Unprofessional at all. I fill out a carrier packet with them to get a load booked and while waiting for almost an hour after filling out the carrier packet I give them a call numerous times in which they did not pick up and finally when they do pick up the phone, they tell me the load was covered by another carrier. It is just a waste of time working with them. My first and last time that I will try booking a load with them.

As a partner carrier we did our part of work by providing service on time for PU and DEL. Kept agent informed and updated. Our driver waited from 10 am til 9 pm to offload and agent even after a month doesn`t wanna respond on email or phone to help us out to resolve driver detention time. What disrespect for carriers like us who makes your customer happy!

If I could give zero stars I would have. I have never in my 6 years of booking my own load have I had this many issues picking up or delivering. I will never book a load with them again. They make everything way to difficult.
