I am blown away by this salon. I’m leaving a review because, in the past (at a different salon in a different city) I received an abysmal ombré manicure from someone who claimed to know how to do it but clearly did not. But The Nail Bar KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING!! Tom did these nails and they are pristine. I was beyond impressed by the attention to detail and clearly it paid off. So if you’re looking for ombré, you can trust their method. I’ve also received a gel manicure and pedicure from Emily and she’s fantastic, as well. My nails feel cleaner and healthier than they have in months.

They do a great job every visit, I go here exclusively since discovering them a few years ago. They did my wedding nails and my wedding party, and I’m there every two weeks pretty much religiously. I have a regular tech (Tom) but if he isn’t in or available I would trust anyone else.

Highly recommended. Great professional service and great time. We called the morning of for a graduation and received great treatment. Will be back again

They are doing a great job during COVID. Super clean, polite service, and the nail technicians are some of the best when it comes to designs. They are always willing to help me pick colors that work for me. And my nails look great!

I just moved to Charlotte and had a great 1st time experience here! Ann is amazing! She really takes her time and makes sure your nails are exactly like how you want them. I will definitely be going back here!!

Arrived about 1:30. Immediately greeted at the front door. Less than 5-minute wait for eyebrow wax. Perfectly shaped. Will be back for additional services.

Tom and Emily are the nicest folks. They learn your name and are always available when you need them to be. After a long search I finally found this place!

I highly recommend The Nail Bar. Today (Saturday) was my first time here and I will definitely be back whenever I’m on this side of town. I got there around 2:45 and left at 3:45. I was able to walk right in and didn’t even have to wait for the water to fill up, as they started setting up while I picked my color. I decided to get the Signature Pedicure and it was a great 45 minute experience. The salon was clean, not busy, and had an overall relaxing atmosphere!

I have been SEARCHINNNGGGGG for my “go-to” place and I have found it! First time there and I will definitely be back! As soon as we walked in they were so welcoming! The atmosphere is relaxing and so clean. I received a pedicure and it was so relaxing and they were so nice and social the entire time. They were a little light on polish choices, but I found the perfect shade!

I have been coming to the nail bar for about a year now and they are very consistent with their work. I am always happy when I leave and I love how clean everything is. Definitely a top nail spot in Charlotte.

I randomly found this place but was pleasantly surprised by how great my experience was. Mina did such a great job with my gel manicure. It is pretty much perfect. I have had such bad experiences with other nail salons in the area. The prices are good here and they are offering 20% off till the end of October.

This is by far (in my opinion) the best nail spot! I’ve tried quite a few different places since moving here, and the nail bar never fails to make my nails look PERFECT every time. They’ve even helped me grow my nails longer and stronger, so I no longer get acrylics, just SNS!Cannot recommend them more. Every nail tech there is fantastic!

First time at The Nail Bar and I had the best experience! My sister and I went around 5:30 on a Friday and it was not crowded at all. Tom was very detail oriented and thorough and I’m so pleased with how my SNS nail turned out!! Would definitely recommend!

I got an SNS manicure and they did a wonderful job! They took extra careful care of my nails and the finished product was amazing. I got so many compliments on them! My new favorite nail salon!

I used to really like this place; however, I came in yesterday for a pedicure and gel manicure and left feeling like I had been abused. The tech who did my fingernails, Mina, was extremely rough with my hands and was jerking around my fingers. Multiple times I said Ow out loud. The manicure always finishes with a hand and arm massage and again she was WAY too rough. Youve lost my business!

Came in for pedi and gel manicure. Way under staffed. Had to ask to get the water turned on for pedicure. Not too many colors to choose from. Worst service in the area. Asked he lady how much more for certain services she estimated but couldn’t confirm. But she works here? Better places in the area to go too. I wouldn’t waste your money here.

They over charged me and tried to justify the over charging saying it was for shaping my nails which is something you would do regardless of which service you would get. Really disappointed in this place and the service.

I was new to the area and checked this place out and it has become my go-to. Extremely good quality on my gel manicures. Highly recommend it.

The environment is very relaxing. The staff was nice. I do SNS Powder on my natural nails. They have a large selection of SNS colors and the tech was very detailed with her technique when applying SNS Powder and my nail shape. I will be making this my new nail spot.

Clean and beautiful. Liners in the pedicure baths. Individually wrapped nail tools. Many organic products. The customer service was wonderful.
