My first time ever coming in today and they were super friendly. Great customer service but the quality of my full set and pedicure did not match the price. I have no problem paying for good quality work but this wasn’t the case. 3 of my nails are crooked, the shaping is wrong and the gel polish is very blotchy. I felt like I was rushed and looked over. I won’t be returning

Very cozy. Exactly what youd expect from a salon. I opted for their deluxe pedicure. It includes sea salt scrub, honey sugar scrub, moisture mask, and massage creme.My usual salon is closed on Sunday and i needed a polish change on my hands, only got a pedicure because my feet peel like crazy and I cant stand that. So I decided why not. Decently priced. Cozy. Id come again as a 2nd option.

First time visiting on recommendation of neighbor. Very busy nail salon, but very efficient at getting you seen and taken care of for manicure and/or pedicure. All staff nice and prices are comparable to other salons in the area. Offer all nail services.

This place been here for a long time, but with that being said. I got there and I was immediately seated thats where the 1stat came in. All I came for was for 2 repairs and a color change. The guy completely reshaped all my nails to almost point like witch nails. I told him thats to skinny. He said it looked better that way. Basically I let him finish and walked out unsatisfied because there were a few elderly there and I didnt want to get out of character. Long story short i will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER come back here i wouldnt even recommend this place

Snow was so awesome!! She immediately started a conversation with me and made me feel welcome. During my pedicure and manicure she gave me the absolutely best massages and then she told me she was a masseur and offered 30 min and 60 min massages. I took her up on the 30 min massage and she worked my upper body and i really think it was one of the best massages i have had in a long time. Her fingers/thumbs were like hot pokers in those tight muscle areas and the pain was crazy but awesome all at once because I had some serious knots but when we were done, I felt like a million dollars of new girl!! Snow is pleasant, with a great smile, courteous and sincere about making sure you got what you came for. Absolutely awesome massage and I highly recommend you call her for a session. I will definitely return. Thank you Snow!

I had the Gel manicure done and the next day, two of my nails were peeling. I called and the guy said to come back any day whom I am assuming is the owner. I went today Sunday 11th, 2020 and he was rushing me about the color which was the wrong color not what I originally had. He put the color over the color that I had and it was Just Horrible and he showed a Nasty attitude when I informed it looked horrible. That is poor service and you will not have to worry about MY AMERICAN MONEY ANYMORE!!!! BAD UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!!🤬🤬

I was a loyal customer for two years. I moved to another city so I was gone for a while but I was in town and I needed two of my nails fixed so I decided to go back to my old favorite. The manager always did my nails. This day however The manager was busy and they gave me to a new technician. She didn’t know what she was doing. She took forever and cut my fingers. I told her I wanted someone else to do my hands the manager sat me in someone else’s chair. I asked the manager if he could do my nails because I had to be somewhere soon and he said the other lady was fast. She was anything but fast and again didn’t know what she was doing. So I stopped her. The manager went out to run an errand so I was left waiting for an hour by that time I was in there for almost two hours for a nail fix and polish change. I explained all this to the manager calmly when he got back. I explained I wasn’t happy with the service nor the amount of time I’ve been in the shop for such a simple request. He laughed and made jokes and said he would take care of me. When I was leaving he tried to charge me for the service and I refused we got into a huge argument because I didn’t feel like I should have to pay for going through three people and wait two and a half hrs on a slow day to fix two nails and to paint them over. He said people worked and they should be paid and I told him people don’t get paid if they do a bad job period! He told me not to come back ever again after being a loyal customer for years. I was truly disgusted and I told him that was no problem at all.On another occasion prior to this I came in to do my nails as usual and I had just dyed my hair black so a little dye got under my nails. He said to me oh what is that on your finger must be all that fried chicken you like. I should have made a report but I let it go because I had a friendly relationship with him and we joked around sometimes but I felt that crossed the line. I said excuse me and he said oh I’m just joking with you. Either way this establishment is unprofessional and do not have professionals working there with neither attitude or skill.

Service was adequate. I arrived within 1 hr from closing. Got a pedicure that was rushed. I will go back during morning hrs to see if service is less hurried. Building was very clean and spacious. Services were fairly priced.

I used to love this place, I was dedicated...then I stopped because my nails started to break. A definite reflection of the quality or lack thereof. I went today for a pedicure and they rushed right through and charged $25. It was just disappointing. Wont be giving anymore chances.

Honestly, I come to this salon a lot and I even showed up when it first opened up. I have never had a bad experience and my nails come out beautiful. This past week I came to get my nails done and they looked beautiful and the guy was really friendly. Though, this is the first time that my nail has chipped off for absolutely no reason. I do not hit my nails or let it go where it could rip off. normally when I get my acrylics done they seem to look a lot thicker than they are at this moment. I am just confused on why my nail would chip off from typing on a lap top? but otherwise! great service!

My nail repair was not done well. 1 nail big than the rest. I told the man but he was too busy looking g at TV. Never will go back. At least I will not leave town with a broken nail.

I am not sure what happened in less than a months time but my experience here today was terrible. The first time I came about a month ago I got the best pedicure Ive had in a while from a young lady. Today I cant even call what I received a pedicure. First I had to sit in the chair 15 minutes before water was even added, the nail polish color I wanted was seemingly an issue because it wasnt on the shelf they wanted me to pick from, no cream or callus remover was used at all to remove dead skin only a dry file pad. I had to ask about the dead skin spots and when I did a man, who was not doing my pedicure, seemed agitated at my concern and began angrily telling the man doing my pedicure what to do and rushing. To add to that after polishing my toe twice it still has dents in the polish and is not a smooth polish job at all. Im sure I will not be back here. When I come for a pedicure the expectation is a relaxing experience, not at all what I received today.

