Great Company, they really care about there drivers. Go over and beyond for my drivers. They have coached and trained me to be more successful. Staff is top notch, very professional and always pushing for new goals for me. I started with 2 trucks in 2020 and now I have 8 total running. If everything goes according to plan I am focusing on adding 2 more by the end of the year. They really cater to each individual driver and set you on a path for success. Kudos to ELE, if could give more stars I would.

Very Polite Driver. I normally do not post reviews, but a gentleman named Ricky in truck # 50 who works for ELE Logistic is an amazing person. My family was on a vacation heading to the mountains and Ricky noticed my 4 year old son pointing at his truck while he was fueling. Not only did this man go out of his way and brought my son a new toy truck he had, that looked just like his truck, but he also let him take multiple pictures around his truck. Clean truck & well rounded driver. Nothing but great things to say. I proceeded to go out of my way and acknowledge Ricky so I called the office line on the back of his trailer. The company talked to me and thanked my family for a while. I did not expect them to speak with me for that long since normally I understand everyone is busy with their jobs. Not only did my son get a toy, they also sent us shirts! This is how companies should be ran, just pushing positivity all the way around. Thank you ELE Logistics and Mr. Ricky!

I have 4 trucks contracted to ELE for the last couple of years. Overall, my trucks are making great money. They are moving consistently, I have drivers who are dependable and rarely late to the pick ups/deliveries, and dispatchers who really care about what each truck is taking home since they get paid based off my trucks gross. its a win win for everyone. Everything has been really good here for my drivers and myself. The most important thing is to have communication with your dispatcher. Time management is vital!!! It has been an amazing and memorable experience. Truly moved my career to the next level! I am grateful for the opportunity ELE offered me. Dispatcher is experienced and knowledgeable in their field! Company is geared for growth with a family atmosphere. Very supportive and offer advice on how to make more money. I have met a lot of good people here. Lots of freight. Good home time. Always get assigned a new trailer. They are very strict on safety trying to reduce the number of accidents and tickets. If you obey these rules and stay off their radar when it comes to safety issues you will go far and can make really good money.

Love this company. The manager of the Charlotte terminal is amazing, the guys in the shop are great, and the orientation leader is awesome and patient. Heres something I havent found in 28 years; night and weekend dispatch is polite and personable! Super easy people to work with. When even the owner operators say welcome to the family, I know Im home.

If I am brutally honest I was skeptical about joining this company. I looked them up online and ran across their twitter and instagram accounts. That is probably what convinced me to join. They seemed like they were putting effort into the content that they posted and it made me think they were probably going to be someone who cares about how they are seen to the world. At the very least I would give them a call and see if you think you are a good match. We all are different and no company will work for everyone, though. Getting home every weekend while still getting a good paycheck every week was a must for me and so far so good. Like I said, call them, the worst that could happen is that you lose 5 minutes on the phone.

This is one of the best companies Ive worked for, Ive would recommend this company to everyone or anyone who is looking for a good company work for. Very family oriented. I now have been here approx 8 months and this has been the best company I have worked for in my 15 year career. Management cares about its drivers and their futures. I was given all the tools to succeed and have done so.

Love working here because the staff at the Charlotte Terminal were fantastic. I have a terrific Terminal Manager, I could always count on the mechanic to ensure my trailer got the attention it needed, and it was the best dispatcher I ever had. So thankful for the experience I am having here! No shortage of loads or miles, as long as you arent afraid to run.

This is a fast paced company with a great atmosphere and excellent management. They cares about my needs and listen to me. When a problem happens ELE works good to make things right. They pretty much leave me be and let me do my work. Cant beat this place.

Happened to be heading to church with my mother in law when I found this place. I cant believe I had never seen or heard of it before. Came inside, had a quick orientation and then was on the road as soon as insurance and everything else was set up. Heres what Ive seen so far:1) The people are great, friendly, and treat you with respect. It has a family atmosphere and my dispatcher always asks me how my weekend was.2) You get paid for the work that you put in. My cousin who worked for USA always said he worked hard but never had any money...he was full of it. He is a great and funny guy but he is a terrible truck driver. He drove at most 6 hours a day and was always late. I dont care where you go youre not going to make money by not doing the work....unless AOC has her way. My point is that I work 5 days a week and drive at least 10 hours a day. I get to my appointments on time and because of that I gross at least five thousand a week. I even did pretty good money when I had to work local for 2 weeks. It can be done as long as you put the work in.3) They ALWAYS get me home on time so that I can be with my family and make it to church.4) I am getting my bonus next week and because I dont want to hurt my reputation with these people I am keeping my cousin as far away from here as possible even though I could get another thousand for bringing him here.If you are a hard worker then this is the place for you.

