hurt to walk on it. Definitely not a relaxing experience or environment. Overall it was just an ok pedicure. If youre looking for better quality, I would go elsewhere. Ive given this place a couple tries but this will for sure be my last, sorry.
