Lindsy Car is a special woman, she is no longer with you but wherever she is I always wish her the best .. Now whenever I need to call Mariach Gordon, she is a fantastic person she is great to work with… I feel like Spot Freight for me is a partner ... I owner operator from Florida..

They do not pay detention, they act like they don’t know what detention is. It’s been over 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on detention. 10 hours worth still waiting to get paid for it. Don’t book there loads stay far away!!

We left a review on DAT because of our experience with them and their behavior but they retaliated by leaving us a single star Google review since they didnt have a valid complaint. Most, if not all positive reviews here are from Google users with no names and real track record of meaningful reviews.

Never liked these guys, and for a reason. They can lie about virtually anything - appointments, weight, temp, you name it. And its next to impossible to get a layover/detention if your driver had wasted a day or two because of their incompetence. Stay away unless absolutely necessary.

Started working with Spot a few months ago. We can say that we are happy that our paths crossed and we are able to do business with them. We work with Cameron at this branch, he is on top of his game all the time. Very prompt at providing crucial information to make the logistics process as smooth as possible. We recommend doing business with Spot.

Have been running loads with these guys for the past 3 years. They have a great small carrier program free ACH quick pay. Easiest people to deal with. Greg and Shawn are always on top of things if any issues arise.

Had a phone interview with a recruiter named Christian. I did not receive a phone call at scheduled time and i even sent a follow up message via email to make sure everything was ok with him. No response and no return phone call after a few days of waiting.Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. Some folks are trying to get interviews & jobs and recruiters and company’s like Spot have zero consideration for people’s time. BAD.

Very dishonest and unprofessional company .Placed on our DNU list .Wont recommend .

Weve pulled several loads with Spot, working with Brendan in the Charlotte office and never had an issue. Always professional and good communication on loads. I will definitely work with him again.

Been workin with spot for almost 3 years, its by far the best Brokerage, specially Adrian Splawn! he is the best!

Spot essentially STOLE thousands of dollars from my company via several unpaid invoices. I had to file a claim on their bond to get it back. We even had everything in writing and they still didnt pay! Luckily, we had their agreements to our terms in an old email that we used for the bond company to pay us. If it werent for that, we would probably be out of business right now. These guys are 1000 percent bottom feeding thieves!

Worst people out there

This company sucks! First and last time Ill ever book a load here. There is absolutely no communication amongst the multiple layers of dispatchers and brokers.

Submitted detention on 3 loads got paid only for 1 out of three and the two trucks that did not get detention pay were at delivery for more than 5 hours.

Hauled a load for them . They lied about the delivery time. Said they would pay layover. When it came time to pay they said I didn’t get it in writing sorry and hung up on me.

Theo is the man with the plan. Great People and good company !!!

Not bad very bad, do not recommend hauling for them, i will see them in court, they have charge me thousands, for not my mistake, the receiver damaged a pallet while unloading, they are charging me for their mistake, but its ok i will make you regret

Matt is a liar!!! You lost us as a carrier, we won’t be taking any loads for you guys anymore! We had time in and out on BOL 6hrs at the shipper and 3hrs at receiver but they lied about paying detention. stay away guys they don’t pay detention and lied about the TIRES load is palletized but it wasn’t. Do not book loads with them👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Book a load with Gregory Land he lied about the delivery time. 4th load in a row where brokers from Spot lie about delivery time. He was not helpful and totally unprofessional i will never ever work with this guy again!!!

They lie and than twist your arms to get what they want when load is on your truck. Delivery times are joke,never pay layover or detention. Basically theyve turn this outfit in to another TQL.
