Johnny does a great job of making this place so friendly and welcoming. My nails always last the longest without breaking. Plus the online scheduling makes it so much easier.

I have social anxiety and sometimes getting my nails done can be really stressful because of this, but I am 100% coming back here! Johnny was so nice and personable. He did a great job on my nails and I felt comfortable and relaxed.

They are a RIP OFF, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ME, MY SISTER AND HER BEST FRIEND MADE APPOINTMENTS THE DAY BEFORE FOR JULY 20. WE did so online w/ the type services we wanted. My sister best friend goes here alot so she suggested this place. It was my sisters birthday. We arrive 945am for out 10am appointment only for me to be sitting for 30 minutes while my sister n her friend get theirs done bc my tech called out. They tell me 30 minutes after I had been sitting and tried to get me to come back. When the purpose of us scheduling at 10am bc we had birthday massages then dinner. They were cutting into my sisters birthday plans. They finally sat me down. When I asked for a price menu none was giving, or posted anywhere for patrons to seeThey charged as we went. Their attitudes were very snooty and rude. We all had different services and we all still paid $99 for manicures not including pedicures. Then had the nerve to tip themselves automatically and not mention it. Weird. Also their receipts were not itemized so you could see all what they charged for. I only got a refill acrylic w/ 2 designs. Should not have been that much. Only to get outside look under my nails to see why it was so quick, she didnt even get all the previous polish off from before which was a very dark color so it was noticeable bc the color change was to a peach. NEVER AGAIN. Making up prices as they go to make up for being closed due to pandemic.

I saw this shop while driving. My previous SNS color was growing out so I decided to give them a try after checking the reviews. The salon is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. I was offered a complimentary drink without hesitation and appreciated that everyone was working and not sitting around idle.Im happy with my nails. I only offer 4 out 5 because there was a language barrier between my tech and me and this was rather frustrating when trying to explain what I needed. Overall, though, she was sweet and did a good job.

I needed my nails done badly and I found this place. The initial introduction was very welcoming. I had them soak off a previous set and I wanted to get a full gel set with designs and a pedicure. Everything went very well with Kim who did my pedicure. Katie who is very talented did an amazing job on my fingernails even though she caught a slight attitude with me when I asked her to correct the shape on one of my nails. The issue I have with this place is the price of service. What I originally wanted was quoted at $160 just for my fingernails. Which I thought was outrageous so I scratched that idea and got this design instead. The end result is very nice and I love my nails. What I did not appreciate was being over charged for services. (Accidental cost miscalculation $85 + $55 is $139, not $149)and other services performed not being very well communicated, such as an additional cost for the shape of my nails $5 and a gel set being $43 but I was charged $55 as seen in the picture posted. I would go back because the application is flawless. But I would recommend if you go here, that a complete break down what you are being charged for is explained to you before they start the service. #NailFanatic

The ONLY place in Charlotte that I trust with my nails! If youre like me, youve been a serial nail customer like me hopping to a different place and person because you can he find anyone to do a good job. Well here, they do a GREAT job! Johnny is so nice and really has that place running like a well oiled machine. The nail techs are all so sweet and seem like they really enjoy what theyre doing an enjoy the people they work with. Hannah and Tracy are the only two who have really worked on my nails but I trust them 100% and switch between the two depending on availability. I highly recommend to call ahead for either an appointment or to check on wait times or yoully be waiting awhile. IfIyoure new, I would ask how they do their pricing because they do charge to cut down and different styles or designs so youre not surprised. If youre surprised, its because you didnt speak up. Duh... They charge extra if extra if they do extra work. I feel so extra when I walk out. Just want to talk with my hands to show off my nails, haha!

They did my acrylics in the coffin shape and the shape is spot on. They were polite and the only person that tried to upsell was the person who did my pedicure (maybe Ive got crusty feet? lmao). Its expensive but the quality and variety of choices (polish color, types of services) are fantastic

Randomly stumbled upon Ayrsley Nail Bar. I was a walk-in so I had to wait a bit (understandable). The environment was very organized and calming.Keisha my nail tech was super helpful. They have an overwhelming selection of gel polishes, but Keisha took her time with helping me choose colors that I would be satisfied with.She was amazingly patient and took real care with her work.The gel polish + halograph designs + manicure totaled 37.00. It was a little bit more than I wanted to pay, but it was worth the experience. I will be returning.

I just went for my first visit & I already can’t wait to go back! The color selection for SNS is remarkably large, and all of the nail technicians are detail oriented & thorough. They know their shapes & did a perfectly sharp stiletto for me. Gotta love the large TV on HGTV and the ambience in general. I highly recommend!!

