I moved down here a few months ago and wasn’t having any luck finding a good nail salon. I tried this place and loved it. Great service, very clean, and my nails look fantastic. The nail tech quick but also very detail-oriented. I am very pleased and will be back!

Ive been going here for over a year, getting dip powder. After my last two visits, my nails started chipping after a few days. This is unacceptable. I went in to get them fixed and they wanted to charge me. Absolutely not! I really liked Henrys work, but I wont be back.

I love Suki nails I’ve been going here for years! They have changed owners many times but the owner currently seems to be managing it very well. I always bring in photos of nail art that I would like and they always are great at executing it! Highly recommend

I had appointment at 10am. My services was quick and the person that did my nails was very nice. I asked for a design that they had on their Instagram page instead I didn’t get no where close to that design. They couldn’t do the design that I wanted so then I had to settle for something else. Next I didn’t get the color I wanted because they said the color I wanted was to light. On top of that my nails are not up to par. I called back and ask to speak with manager and the lady on the phone was really rude to me. She told me I had to come back right then or i will have to pay. I kept reminding her that I had another appointment at 1:30pm. I continually ask for my money back all I got was you choose that color right so you keep it. The lady kept saying it’s my fault. They ruined my birthday today. I will never go there again.

I really liked this place when I started going - however the tech (not sure of her name) sits in the 3rd seat on the left hand side shouldnt be a nail tech. I asked for gel and its horrible. Bumpy, she cut me while taking off SNS polish I had on, used her fingernail to push back my cuticles, didnt listen to me when I told her I didnt want them cut down too short, etc. It honestly would have looked better if I had done it myself.

Well I’ll be looking for a new nail salon I asked to get my nails done like the first pic and I got a sticker lol worst design ever sad part is I picked a design off their google review from them ummmm and paid $75 you till me is it worth it

I was just recently here when they first opened they were easily the best nail salons in the Ballantyne area but they got new staff they are very careless and will not go back and fix mistakes I’ve been loyal to them for 2 years and I will never go back again. They disappointed me the last 2 times I went. I wish I could post a video because these pictures don’t do it justice they are so lumpy and uneven. It looks like I got these done 2 weeks ago when actually I got them done 2 hours ago so upset.

This is my favorite nail salon to come to. They’re always quick,reasonable, and my nails always look amazing. Would highly recommend Suki nails next time you are looking to get your nails done.

This Salon is professional and inviting! They all do amazing work and are extremely talented. Sonny comes up with his own original nail art! Icome in with an idea and he makes it come to life!!!

I went for a pedicure and as she was cutting my cuticle she cut me, didnt say anything, and just applied a form of disinfectant. She continued to cut the cuticle from my other toes and then wiped the cut cuticle on her finger and placed it over the cut. Thankfully my toe has not gotten infected but I will not be returning.

Worst manicure ever the. Maybe nail polished was old my nail polished started chipping after 4 days. What of waste of money🤨

I usually come here and they are very nice but it is very annoying to have to wait 30 min when i made an appointment in advance. this happens almost everytime. After having to be put on wait today I will no longer be returning not worth the wait.

Will not be back to this salon. I planned to get a gel manicure but the technician cut my finger and when it wouldn’t stop bleeding she just kept trying to add alcohol and nail glue to the cut to get it to stop, then once I told her to stop and asked for a bandaid, I was charged $10 for the work they’d done filing my nails. My finger is still bleeding two hours later and I hope it doesn’t get infected.

Extremely unproffesional and may I add rude! I called in advance to book a nail appointment for manicure and pedicure and when I arrived for my appointment they made me wait 30 minutes for my appointment. Additionally after they had finished doing my feet they then tell me that they dont have time to do my nails when I had booked the appointment well in advance. Took a total of 2 hours of waiting and appointment time and then they say they dont have time. Please do not go here, rude staff and horrible service

I’m new to Charlotte and I found this salon on google. I’ve been multiple times and I love it. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Edit: they’re renovated and have since then been known to demolish nail beds. I chose this nail salon because it was one of the few that were open on Sunday and reviews looked good. I asked the price when I checked in, before I sat down. I asked for a manicure with gel tips.Overall, I was not satisfied with my nails:- One nail tip BROKE off the next morning (less than 24hrs later). I went back and was told that he did NOT use gel tips, but acrylic. I’m giving 2 stars because she did a decent job fixing the nail.- Another nail broke 4 days later.- The price ended up being more than I was told (I asked twice and told them what I wanted from their service/ price chart).- When he was finished, I noticed glue showing on my nail, between the nail and white tip. He said it would fade and it did not, there is noticeable discoloration from the glue on my nails.- The tips were put on at a slanted angle (crooked on my nail).- There are little bubbles in every nail.- The tip is not fully connected to my nail, so dirt got trapped between the nail and the tip.I would not go back to this salon. It’s possible that this one employee just didn’t do a good job, but to pay for nails and get that quality.. it’s just frustrating.

