My daughter and I went to get a pedicure and manicure. The lady had us set at the bowel. I over heard her tell another person they needed to get a gel polish. The lady was told that the machine use to dry your nails and toes was broke. The lady told me the same but she had started on my feet. The lady at the shop that works there told the customer she had quick dry when she asked her. Employee later told me they did not have any quick dry and I should get gel. I did not get it becouse it cost 10 more dollars. My nails are aweful never again. I also notice another person was getting nails done and that employee had a ultra violent dryer but I had to use a fan shared with my daughter to dry my nails.

Got a full set last week and both thumbs are coming off. One already came off and the other is lifting. Came back to get them fixed and the same lady who did them tells me to wait an hour to have 2 nails fixed. Very unhappy with the level of service they are providing. Will not be back after these nails are fixed by anther tech of course!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! They dont deserve ANY STARS....

I went to get eyelashes installed... By far the worst Ive ever gotten. Please just stick to doing nails.

I always have a great experience when I go here! No matter eyebrows, nails, or pedicure. The deluxe pedicures with the paraffin and hot towels are the best and a great value for under $40! I felt so warm and cozy, I didnt want to leave the chair!

They sold me Gel nails, but in reality they only work with acrylic nails, they call it Gel Powder, which is the same as acrylic. Their jars do not have any labels in them. My gel powder is growing some dark spots in them. I would definitely stay away from this place

Ive been coming to Davi off and on for the past 8 plus years because they have always been the best at doing my pedicures. Last Friday I needed my nails done because I couldnt get a spot at my usual place so I decided to go to Davi...first thing I noticed was the entire staff was different. I have my own speculations on that but thats another time. Anyway, long story short the girl doing my nails was ALL over the place moving super fast as if she was an expert and could do that...um no. As she was doing my SNS she didnt even finish the dipping process when she told someone that walked in to come back in exactly 10 min so she could do her lashes? keep in mind she is still doing my nails and would have to rush through mines to be done in that time. When the lady came back she told me she would come back and put the oil on after she finished the lady lashes!!!? I have had SNS before and it seemed like the steps she was doing was off, also I didnt get a cuticle treatment or any other part of the manicure...it was more like a polish change. After sitting at the dryer forever and just over it all constantly looking at my ugly nails, I started to put on my coat when she shouted to another woman to put the oil on my nails. SMH take a look at my pics.You can see the top coat distorted my nail texture and left scrape like indentions. Another manicurist told me she didnt do the steps right and shouldnt have wet my nails at that point. This was the fastest Ive had my nails done and the worst theyve ever looked. I wanted to complain right then and there and just say take it all off but I was exhausted from a long week and just took the L. I will never come here again. I went across the parking lot to that place next to subway to get my feet done yesterday and they will be my go to now for drop ins.

Now I know why this salon seems crowed every time when I walked up for shopping!: it’s all because marvelous welcomed and best customer services. Young talented and experienced technicians: My 4th visit by now. Feel still same lovely vibes..Price is way cheaper than near by salon.Thank you Asmita for your beautiful design on Christmas time. Under new management, new people. I went in for an eyebrow wax, manicure, and a pedicure. The prices have changed. A manicure use to be $7 now it’s $12, pedicure use to be $12 now it’s $25, and an eyebrow wax is still the same, $7.When I got the eyebrow wax everything went well except for the fact that the person went to low on my eyelid and pulled/bruised the skin on both my eyelids causing red burning patches. She did not bother to apply the soothing gel after the wax.And the manicure was less than spectacular. I started to wonder if my manicurist knew what she was doing. She asked me if I wanted a cut and file. Which I believe comes with a manicure, duh. I was not impressed with the manicure. She left the the cuticle on four my nails. And I felt like I could of done a better job at home myself with a manicure. Not impressed, will not be going back. And my eyelids are still raw, ugh.

I got my nail and feet done here. The staff was so kind and friendly. I asked to be put in at 1 and I got there and was immediately put into a chair. There was virtually no wait time and the new manager was kind and extremely helpful. And the prices were great. They weren’t too expensive and I was able to do both my nails and my feet for a decent price. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been going to this nail salon for 4 years. Every staff are professional and very focus on their work. I do my eyebrow, gel nail, pedicure here. Price is reasonable comparing to another nail salon.I never have any problem yet while doing eyebrow, gel nail and pedicure. Sounds environment. Small and clean area.

I tried the new Gel X extensions and absolutely adore my nails. They are natural, light and there is no strong smell while getting it done. All the girls at work love them, I would recommend this place to anyone. They are super friendly and Asmita is the best!!!

I love my nails, although my nails are already lifting (only had them for 3 days) none of them have came off, they are thick but not too thick . the lady that did my nails was nice and i didn’t have a customer service problem. i’m going to put 3 stars because some of the nails are thick, and like rounded coffin and my middle finger nail is uneven but you won’t be able to tell unless you really look at them .