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars was for the pedicure. The job done to my hands was terrible. I got an acrylic overlay with gel polish. I had craters in the acrylic and could’ve used an extra coat of gel polish on some of the nails. I had to go back and file my nails myself because a few looked lopsided and the tech filed the side of my nail on my thumb too much so it looked crazy. I should’ve really looked at my nails before I left but now I know better and I will not come back to this establishment.

Found this place via Yelp and immediately wanted to go based on the reviews and photos. They were welcoming upon arrival and the place was very busy which is usually a good sign. People were constantly coming through the front door and they seemed to have a lot of staff there to accommodate which as a customer I appreciate. Everyone was very nice and the whole place just had a super positive vibe about it. They really seem to keep up with current nail trends, which is something I like. This place is able to do pretty much any nail art you want. Will definitely be coming back and can’t wait to try something new each time.

I was going here regularly pre covid. Kanha was my nail tech and she was super talented. I always liked my nails and she always made my almond shape nails look perfect. Not everyone can get the almond shape just right but Kanha can do it perfectly.I also had a pedi here and it was definitely a relaxing experience.The customer service is nice and it seems like the have a lot of regular customers and know them by name.The place is a tad cramped considering other establishments but modern and clean.I dont recall ever being offered wine and at this price point it should be offered.I would recommend this place. I will return.

I love this place!!!!! I personally always Kanha. She is EXCELLENT, she’s so sweet and she always does my nails so prefect. There has been a couple times I haven’t been able to to get Kanha and when I went for a walk in Kim did my nails and she did great as well. You won’t be disappointed going here regardless of who does your nails. Everybody is so nice.

The place is dirty. And not aesthetically pleasing at all! Hair and dirt on the floor, the design on the wall looked yucky. Im not sure who is reviewing but really, NOT a great spot. did not feel like they used clean tools on me. They had an attitude when I asked how do they clean them. My nails do look pretty good though. But the place is too dirty and ugly for me to ever want to come back here. I dont recommend.

They have Amazing detail with nail art. They very knowledgeable, we really talked out want I wanted and his knowledge with the products was a huge plus and explained what my best options would be. So I went to this nail salon today I asked for a fill in with gel polish . Everything was great until it was time to pay so I also got a pedicure and $10 worth of jewelry on my nails. So I get to the register the woman stated it’s $95.00 I asked how so? She stated my nails was a quarter inch long and they charge for the length of my nails. If I would have known In the beginning of my visit maybe I could of had the decision not to do business with you all. My nails isn’t a quarter length long and I’ve NEVER heard of this being an extra $30 on my bill. Consider my business revoked.

I love my nails!! I believe my nail techs name was Kenya or Kimberly. She did a fantastic job! I’ve never gotten nails with jewels and designs and I absolutely love them. My only problem was their prices ($5 for special shape $20 for 2 “special” nails) overall prices was $133... but it was worth it. Staff was very friendly.

First time here was awesome. Cant remember my tech name but she was very patient with me ( I messed one of my nails up up a couple of times in the uv machine). Quick but great work. Definitely will be coming back

55 for pink and white acrylic, a rip considering most places its about 35. Blended is the most popular she said, never make that mistake again. You cant even tell its a french style. First visit and definitely the last. Pity since they are close to my office.

Great service!!I would drive all the way one the other side of town just to get service for my nails and pedicure. Until one day I decided to try out this place. I received excellent service from Keysha. She’s very friendly & Professional. Almost 2 years later and she’s my go to!!

Went on a Wednesday morning and got service right away. Prices are standard. Got a pedicure and it was standard as well. It’s nice and clean and organized with a large variety of good nail polishes.

This is my 2nd time trying this salon and I’m disappointed. I got gold chips on my nails as a design and within a day or so most of it has chipped off. I paid $55 for an acrylic fill in with gel polish and a design and I’m not pleased that in less than a week I have to get my gel polish changed because the designs are chipping off. The gold strip down the middle wasn’t quite what I wanted either. I also don’t think they filed down the acrylic good because you can see it lifting from my cuticle area and it doesn’t look natural. I get an overlay on top of my real nails so I like for it to look more natural than this.

My manicure wasnt done properly and when I asked for it to be corrected the nail tech had a problem and still mess it up. So I ended up not getting color to match my pedicure.

EXCELLENT PLAN B!Im from out of town and needed a quick mani for a wedding that Im attending here. The nail place that the hotel recommended didnt come up on the Google search and the closest place was Zoes at Ayrsley Town Square. Their website said they opened at 9:00 and appointments were preferred but not required. However, when I got there, the sign on the door said that they opened at 10:00 and its by appointment only. So, I Googled another nail salon and Ayrsley Nail Bar was within walking distance, so I walked down there. I was taken immediately, everyone was friendly, and they were $10 cheaper for the same service. Had I known, they definitely would have been my first choice!