My go to place. Service is always quick and I love that they are open on Sundays. Just had a SNS by Mary and I couldnt be happier. Had my nails ruined a few weeks back in Tennessee on vacation and Mary made it right. Love this place!

Also a red flag when requesting a nail technician that did specific nails that are posted on business Instagram page and being told all of the nail technicians can do the same nails is just straight up bs! Don’t advertise something you can’t deliver!

I’m updating from 1star to 5 my bad experience turned into a really good one! So happy that I walked back in and gave them a chance to make it right! They have redone my nails and I only paid $5 for my design, of course I tipped the nail tech Sonny he did a wonderful job I highly recommend him! Be careful who you let do your nails I’m only coming back to see Sonny from now on. My nails look gorgeous right now I’m so happy! I wish everyone same beautiful experience #stayblessed ✌️

This was my first time at Suki Nails. I am very pleased. The young gentleman too his time with me, and listened to my requests. He did exactly what I wanted, and I will definitely return. The salon was very clean and the music is great. I will recommend this salon to all my friends.

They do amazing pedicures & pay super close attention to cuticles and take their time. Not so good on acrylics. I also notice that every time I go there my nail polish & gel chips in a couple days. The nail tech also nicked my skin 2 times & made me bleed and then blamed it on the lady doing the pedicure when she moved my foot. However she had nicked me before that. Not nice at all to place the blame on someone else. Will not be back.

So this is a long one .... went in to get a s&s with tip and literally I’m complicated so it wasn’t going to well I was frustrated and thought I would go home with nails I didn’t like at all but Amy stepped in and actually gave me what I wanted which I was so happy with the end result ... also my sister got her nails done s&s and the guy who did them did a horrible job but the manager there took a step to check out her nails and got her to get them re done which Nancy did a amazing job with her also with my little sister I would of have it a 1 star if we would of walked out with out something we liked but I’m giving it a 5 because they make sure they do it right !!! Thanks to the manager Amy and Nancy also to the girl who was doing mine altho she wasn’t able to understand what I wanted but I appreciate her trying ! I’m so happy with there end result ! Sure I’ll be sending my friends there finally found a good nail stop !

My daughters, myself and my mom have been going here for almost a year. We love the people and the service is quick but top notch! We’ve done gel and SNS and we’re are always happy with the end result. Just communicate what you want, don’t expect them to be mind readers! They want you to be pleased with the service and are very accommodating. Great price!

Just left this salon and I’ve never experienced anything more unprofessional. It was clear the nail technician that was doing my nails was talking bad about the style I chose for my nails. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing for a paying customer. I will never give my money to this establishment again. I definitely do not recommend!!

Ok, so my first experience was pretty good. I’m from Atlanta & just moved here to SC a few months ago. Within those months I’ve been trying to find a home place where I can get mani & pedis routinely. Went back for a second time & brought my mother ; her nails were great, mine broke the very next day.... never had that happen to me before . Went back the other day for a full set of acrylic & she didn’t do them right at all, but charged me over $50 when she had to fix them before I left, & I got my toes painted & they refused to give me the minimum bc all of that extra stuff makes me legs break out. I walked out having to pay $100 ... literally .... I’ve never in my life ...

Sonny is very professional and I am greatly satisfied with my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it better. He will be my new nail tech.

The nail tech did things so sloppy. She messed up the nails so many times and didn’t even bother to fix it and I PAYED $60!!!!! Nails are all bumpy and have many bubbles. ALSO DID NOT CLEAN THE FINGER PROPERLY!! I asked for coffin and got square. In the place I go to normally the charge $45 for what I do, so they also are over priced!!! Bad customer service as well. Just all around bad!!

My first time here. Really liked this place. I arrived a bit early for my appt and i was attended to right away. Amy did a great job on my nails and Mary did great on my toes. Gave attention to detail, didn’t rush thru the fill or pedicure and great experience over all.

Horrible service- i literally told her i wanted the acrylic regular full set. did everything i didn’t ask for. i even asked for a shorter length and she continued with the long length. i don’t reccomend going here ever, they will change your request and make you pay double the price. very dissapointed, will not be coming here again. 👎🏼

I have been a customer of this salon since they opened. I had initially only requested and received pedicures, which were always top notch. About 4 weeks ago, I decided to get a gel manicure. The owner/manager assisted me and did a fantastic job. I went back for soak off and renew 2 weeks ago and ended up having to come home and clean up the mess that was made. I went again today for another renew hoping the last time was just a technician having a bad day. I left today with a big glob of gel underneath one fingernail and another glob along the side/edge of a nail on the opposite hand, so once again, I will have to repair the mistakes. Thank goodness, Im also a licensed nail technician and know how to fix the issues. Seriously, what is going on? Im really getting disappointed in the quality of service, not to mention there are signs all over the salon stating a price increase coming June 1. I understand price increases, but not for the quality service being given at this time. Not sure Ill go back after all these years.
