My pedicure was amazing!! The first person that did my nails was subpar and I had to come back. When I came back, Lin flexed on my nails!! They are now perfect! And he had a great shirt on for motivation and inspiration! He saved this customer and earned the five stars for this salon.

I visited last week around 6pm to get gel polish. The gentleman who did my nails was very kind, and found the exact color I was looking for. I understand they were close to closing, but I didn’t feel rushed and he even took the time to do the designs I requested. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect ombre coffin nail set for me. the shop is clean. their staff is young, but well-trained and their works are amazing. talent nail-techs. look like they are running under new management. everything is organized and many powder color to pick.

We got there when they first opened and had 3 pedis and 3 full sets. The owner called more staff in to accommodate us and after noticing wed been there all day waiting, around 3pm I decided not to get my nails done. He felt bad and was super nice and gave me a gift certificate for my next nail set. Turned a sour situation into an opportunity and now he has 3 new loyal customers. The nail artwork was also beautiful, so despite the almost 3hr wait, Im beyond satisfied that I went to Nails of America!

Went there for the first time a few days ago for a gel pedicure and a full set. The gel was nice and the young man that did them was very nice, and my toes looked really good overall. However my acrylic set was not worth the $55 that I paid for. My pinky finger was extremely crooked, and not only did my middle finger lift the very next day, the nail tech cut my finger very deep when filing...

I have been coming to this salon faithfully for years. I have sat with many of the technicians but Tammy is my regular nail tech and i LOVE her. She is always polite, and professional. Her customer service is out of this world and she will make sure you come back. Every person that has done my pedicures always takes their time. I never feel rushed and I rarely have a long wait time. I just love this place and will never go anywhere else.

Family QT at the nail shop today was awesome. Techs were knowledgeable and personable. The shop was nice and clean. Our 1st visit that has become a family tradition.

Went to this nail salon last week and the service was impeccable. When I first arrived, the man at the desk offered me a mask for a $1 and even took my temperature on my wrist, which I thought was nice considering COVID. Danny gave me a great pedicure and really took his time pampering me. I also got an eyebrow wax and my acrylic nails removed. Overall, great service and very time efficient. I went at 5 and they closed at 7:30 and they did not rush me at all. I definitely will be returning!

Im from out of town so I was a walk in client. My experience was beyond unsatisfactory. The quality of work was poor in comparison to what I paid for. My pedicure tech had my toe nails uneven on a simple file down.The water for my pedicure was cold, I had to kept asking to have it warmed. The tech doing my nails gave me one price, then it changed at checkout. The technique I asked for was executed poorly. I will not give my money to this location again.

I came on the 7/21 to get a full set and pedicure done. Since it was Sunday I got there at exactly 12 and was taken care of right away for my nails. However due to volume and the lack of people working I didn’t get finished until almost 3. I was completely understanding and the guy (I’m going to guess he’s the lead) told me my set would only be $40. I’m not sure how much a pedicure is but I ended up paying $85. That’s not even my issue. It has been only a week and two days; already 6 of my nails have popped off. I have never been this disappointed in a nail salon my entire life. I don’t even do bad reviews but I have no choice. I will never come to this place ever again. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve been going here over a year now, maybe longer, but I always love the finished work. Tham is the person that always does my nails. Very quick and efficient. I always feel like she cares about me as a person and not just another customer.

I went her I loved my nail tech but she made one of my nails longer than the other. She took a long time. I also do not like how they charge you whatever they please I am satisfied with my nails and I will not be returning for any other services thank you.

I came in as a walk-in. I was seen right away. The salon was very clean. They used all the safety guidelines to protect everyone from COVID-19. Tuan did my nails. He was cool and did very good on my nails. They played a dope music playlist I didn’t need my headphones. I’m from Detroit visiting and I come down a couple of times a year. I would recommend coming here and will be back when I’m back in town. I love how my nails came out.

I called that morning and got seen as soon as I arrived . They took precautions for the pandemic but happy because I felt safe and important.

I absolutely love my nails but the air doesn’t seem to work. It’s entirely too hot outside for the air not to be on full blast. Again, I love my nails but I probably won’t be back until the winter. If I could give no stars then I would!

The worst set of nails I ever got. The new chic (young girl) that says she been doing nails for 6 years, dont know how to do nails. Heavy on the drill. Wrong equipment. Manicure kit you give as a gift. Not open to corrective criticism. Horrible experience! Hate I paid for it.

Horrible service. She damn near scraped my skin off and when I told her she was hurting me she laughed. The she kept getting up to be on her phone. At first, it was all going great then I notice the nails are all curvy. When he goes to apply the nail polish they get ruined and then he does it wrong and just leaves them and they are all too thick.