I was in town for a conference and needed my nails done, so I walked to this place. They and I chatted very funny each other! & I have thin nails but she still knew how to make it look nice. I will def keep coming back & I had a wonderful experience.

The manager lady wasnt polite to me yesterday. I thought she was very unprofessional. One of my toe nails is split and I needed them to paint my toe nails as well as a design. I told her to put a design over my toe area that was split. She didnt do what I asked and she said I should have gotten a overlay to make that one toe look pretty because it is ugly this way. I understand being honest to your customers but dont be rude. I could have said something rude about her. But, that would have been rude and mean on my part. I always tip everyone that works on me. I even left a tip yesterday. However, being rude is unprofessional!!

I went this morning hoping to get a pedicure, manicure, facial, and waxed. After my pedicure I got my manicure and during both of those the lady kept asking the girl who does facials if she was going to do mine. She ignored her every time! When my manicure was done and it was time for my facial, she went and grabbed someone to start a pedicure. I was dumbfounded. I have never in my life had something like that happen. Will never return!

First visit and I was a walk in. I needed shellac removed and a manicure. They have the most color selection of dip powders of anywhere Ive ever been. They are great with pedicures! They get busy at times so I suggest you make an appointment advance & I loved my experience.

When I arrived for my appointment they took me right away. They worked fast but not rushed and they seem to be able to do nearly anything! Anywho, if you like great nails and amazing conversation, come here.

Terrible.... had to redo several nails. Then after complete he left polish all over my skin. Polish was still soft 2 hours later and caused gouges. Not worth the money.

I started coming about 2 months ago and have become a loyal customer. They always remember who I am and Tom who always does my nails never missed a beat. He has always makes sure I get what I want and is always is a great mood which adds is always helpful.

Wont be coming back here, and definitely dont recommend! I got gel nail polish on my nails Monday morning, Monday afternoon one nail already chipped and was peeling off, I went back that afternoon to get it fixed, Tuesday and Wednesday the gel continued to come off (the full nail in one piece) which means it was not put on properly, gel polish should last about 2 weeks. I called and spoke with someone they told me to come in they will fix it I went Thursday around lunch now I only have about 3.5 nails still polished. They took that polish off and redid my gel polish same color as before. The owner then tried to charge me for a polish change he said I bite my nails and thats why they were coming off.

The people was really nice but I had got the cat eyes and the lady didn’t polish my nails right also she was drilling to close to my cuticle and I won’t go back there again

I called My Nail Spa and they said no problem and let me drop in. They worked fast but not rushed. Their prices are also quite affordable. This nail salon will definitely be my go to place.

Tommy did a great job on my pedi. I walked in about 30 minutes before closing and they took me!

Despite it being a holiday weekend, the service was quick. The wait time was short. The techs were nice and knew what they were doing. The color selection was large. And it came out really neat.

Horrible horrible horrible experience . I went there last Friday to get a full set. The next day my nails looked horrible. They looked like there were air bubbles forming under my nails. On Sunday I returned to show the manager his sloppy work he argued with me about my complaint. He was very unprofessional and refused to listen to what I was saying. I will never go back to this establishment again. If you are looking for quality work DO NOT go there.

Very friendly people, but they need to slow down & take time with each customer. I got a full set & was so disappointed as to my nails being different lengths & not the shape that I intended them to be. I was looking forward to going here as it was my first time & reasonable prices, but in this case you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone going to this facility until they get the proper talent & professional to execute something as simple as a full set.

Truly one of the best places to get your nails done. Ive been a customer sice they first opened their doors. Mary and Tom are truly fun to be around and try to accomodate everyone. Very clean atmosphere and friendly staff. As a business owner they truly have set the standards for professionalism. I fet compliments daily regarding my nails and am eager to send customers their way.

Went in for an overlay and gel polish and MARY tried to rush through the job. When I asked her to slow down she became very rude so I asked for the manager to do my nails instead. He did a great job!

Wanted a simple manicure and pedicure. The service was HORRIBLE! My nails werent filed evenly or smooth. Also not to mentioned the person doing my feet was inexperienced. Never again.

I have been going there for 6 years. I absolutely love them.

The guy wanted to use acrylic powder and put uv gel polish over it calls that a gel set. Last time I check gel powder is different and dries more clearly than acrylic powder. Then wanted to charge me 20 extra for my requested gel white tip. This was fine until he took out an airbrush gun to paint white tips and told me he would then use clear gel polish over this. Told me I was crazy and called me stupid and said I didnt know what I was talking about. Gave a fake managers name and refused to provide his name or managers number. Told me the managers number was 911. Because I am an attorney I paid for an acrylic full set and filed a dispute with my card company because he threatened to call police. I did not even get a complete service. I was quoted prices he refused to honor before even sitting down. Other customers remarked about his horrible antics and bad customer service. This was the worst experience that Ive ever had in any service type environment. I guess he was unaware I had just gotten my toes done with the gel polish and my eyebrows done there about two weeks prior. Dont waste your time with these substandard services.
