I had an appointment that I scheduled at my last visit. I have been coming to this shop for several years. I drive over 24 miles one way for the excellent service. Upon arrival today I wait and wait. Donna who does my nails graciously do them at 9 due to my work schedule. When she did not come on time, no problem because I know she has family. At 9:30 when they opened I go inside to find out she no longer works there and they do see me scheduled for 9. Being a good regular customer it was not good customer service to not call and advise a faithful client. The schedule calendar was open to today’s date so my appointment had to have been noticed. Also there was no one available due to appointments. I feel betrayed as a regular client of Donna. Not a good way to do business.

I LOVE getting my nails and toenails done here. My sister and mom and I all go here regularly. Owners and staff are super friendly and very good at what they do. They always accept appointments and are on time. Clean and relaxing environment. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been coming here for several months now and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Everyone is so nice and I always make sure to book my appointment in advance. Stephen does my nails and He is amazing. I am a very basic nail girl, but I walk out of that salon a very happy customer every time. I don’t know everyone’s name yet, but I have also have interacted with Andrew and Donna. They are all so kind, and I feel so welcomed when I walk in. I know not everyone will have the same experiences I have, but I’m thankful I found this salon.

Seriously love this place! Steven does such a clean job on my nails. I have only been here a couple of times but I am impressed. Will be my go to nail salon. Every one is professional, they answer the phones and are on time for your appointment!!

My daughter went there to get her nail fix she Waited for over 35 minutes for someone to fix one nail once he fix the one nail she asked for it to be painted the exact same color as the rest of her nails which they did not have the color and then Man brought her all the colors and told her to find one that will match the rest of the colors Once she seen that they didn’t have the color she asked the man if he could find a similar one to match the colors in Which he still told her to find a color once she Realize they didn’t have the color she asked how much it would cost for them to change the nail on her thumb to match the colors that they have because they did not have the color that she already had on the rest of her finger nails he rudely with a attitude told her 5 more dollars Which doesn’t make sense because when she came in there they seen what color nails she had on all of her finger nails they should’ve politely just told her we do not carry that color the hole time he was rude with a attitude I will never go there and allow my child to go back and be miss treated Horrible service It’s not about the five dollars it’s about customer service And how poorly she was treated

I paid $90 for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. The red from my previous gel color wasn’t completely removed and is showing through the pink of my new color. The polish also doesn’t even cover my entire nails on my fingers. There’s big places the lady missed bud after almost 2 hours I needed to go.

Found this place on a whim and it wasnt too bad. The young girl i had do my dip powder with design did a good job. Theres wine which was a great plus👍🏾. Just wish she would have done my cuticles before starting my dip powder set.

I received a gift certificate for the Ballantyne Nail Bar & Spa that I was looking forward to using for my birthday in March. I was not able to use the certificate at that time due to the covid restrictions and subsequently the salon was closed for two months. I went in today and although I had a great mani/pedi, they had signs everywhere that due to the added PPE (paper masks), they raised their prices by $5 (20%) and stopped offering the complimentary beverages. When I went to check out, the owner would only accept my gift certificate for half of it’s value because it was 3 weeks past it’s 6 month expiration date! As a small business owner, I understand that times are tough but this is just poor business. I think even my technician was shocked and although I didn’t say too much, he apologized several times. I will not be returning to that spa under that ownership.

I love this establishment!!! Donna is the BEST......i love 💕 her soooo much!!! I recently moved to North Carolina from New Jersey, and ever since we stepped into the nail spa they’ve treated us like family. Their work is impeccable.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. they had me waiting for an hour just to get a fill in because apparently only TWO ofthem knew how to do acrylics. meanwhile, 4 other customers came in and were seated right away. the lady didn’t even inform me that she had appointments coming in, nor did she tellme how long the wait would be. highly unprofessional, i will not be returninghere again.