Ended up being treated more like a criminal rather than a customer. I had a concert to go to and my mother offered to pay for the services and gave me her card to pay for the services because she had to run back to work. They did a good job on my nails and even spoke to my mom who wanted to call to check on the price before the manicure was started. She said that she’d be picking me up (I was not driving at the time) and they told her that that was okay. When I was finished I was told that I could wait for her which I did. When I tried to pay they told me that I needed an ID because I wasn’t the original card holder which I totally understand but then the card was confiscated which made me a bit uneasy.So I sat back down in the waiting area and continued to wait. She got caught in traffic so I unfortunately had to wait for an hour and a few minutes but I didn’t know that that was going to be a problem since I was told that it was okay to wait. The manager continued to stare at me like I was going to just get up and walk out and after an hour she approached me and just flat out told me that she was going to call the police on me despite having already spoken to my mom. When I now nervously offered to call my mom while trying to hold back tears because I didn’t understand why I was about to have the police called on me, she stood in front of me with her arms folded as if I was preparing to bolt out of the store or something! I understand wanting to make sure everything is safe and secure but that was definitely not the way to go about the situation, especially since my mom spoke to not one but TWO of the technicians telling them that she would be picking me up!I proposed no threat, I wasn’t moving in a nervous or suspicious manner or anything. I just sat and waited quietly. Long story short I was terribly embarrassed since the whole encounter was in the front of the store in front of everyone. I will definitely not be returning to this salon EVER again. That was absolutely unnecessary and totally uncalled for!

This place is fraudulent. Their prices are high for their quality of work. When you walk in there is no sign or set price for services, they charge you whatever they please. When questioned about prices the owner was hesitant. This establishment will never again see a red cent of mine. Keep away from this place!

I went in today no wait for my pedicure he did an ok job but I was not satisfied at all I still have dead skin on my feet and then another guy polished my toes and there is polish on my skin around my toes will ever go back there I miss the old nails of America they were so much better and not as expensive for better quality service

Usually I have a good experience when Lee does my nails however the skinny lady that works at the front right booth as you come in has done a HORRIBLE job on my nails. Theyre crooked but according to her its my nails. But they werent crooked before I got there. I have 4 different shapes and none of the lengths are consistent. If its not Lee dont let them eff your hands up. And she kept trying to justify her horrible work with what I did wrong. I said almond shaped u have ugly behind coffin nails that arent even coffin shaped. These are my nails not, press one that I can take off and start over. Im LIVID.

I tried this place out because its closer to my house and my normal nail salon was too busy. The quality of my nails once they were done was really good. Only had a few problems with them.1. They charged an extra $5 for a half tip on my full set which im not used to.2. No conversation or customer service in general. It was kind of awkward.3. The lady I had was kind of rough on my hands.4. After my nails dried, instead of giving me lotion, she poured a ton of oil on my nails that dripped on my clothes and then got all over my steering wheel.They werent horrible like some of the reviews suggest but I definitely wont be cheating on my normal nail salon with them anymore.

This was my third time at this salon with my roommate. When we got here we put our names on the list and were told 25 minutes. After picking our color and sitting to wait, another woman walks in and didnt sign in. After waiting FORTY minutes when originally told 25, she complains that her name isnt on the list so they told her she could go ahead and then said sorry we tried. I really liked how well they did nails, but after today we will not be back.

I came in this evening to get a polish change. The lady that serviced me was nice and I was in and out. I am not sure I will be returning for any future services. I like this establishment although todays visit has given me second thoughts. An employee started to get loud when I was checking out. I think her name was Meka. It was nice and quiet and then a verbal altercation took place. I love the cleanliness of the shop but absolutely was not ok with the new employee getting loud. Tammy, you have a great business but I am so sorry I do not feel comfortable coming here with the unprofessional attitude.

The bad reviews on this place are more than accurate. The last visit was the worst experience I ever had getting my nails done. Each hand was completely uneven and when I said something about it they just said “sorry”. They make you pay half way through the job because they know their customers won’t be happy with their work and once you pay they rush and do a HORRIBLE job. I never came to this salon and left happy. Save yourselves the time and money and go elsewhere. I’m too embarrassed to take any pics of my nails I just want them off. No one in that salon does a good job, I even once had the manger work on me and she even did awful. I won’t come here again if it’s the last nail salon in Clt.

I had to wait for over an hour before someone attended to me. The nail job was ok, but I wasnt overly impressed. It is overpriced for what you get.RE: business’ response I was not informed of the price before the service began so did not have a chance to say I was ok with it.

They took an hour and a half to fix ONE NAIL on my friend. Then I told the woman I liked long nails yet when I showed her the length I wanted, she cut them way shorter and uneven. I then complained about them being COMPLETLEY crooked and she said it was the way my finger is. She knew I hated them but did nothing to fix my nails. I also was told 3 different prices of what they would cost. I will never come back here.

I had a SNS on my nails 2 weeks ago and it was the worst in my life, after a week by nails were peeling and broken. The person that did was a learning manicurist and it is not fear when you pay for a professional work.

I was told to wait 20-30 minutes for my nails and waited an hour then the guy doing my feet wouldn’t paint them for some reason. I got a set of acrylics and my tech kept leaving me to do other people’s nails and when she actually was over to me she split skin and I started bleeding. Took 3 hours for a mani pedi and there prices are way overpriced for there work. No indication of what the prices were but she just wrote down a bunch of random numbers and found things to put under the numbers. 40$ for a gel pedicure? My acrylics were less. Not to mention the color that I chose is not the color they gave me and all my nails are crooked. Will NEVER come back here.

I was in there today for a eyebrow wax which was ok at best, but when I entered No greeting, they did not even give me a wait time. They just seem very uncustomer friendly and I am new to this area I wouldnt recommend them at all.

If you for some reason want to punish yourself and go here make sure you bring a picture and perhaps outline your eyebrows. This woman had no clue what she was doing and made my eyebrows unbelievably thin. I always get mine done and if youve been waxing them for years you know its pretty easy to tell where your outline typically is.Horrible place horrible service.
