Me and my wife’s experience with Donald Haack (Justin Smith in particular) was nothing less than outstanding. I was in the market for a 2c diamond. I happened to come across their website and had inquired about a specific diamond they had on their site. He was never pushy in trying to sell me anything. We communicated several times and he found a few diamonds he thought I may be interested in. Amazing! The entire family knows how to take care of people. Absolutely amazing! The owner and her son really went beyond and above to help us pick out the perfect ring. I didn’t feel like they were judging me based off what they thought my income was.