I never usually write reviews but I feel I need too.Went here yesterday with my best friend, I got a gel french full set.The service was fine, the nail tech took her time. But once my nails dried, I noticed she didnt put enough gel on my nails. They look like I need a fill in already. Ill be going somewhere else next time.

I come every 2 weeks.I get wonderful service and if it’s a problem with my nails they fix for me.Very friendly. Even if you come late around closing time, they will take care of you like me.Today, I did my full set and am very happy like Always. Also I used to do wax for my eyebrows but now I started doing threading in this salon because technicians A always gives best eyebrow shapes and it lasts more than 2 weeks. My regular nails and eyebrow salon since 2 years.I would recommend everyone to come specially in this nail salon.

The worst eyebrow experience ever! I went there yesterday and the lady literally waxed off removed my arch on one eyebrow and shaved the other. My brows are now completely uneven and different shapes. I tried paying with my debit card and she tells me that she has to run it as credit which the store has a $10 minimum policy. Ive now tipped her incompetence with $3 extra. Im disgusted with my eyebrows at the moment and I have to have pictures taken tomorrow. Ive spent the better half of my last 24 hours trying to fix this mess to no avail. Dont waste your time! Its cheap but not worth it!

Result is WOWOW.......I used to do my nail near my work area(downtown charlotte). Today, I gave them a try to do my SNS and full set for my daughter and pedicure because of some excellent review in google.First, I really love their customer services, they are so patience doing my nails, my nails looks so beautiful. And price is way reasonable compare to my regular salon. From now, this salon will be my regular nail salon. I recommend 100%. Thank you - young girls.

I didn’t expect that I can get a best customer services in a nail salon of Walmart:I had bad experience in this salon 3 years ago.But friend forced me to go this salon again yesterday.OMG: all staffs were so welcoming: and customer services also far better than before.I waited probably 10minutes.I done SNS and deluxe pedicure with asmita:My feet looks so beautiful and SNS is just WOW:I don’t know if you go to this salon but I will definitely go this salon.Thank you so much for your excellent service.Bad news is- they don’t offer wine for customers.

Went in for a mani and pedi, the young lady that serviced me rushed through my pedicure . I probably could’ve done a better job myself. My mani looks like a kid polished my nails and she broke skin with the nippers my fingers are still burning . I wouldn’t recommend this place

Ive been going here for about 7/8 yrs. They have new owners now and they are young and inexperienced. They dont do a great job on pedicures or gel nails anymore. They are not as detailed as the original owner workers were.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE. I came in there one night after work to get my nails done. My first time visiting and last. They were so rude to me. The ladies DO NOT speak English and was talking about me in front of me. SO DISRESPECTFUL and I felt so uncomfortable. InknI they was talking about me because I changed my mind on the polish color. But its still disrespectful to talk about me like that in my face and looking at me. So I changed my mind on the color again and Then one of the ladies yelled at me and put her finger in my face. I was so angry that I snapped and told her that she should respect everyone and I will never come back. I should have slapped her for all the disrespect. But I chose to be the adult in the situation. I felf so uncomfortable. And I paid for the service but I left before they could paint my nails. I just wanted to get out of there. So I went to Walmart and brought some polish and painted my nails at home. I will never support this business and I suggest you dont either.

Won’t come here again I thought it was convenient had two nails break and it has even been a week everytime I go the prices change seriously tried of going to nail salon after nail salon for replacement for nails might as well get a new set from somewhere else due to how bad their falling off .

I decided to stop by this nail salon because it was conveniently located near where I was staying and also since it was inside of Walmart, of course I expected good quality for a not-so-steep price. Boy was I wrong... the ladies working inside were pretty friendly but when I looked at what was supposed to be my 2-week fill-in of my Pink and White gel nails, I was disgusted. You could still see the dirt and lines from before I had gotten a fill in. You could not even tell that she had done anything.. except that there was now acrylic where it had shifted down when I needed a fill-in. I was completely unsatisfied but didnt want to make a seen so I just took that one as a lost. I did however let one of the other ladies wax my eyebrows. She did a pretty good job.. the only thing that annoyed me was her wanting to use that nasty razor that they use with everyone else. No thank you! I requested that she use a new razor and boy am I glad I did because when I left out, I had a cut where she had knicked my eyebrow. This is understandable but it is also unsanitary if they are cutting numerous people with the same razor. Overall, I was not pleased with the services and will not be returning.

I had got a acrylic set and when the man was doing my nails it looking sloppy and the overall job didnt look good. It looked like I did it at home. I wasnt pleased. The only good thing is they stayed on forever.

They tell you one price, when you check out its different even no extra services. Too expensive for a poor job.

I got my nails done and within a few days 2 nails came off. I went there to get them redone, and she fixed it for free, but that night another one came off, I am sick of going back and forth.