Love this nail salon! I get the SNS on my nails and it looks beautiful every time and lasts at least 4 weeks. It doesnt last nearly as long when I used to go to other salons. They offer complimentary wine/soda/water and always get me in quickly. I wouldnt go to any other salon!

Ive only ever gotten my eyebrows waxed here but they do it perfectly every single time! Most places I go to make them too thin or dont take off enough. I explained what I wanted and time after time they execute it perfectly. Im thrilled to have found them. Cant wait to try all the services they have to offer!

My experience was absolutely awful. The service was terrible and i would not advise anyone to waste money nor time. I scheduled an apt and still had to wait over a hour! The nail tech did not offer me anything to drink while i waited, and did a very bad job on my nails. I asked the manager if he could correct my issue and he disregarded my complaint. I paid for my services and explained to the manager what my issues were and asked if he could assist me. The manager yelled at me and advised me that i would have to wait or i could leave. I was disgusted! I would not advise anyone to support this establishment!!!!!!! Zero Star!!

My wife loves this place. She drives almost 30 miles to get the great experience that hasnt been found anywhere closer. The staff is very professional and interact with their clients. The nails seem to last longer and a great atmosphere. I am sure that my wife will be a customer here for a while.

Have been going here for about 4 years. I have also gone to a few other places nearby. I find my basic manicure lasts the longest when done here and the waxing too. Wynn(not sure of spelling) is a perfectionist. She takes her time and you can tell she cares about her skill. Its always clean too.

Amy did my manicure and pedicure. Amy took special car with my toes that are ingrown prone. My French on my toes makes my feet so cute. I got a gel French for my manicure, and looking for something special, we used a metallic purple for the tips. It looks elegant and special. Thank you, Amy.

I will not return to this place. The pedicure was good so I decided to get a manicure and powdered gel nails. I had to wait forever and was about to leave when they came to do myNails. Instead of a manicure the woman used the smoothing machine to butcher my cuticles off. I was a little shocked but let her keep going because it was too late to have her do it properly. At the end she had the nerve to tell me if I had my cuticles removed normally it would have looked better. Well that is what I had wanted - a manicure (with nail shaping and cuticle removal) with a powder gel polish. These people are rude and obviously dont care then try to make you look like the idiot. Im telling every one I can about this incident and not to come here.

Gel manicure was fabulous. Pedicure was terrible and didnt even last a week. Took my mother here & we were treated pretty abruptly. We had two young male technicians and they were short with us for no reason. Wont be going back.

I have been going here for a while and they used to be amazing. They have changed some of their staff and their results have declined ever since. The wait is long regardless of appointment and depending on who you get your fill in/gel manicure may or may not be messy. Poor attention to detail. Thick nails at the end making them look dreadful. While the owner is nice l, his staff is below average. Not recommended unless you have an emergency.

Had a great experience here getting acrylics done for the first time! He had great suggestions because what I thought I wanted wouldn’t have actually worked.

I can usually just walk in and get whatever services I want done. They offer complimentary wine, beer, and soda, too! The techs are very nice.

Nice staff once it is your turn, but we waited for over 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or even ask us if we wanted anything to drink. It hasnt been open for very long as the massage chairs seems to be old and worn down.

Horrible experience. Its sad when your nail tech is making fun of you and telling others in the salon just because of the way your hands look. Wow, I thought that was behind me in high school, I guess some men never grow up!. I will never go back there. To think I just paid to be ridiculed.

Tu does a grear job. The have clean pedicure tubs that are covered in plastic. Same staff with little turn over. Always open. Doing dip nails and tey may be doing more nail designs too.

I usually have Tu do my nails, hes really great! So normally,mostly because of him Id give a great rating. However, Ive been twice while he is not working and the other techs are very rude and abrupt. They rushed me to choose my color and tried to skip the cuticle treatment on both my mani and pedi. I should not have to tell them to do their job and get major attitude In return for a service Im paying for. i will not be returning unless I have an appt with him.
