I have been doing business with smart pawn for over 4 years. Everyone there is a professional and courteous. Their prices are very fair and always loan more than the others places I used to visit. I would recommend smart pawn to anyone looking for a pawnshop to get a loan or buy tools.

The staff is always welcoming and prompt in taking care of transactions. The store is well kept and well organized. Ive talked to a few employees over my few visits there. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable.

Purchased a tv on late afternoon March 18th to use as a monitor. Plugged in my laptop and Hdmi on March 19th and the connection would not hold so I gave them a call letting them know my issues,I didnt have time to drive from south Carolina back to the shop so i gave the company a call. A male answered the phone i explained the sotuation and was told that I could come on Wednesday for a refund because i bought a protection plan. Needless to say make surr you get all the details they only wanted to give me storr credit or partial money back for a buy back. I felt scammed and wont be returning back.
