If you want your fingers and toes set up to be beautiful...then by all means please patronize this business!!! Pi had me walking out of there smiling as if Id just won the lottery!!! She is so pleasant and accommodating. The staff was not rude speaking over you in another language like you tend to see a great deal in most salons ...I cannot wait to go back....

First time going here for location convenience and actually due to reviews I saw, I went here. Let me update y’all...🆗 PRICE : ⭐️⭐️⭐️ gel polish alone is an additional charge to any service. My gel pedi + full set gel (shown in image) $88⁉️QUALITY: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3hrs+ !!! the staff is limited in skill as to who knows how to do full set & who don’t. Their time management is very slow unless you ask for them to do everything you need at same time.- ❌ Molding the acrylic is a WAY too timely! because they’ll make the nail REALLY thick using too much acrylic..but waste time drilling afterward to make them thin/flat

Came here a week and a half ago. Paid around $50 for a full set. The nails were done very poorly. They began to lift 3 days after I got them done. Came back today and voiced my concern, Genie was unconcerned. I was not looking for any type of refund or discount. Just wanted her to do a fill and correct her mistake. She acted as though it wasn’t her fault. Very dismissive. I walked out. Not gonna spend my hard earned money with someone who can’t perform the job correctly.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY 💴 HERE! Go anywhere else.

This was a last minute decision to visit this place based on Google reviews. Very thankful that I found Genie Nails and Spa. I was a walk in 1 hour before they closed and since I decided to so SNS it took over an hour, but even after they closed they took their time to accurately do my nails. Genie, ( and no she was not the owner :) ) did a very good job and I will be back. Prices are very reasonable and good quality.

I got a pedicure here and it was horrible. My toe nails were jagged, uneven & the polish was very poorly done. When asked if they could fix the lumps on the polish, at first they refused so I just asked them to take it off completely. I’m very upset at how my toe nails look even without the polish. There seems to be many unexperienced people working here.

Sally is THE BEST lash extension stylist in Charlotte. She is fantastic. Her prices cant be touched. Ive seen the work of other stylists who charge 3x as much and they absolutely do not compare to Sally.

They are ripping people off. I got a full set and a pedicure and was charged $100 (they don’t tell you gel polish is an extra $15). 4 days after, my nails began to lift.I went back to get them fixed and then the ones that were fixed began to pop off about 4 days later. All of my nails popped of within two weeks

SNS Dip cracked on 8 nails twice in one week. Went back for fix and requested gel polish instead of more dipping powder. Was charged another $18 for the polish.

Im sooo happy that I found this. My lady Nancy did such good work on my feet and hands. Im so coming back again and making this my main thats for sure. Everyone was so nice and friendly and I enjoy coming when they open up so peaceful and quiet.

My daughter and I have been doing our nails there for over a year now. Very clean and they are friendly, Ived missed my fill in a couple times and have never loose a nail!

The service was terrible, I called them before arriving to confirm if I could get my nails done, when I got there I was literally the only one in the store, than they pretended to act they were going to do my nails, started removing my nail then had me wait for 30mins while they started on someone, it was a complete waist of time, I sat there for so long with the tips on not cut or nothing, I decided to tell them to take them off an go else where, because they don’t deserve my money, didn’t even treat me like a customer

Worst experience of my life. I would score less than 1 star if possible! The tech did not know how to do crome, got upset because she had to take it off and cut my hand then laughed!! I am disgusted! Dont go to this place! Save your time and money!!!

My nails were very bulky & uneven. Got them fixed but they aren’t what I initially asked for. My the nail polish for my pedicure is sloppy & unevenly coated. U can see the polish on my feet was dripping in different areas on my toes. Also was surprised at how high the prices have gotten I’ve been going to this place for 2-3 years & never paid that much for a fullset or pedicure.

I usually dont get my nails done, because of bad experience with customer service and paying too much for horrible work. But Genie Nails & Spa was by far the best nail shop I have ever been too. I came in for color change on gel polish on hands and feet. Lindsey did my nails. She took her time and my nails and feet look beautiful. Everyone in the shop was very nice and smiled and greeted me upon entering. Great atmosphere. I will definitely come back here and get my nails done.

