Really upset with my little experience that i had with reesunshine. So my dad bought me a groupon that was a mani/pedi special. My first thought was yayy never heard of them maybe they will be great and free mani /pedi is always nice. So i call up there about 2/3 weeks ago i had no answer which really annoyed me because i prefer to actually schedule an appt over the phone for reasons like my own. So i endup looking on the groupon and i look up the nail salon it said appt online only which i was like i said annoyed but i did it. I wanted to schedule for a wednesday and when i schedule i clicked on wednesday set everything up emailed them that my dad purchased it and that i wasnt sure if i should print out the groupon or how i should go about it? No reply so i thought everything was okay. So im expecting Wed the 21st of june schedules off of work all tha. I get an email around 11:45 id say while at the gym saying you have an appt at 11:30 today which i totally start to freak because i schedule for wednesday or atleast what i thought. So i hurry up and call hoping they answer which they did and i explain to her how i thought it was wednesday morning and not only did she have an attitude she was not helpful at all like ive been waiting to use this groupon since ive gotten it and i finally schedule everything and of course something comes up and im really upset. She said it would be a 20$ late fee which is rediculous ive already purchased a groupon for this. You know i just wanted to go to a nail salon call up there schedule an apt and go in, the fact that it was that complicated to schedule and appt and cant even reason with me about what happened is really upsetting. If there scheduling process werent so damn complicated and actually answered a phone it might help alot more. And wouldnt have an unhappy costumer. You lost me. Never again.