They do fantastic work. Been getting my nails done there twice a month for three years. They have done amazing designs and are always friendly and helpful. My nails look flawless thanks to the gel polish they offer. Regardless of the service I chose to do they always to a great job in a clean and fun atmosphere.

I have been going here for nearly a year and cannot recommend them enough! I see Kristie (the owner) and she does a great job with my nails as well as making me feel like a valued customer. I have had pedicures by several of the staff and have always left feeling pampered.

No. Firstly they are overpriced! They charge for every little thing even what I think is regular size nails and what other nail salons would not charge for. They are a bar and they offered me no wine or anything to drink for that matter like Bella Nail Salon would. My middle finger nail was crooked, I told her myself before she even put the acrylic on, she brushed me off so fast and said she would “file” it. Guess what, STILL CAME OUT CROOKED AND FAT! Then when it’s time to pay, the price doesn’t add up with what they advertise. First and worst experience ever!

This place has good nail techs, but they are not honest in their prices listed for services. They do not honor their prices. I was told a price for SNS service over the phone when I reserved my appointment, but was made to pay a different price when it was time to pay for the service. No matter how good the nail techs are, you should honor your prices listed. Please beware customers. You just lost a good customer.

Stay away from this nail polish bar as far as you can. I went there today to receive a SNS pink full set manicure. So lets just start off by the place, there is not enough seating for guest. I think 3 chairs to be exact if your waiting. The nail technician that I had she was very rude and she did not disclose to me the extra charges either. My nails are uneven and also she lied and said that she put gel on my nails but actually she put regular clear quick dry nail polish instead but charge me for the gel price. Then when I asked her to fix one now she brushed me off and then I had to ask her another time so she could fix it. Its very loud and very cramped. Also youre sitting on top of people when youre getting your nails done because I dont have any booths at all just a nail bar. I felt like I couldnt even breathe when I was getting my nails done. I just dont understand how this place has really good reviews the nail technicians were rude . Also we will definitely overcharge you so stay away.

Very friendly staff how ever i did not receive the service i requested. The nail tech wasn’t very experienced she was also very rough spent entirely to long on my nails and did a horrible job you could tell she was very confused and inexperienced . I was over charged and I am very unhappy with the service i will not be returning back and wouldn’t recommend this nail bar to any of my coworkers and friends.The nail tech Sandy should most definitely have more training with different styles and techniques.

I’m VERY unhappy with the finished look of my nails, but I think Ayrsley Nail Bar is worth another visit. It was my first time at this salon. I have a “home salon,” but I wanted to try this place for their marble nail selection. I requested SNS and one marble nail on each hand. My nail tech Kim was incredibly sweet, but I’m highly dissatisfied with her work. The dipping powder is on my nails way too thick and the marble nails (done with gel paint) is even thicker and the paint is fading—I just got them done 4 days ago!The pics I see of other women’s nails on here are so beautifully done and so were the women in the salon with me! I just think I ended up with a not-so-great manicurist. So, I’d definitely go back again. I just know next time I need to try a different nail tech for an SNS mani.

Started going for SNS after not having a manicure in over a year and I am a convert. Salon is friendly and busy. Dont expect to get in easily unless you have an appointment. 3 different technicians have done my nails and all were very good. Each has her own way of doing things, so they were a little different, but good.SNS is a titanium dioxide-based treatment that can last for 3 weeks. There is a wide variety of colors to choose from and the final curing/drying period is only 3 or 4 minutes. The procedure without a manicure is an hour, with a manicure about 75 minutes. The Nail Bar also does regular polish, gel, acrylic and elaborate, amazing nail art.Most techs are Vietnamese or Vietnamese-American. All speak English, work well together and have pride in their work. I highly recommend this salon.

They charge $5 to take off gel and then they charged me 35 for the pedi. Nails was $55 and it was a full set with powder... love the nails. When i was done with my nails i asked if my toes were dry the lady said yeah sure... umm crazy response! Got home n noticed they weren’t dry n they were a lil messed up. Will go back tomorrow am n see if they fix for free

I walked in at 6:35 pm to get an SNS change and someone immediately looks at me and shouts out OMG.. Very unprofessional and not welcoming. I was denied service.. explanation was they don’t take anyone after 630pm. I’ve been to this shop before and was taken after 630pm. Piss poor customer service.. And most of all very embarrassing..