I came here to get my eyelash extensions and couldnt be happier. I saw a girl in hickory and commented on her lashes...she recommended this salon and I am so happy I made the trip. Reasonable price and the girls are really nice. Loving my lashes 😄

I usually go here to get my nails done but this time may make me change my mind. The lady who usually does my nails was busy so I let one of the others do them. They look like a child painted my nails. Polish left on my skin and uneven all around

First time going here since I just moved here to NC from out of state. The technician was very rough with my nails and cut my nail beds over and over. Even when I told her she still did it over and over. I will not be going back there again. I have seen and had better service other places. Cant wait to find that one person that can do my nails with hurting or cutting me.

This place is a little gem! My nail technician Sally was amazing. She took her time with my full set and manicure and I will definitely be coming back to this nail salon. They are even open on Sundays for a few hours and most nail salons are not. Very clean and friendly!

I recently moved to North Carolina from Delaware. I was scared to even find a nail tech that could fill my Delaware nail tech’s shoes, but today I found this salon and was happy on the first try. Genie did a great job and was very friendly. Thanks again for an on the point experience.

I feel like I visited a completely different business from the one being described in other reviews. Ive had worse looking nails before but there were several problems with them like messy edges, little spots where the previous polish wasnt completely removed first and not filing the ridges on the top of my nails. Unfortunately this is just the beginning. When I went in a woman started doing my nails who couldnt understand a word I said. She couldnt understand that I was asking to have my nails cut short and she couldnt understand that I was asking for the nails to be squoval in shape. I dont want to be unkind, but if you cant understand these requests then how can you do your job? Another woman eventually came and took over the job. There were no other customers and all of the other nail technicians sat in a corner watching TV. No one offered me a glass of water or offered to take my coat or anything like that and the woman who took over doing my nails barely spoke to me at all. In fact she even kept looking over her shoulder to watch the TV while doing my nails. The inside of this place is pretty shabby too. If youre looking to treat yourself by getting your nails done this is definitely not the place youll want to be.

This place has become my go to nail salon with my entire family. We love the service from every single nail tech. They take their time and I always leave with perfect nails. Love them!

My new pedicure spot. Just your regular pedicure, but it was probably one of the best Ive had. The lady was very thorough, and didnt just rush through it. I feel totally refreshed!

I have gone here twice in two weeks and spent a total of 120$ . The first time I said I wanted natural but flutter and didnt get that. I wasnt really asked any questions about what I wanted or the options and it came out like a drag queen when i looked in the mirror I could have cried and I asked if she could take some out and she said no . I finally went on YouTube and figured out how to take some out myself. I thinned them out and they were ok . One lash thinned out more than the other so after a week i went back paid more money and asked if the left eye to look like the right eye .I asked if I could see them while she was doing them so I could make sure they were right and she said no . So at the end I left with super thin lashes bc she took all my lashes and replaced them with super thin lashes so it look like I had no lash extensions on at all. As a new client I wish she would have educated me more on lash options, asked me questions and listened to me .now Im just out of 120$

Omg my nails and brows look awesome. They fit me in right before close and they didnt rush. So nice and super clean.

I came in for the first time and the lady started doing my nails, everything was fine until she cut 3 of my fingers.. then I asked for a gel color, so as she’s putting the clear coat of gel on I guess she spills some on my finger, which I don’t realize until after I stick my hand into the light & my finger is burning. When I take my hand out & tell her she laughs, it burned into my skin.. then to top it off at the end she said it’s $48.. I ask for the breakdown because all I got was a simple color & she says “$27 for full set, $5 for coffin & $16 for gel”.. 9 more dollars to the gel fee alone and i could get a full set somewhere else. this is ridiculous, $16 for gel?? everywhere else charges $10.

I would give this place no stars if that was possible. First a man starts giving me my manicure does a very crappy job. Then a women comes and re-does what he tried to do in the first place. After which she makes all my nails uneven, and squared on the edges when i asked for rounded edges, so she had to go back and redue them all again. Then, i had asked for a french amd she started painting my nails fully. I had to stop her while, she made faces like she messed up. Then did what i asked. After she was done i noticed she had painted the tips of my fingers with gel, and nail polish, which you know is hard to peel off. The french that was done was too think. And i mine as well had done this at home myself. It was not worth the money, especially when it was my birthday.

Very good at what they do. Took too long though and a bit overpriced in my opinion. $43 for a gel full set