Been here 5 years since June and am really happy. Was able to buy a trailer through them and its close to my house so my wife can come to pick me up when i park the truck. Gotten close to these people. Real close. BJ in the front office even came to my daughters wedding. Hope to work here another 5 years before I retire.

They like to sugar cote their company; you will not make any money there. They take loads that pay as low as 1.20 a mile, rather u can make you bills or not they still get their 20% . if u get a checked by the DoT they will charge u $500, and when u quit they will take another $1000. When you ran out of money, they just leave u on the side of the road, god help u if u have a break down simple put.. LEACH stay way!!!!!!

I am having a wonderful time at ELE they are treating me like family. Everyone one is going to have a different experience, what you put into determines your outcome. Remember in trucking if the wheels arent turning no one makes money. Christmas is coming and gotta make the money for the wife & kids.

I struggled with whether to give this a 4 or a 5 star because Id like for their to be more parking but I guess its good for them that it is so busy. I like my dispatcher and the front office is very nice. Started on the week of the 4th so that check sucked but after that its been pretty steady and since im still here you can guess that its goin pretty good. Home on the weekend keeps the wife happy but i wish there was a better truck stop than the pilot down the street. Plan to be here for a long time.

Tristan was my favorite part of this experience. He is very professional and helpful. He does not only do his job, he treats you like family.

If you like eating crumbs that’s left over from your money being passed thru 10 different hands then this is the place for you. They say what’s the point of giving a driver everything he deserves because he’s just going to use us and leave. Lol, that’s kinda the point of this industry isn’t it....to better oneself, not to get used!!! And word of advice don’t come here with your own authority, you will leave owing them money and if you put a bad review about them they will put lies about you on carrier411 like any if their brokered freight is THEIR freight...one word crooks is enough said.

Awsome people. I have been here almost a year and could not ask for better people. I can be a very hard person to please. But here at ELE they make sure everyone is happy. Everyone knows your name and will even call and check on you after hours even if its just to bs on the phone for a few. I would recommend these people to anyone. Good home time and good money as long as you keep your left door shut.

ELE is one of the best out there. Been here 3 years. They keep me away from the snow during the winter and keep me going where the loads are payin. My dispatcher is a good guy and the safety department gaveme a bunch of good tips when elogs started. I like that i aint just a number and am able to reach my dispatcher anytime i have a problem. 5 stars. Just wish i lived closer cause Maryland aint the easiest place to get a reload from no matter what company i have worked for. Might make NC my new home just to be closer to this company. Heres to another 3yrs.

Just want to let all drivers know that this company is a scam. I told them ahead of time that i was going to stop working with them because they was stealing money from me. Chris and Justin was not being cooperative, and said they would charge me $1000 for not working a full 90 days with them. They want to steal more money from me. Are you serious? I was supposed to receive More than $4,000 and they made random stupid deductions and they only gave me an EFS check for $472.92. I’ll be taking this to court very soon. Stay away from this company Is very bad.Let me Tell you something drivers don’t trust five stars, Most of them is friends....

Life at ELE is what youmake it. Been driving here for 7 years and love it. It is a difficult job allways away from home but for my situation that was a blessing. Gettinghome every weekend has never been a problem. The company WILL provide you with the tools for success. What they wont do is give you comon sense that is becoming a scarce trait these days. If you are safe driver and make good decisions you will succeed. The WHAT EVER IT TAKES ATTITUDE Is what you must have and will determine your success. The people are great. Everyone once in a while when I come in they will have donuts available and I LOVE me some donuts. I always feel appreciated and respected. Heres to another 7 years of free donuts and good truckin.

This set up is one of a kind. The management team, and I must say every person that works for ele has been nothing but the best to work for. I’m proud to be established with this company. We making best money ever, great equipment, shop service, etc. I’m making $9,000 - $12,000 a week and home every weekeend. You can’t beat that. Hands down. This is how companies should work!
