Back in 1992 I started dating the woman today I call my wife. I proposed to her, December 23rd, 1996, and she immediately said yes! and we have been engaged ever since. I purchased what I thought was the most incredible diamond engagement ring for her. For 15 years, she cherished it and never took off. After all these years, the ring had become so tight it was hurting her finger. This is where Tonia came to our rescue. She managed to carefully cut the ring without harming my wifes ring finger and removing it for resizing. She also offered to clean the ring at no additional charge. During this process, she was able to determine that I had been sold a fake diamond. She very tactfully let me know of her unfortunate finding. I shared this with my wife, and to my amazing surprise, my bride told me that I was her precious diamond. At that moment, I told myself that some day I would save my money all over again to replace it with a real one. About seven more years went by and while we were busy raising our two children I had forgotten all about it. This past February this fake diamond fell out of her ring. My wife proudly still wore her ring without the fake stone. Looking at that “diamond less” engagement ring, I was reminded of my desire to fulfill my wish of getting her that coveted precious stone. I did not hesitate for a second, I jumped in my car and drove to the South Park Mall where I knew my trusted Jeweler would make it right, and right she did. She spoke to her boss Gurgen and shared with him my unfortunate story of how I had been swindled with a fake yet almost perfectly looking diamond. Only a highly trained and experienced jewelry expert could tell them apart. They both agreed I had been defrauded. Gurgen took to the mission not only to find me a brighter, more sparkling, and bigger REAL diamond but he also customized a crown to secure this precious stone to my wife’s 24 year old ring. The ring looked even more spectacular than before. I am so grateful to Tonia and her boss Gurgen, and would highly recommend them for their dedication, expertise and professionalism in the jewelry business. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I would give them 10!

They charged an expensive price and did a BandAid in the jewelry that I took there to fix.They charged for fix my pendent ring and when I tried the mu chain didn’t fit. Then I took there again and they wanted to charge me again, but it was their fault to do so tight.

Couldn’t fix the watch, which is fine, I’ll take it to a professional. But very rude didn’t make eye contact, dropped my watch on the counter & walked away.

Stopped by to have my wifes watch battery replaced. Lady working at the counter on 9/1 around 6:30pm was very nice and quick. Paid in cash and didnt get a receipt for the $12.00 (1x$10.00 bill and a $2.00 bill) repair. It was only until we were almost home that we noticed that one of the hands for the calendar had been broken. Im not sure what happened or if the replacement of the battery was too quick/rough but it wasnt broken when we dropped it off. A little disappointed as this was perfectly working watch.

My engagement ring lost one of the accent diamonds and the frame was a little bend from hitting my hand, and I took it here to be fixed. It was done in less than two hours and came back shining like the day I first got it. :) Very happy with the service & price. When I eventually inevitably break something else I will bring it here.

Fast and inexpensive. Nice woman at the counter was fast and effficient and worked with me to get my dad’s vintage watches fixed up just the way he wanted. Highly recommend. (Thanks Jared’s for the recommendation!)

Finally a good jewelry repair shop in south park mall! I needed to get my wedding band sized so naturally I waited till the day of my wedding to remember. But the jeweler was able to size my ring within the hour. Same day service and super friendly. Thanks again gurgen!

Brought a few watches in for batteries and have brought a vintage Hamilton in for service. Every time has been fast and no waiting like if you took it to Fink s.

Very disappointed. I brought my wedding and engagement rings in to have sizing beads put in so they would fit better. I told them that I was hesitant to do so because there was in inscription inside the wedding ring that I didnt want to damage. They assured me that they would be careful with the rings.I left them there and they put in the sizing beads - right on top of the inscription!They took the rings back, moved the beads on the band with the inscription and recreated the inscription, but they didnt move the beads on the engagement ring so that they are in the same place on both rings.I felt like they should have returned at least part of what I paid for the hassle and destruction they wrought on my rings, but they didnt.The rings really dont fit right anymore (they are shaped and supposed to fit embedded within each other), but I really dont want them touching my rings again.

Fast service. Took less than five minutes to diagnose my watch with not a bad battery but a movement issue.

I need a pin replaced in a watch band, as it is bent. I bent the pin myself and since then the watch clasp doesn’t stay locked. The girl working told me there was nothing wrong with the watch band and basically refused to help.

Been here 3 times and they have very fair pricing on jewelry repair.

They replaced my watch batteries 6 weeks ago and they are already dead! What kind of batteries do they use?! What a waste of money