My nail technician was Ny. Apparently there are two Nys but mine was the newest edition to their team. ❤ her! I had a Mani with gel polish and a classic pedicure. She went to town on my cuticles! My hands and feet look fabulous! My daughter also had a pedicure with a different technician and she was very personable and sweet. My husband joined the fun and had his nails done as well. Over all, my family was very happy and I was really pleased. The place is beautiful and everyone was friendly. ❤

I don’t mind going here the only thing i dislike about this place is that when I get Gel polish by the time I get home it is no longer shiny! I don’t understand why I think it is because they only use one coat. Also they do change the prices without telling you! They do not tell you that if you do this or that it’s an up charge! The reason why I came back is because they do the coffin shape very very well! This is my quick go to shop but i will still probably look for another Nail tech I wouldn’t keep coming back every two weeks to them just because you never really know the price until you are done! I also didn’t like the fact how they kept saying they were ready to go home it was 4:30pm and they closed at 6pm. It just didn’t make me feel welcomed!

Everyone here is fantastic. I went on my lunch break and only had an hour for a mani pedi so they got me started right away and did a speedy and wonderful job. They had a huge selection of colors as well for regular and gel. The salon is absolutely beautiful too and feels more luxurious than other nail salons. I highly recommend and will be going here from now on.

I waited about an hour. Then to be charged extra for gel Polish removal when I was getting fills. The most expensive fill Ive ever paid. Did a decent job on nails which is why I gave 3 stars.

The design is amazing, looks like something designed on HGTV. The place is very clean and they have a wide range of colors to choose from. I went on 7/3/2015 for an acrylic fill, today is 7/8/2015 and it looks like I need one again!. Nobody nails grow that fast, my nails started to look horrible after 2 days! I will go back and give them one more try but I will use another nail techician! The technician was very personable/outgoing but her skills should improve!

Nail Bar at arsley technician Cady is AMAZING however the manager is extremely rude and unfriendly. Not good for business. I went there for months until the manager was rude and unwilling to help me.

The first time I came to the salon my tech was perfect. This time I came for s fill in and pedicure also gel polish on toes and hands for my daughter. The nail tech did great again but the guy that did my pedicure really disappointed me. I am not pleased with toes or cuticle at all......I cant find where to add a second review but per usual after the 2 where when I was disappointed I decided to try them again and it was worse. Some young guy did my pedi I chose the most expensive just for the massage and he didnt give me the massage at all. The owner did take 5 dollars off but that didnt help me. I moved to this bar. From the one I was going to in ballantyne. BACK TO BALLANTYNE I GO

Ayrsley Nail Bar and every single one of their staff members are wonderful. They are friendly, accommodating and meticulous. The atmosphere is clean, fun and upbeat. Kristie and Tien are the owners and you wont find a sweeter, harder-working couple. This business is demanding and subjective and they show up every day with smiles on their faces and patience. I love this place. I have been going there every two weeks for over two years. They do it all... mani/pedi, gel, SNS, lashes and waxing!

I dont understand how this place has so many good reviews. My experience there today was horrible, not only in the quality of their work but the customer service or lack there of.I asked for a pedicure with a hot stone massage, what I received was 45 minutes of trying to disguise the looks of pain on my face. The hot stones were way way way way way too hot. I now have a 1st degree burn across the entire bottom of my right foot. The woman was very rough in general, from digging her nails into my cuticle beds to scrape off excess polish, to slamming the hot stones into my ankle bone while massaging me. Somehow even just wiping my feet clean with a towel at the end was painful.Then I got a gel manicure which was thankfully not at all painful, just rushed through. My cuticles were not pushed back all the way, or trimmed well.Even after all of that I was ready to just put my head down, pay full price and get out of there. But when I get to the counter I find out that it isnt going to be that simple. The Torture pedicure was $40 and the Gel Manicure is advertised as $30, and youre supposed to get a $5 discount when you get both a manicure and a pedicure. So my total should have been $65 right?Wrong. They charged me $70. When I pointed it out thinking maybe it was an innocent mistake on their part the man behind the counter immediately shot back a terrible attitude. He claims that because a regular manicure is $15 by itself, and gel polish is $20 by itself that the Gel manicure is already discounted by $5 for the promotion. Which is absurd.If I walked in there and got the $40 pedicure one day and came back the next day for a gel manicure by itself it would still be $30. So that would be $70. So they are advertising a discount they apparently have no intention of following through on.When I tried to explain to him why that pricing model is misleading his response was Well Im sorry that you just cant figure it out, but thats the way it is so you need to pay for it.I was pretty shocked to hear someone in the service industry speak to a customer that way and my response to it was Im sorry?? and so he said in an even crappier tone Im sorry that you are confused by this but its very simple, thats just the way it isBasically calling me stupid for pointing out their shady business practices.Basically, stay far far away from this place.
