Back in May 2021 we had a load with them and their brokers didnt answer their phones all weekend which resulted in a huge mess with shipper.i am now chasing them around to get payment (excuses ive received so far are missing cargo and damaged goods - non of which is possible because trailer was sealed and no reports of damage were made at receiver)will avoid this shipper at all cost

I wasnt impressed. The load I ultimately picked up was not on the shippers schedule nor was the product available. After 6.5 hours a load was cobbled together. I hope to get paid for detention. Address for delivery, date and time were incorrect. Finally found the place after an hour of looking since the broker wouldnt answer the phone. Rep lied to my employer saying they couldnt get hold of me when in fact they never called. Paperwork and receiver indicated delivery was monday not saturday. I was told 10 am. Receiver said 830. Would have made receiver on time had I had correct address. All in all a Very substandard experience. When he finally contacted me rep didnt even try to apologize for anything after I explained it. Probably I am feeling generous giving them 2 stars. If I dont get my detention, I might change that....

Great company

1st And 2nd time I did load for them it went smooth! 3rd time I was told I can’t get Detention For a 2nd stop that was not on rate con i was giving 1 address to pu at not 2 addresses. So they didn’t tell me all the details at all. I also spent 8hrs there at 2nd stop getting loaded. You all are right a waste of my time. & it’s like they don’t care.

Dont waste time to be paid for detention!Worst experience ever.No humanity, no courtesy, no importance to business values, dont waste your precious time doing business with this company. In short its a total trash.

Read the reviews..!!!! Drove 200 plus miles to pickup their load when I got there the dims were wrong they needed more space called them had to call them at least 20 plus times no answer finally got a answer and they had an attitude never AGAIN.
