Came into the store looking to see what type of battery my watch needed. The store associate took off the back panel of the watch and handed it back to me without taking out the battery. When I asked what I needed to do to get out the battery, she stated, Its called having the proper tools. Following her statement I ended up waiting on a second associate to deal with the watch. This store wasnt as professional as I wouldve thought.

I bought a vintage watch that broke 5 months after purchase, it supposedly needed a battery, then it stopped running again 3 months after that - each time I was charged and forced to wait 6 weeks for repair - and they cracked the pearl dial when they replaced the battery. Then band broke and repair was so horrible my classic beautiful watch is now worthless. I am so frustrated because I took watch to main office on Park Road. I was forced to wait for 25 minutes before I was even seen and there was no one else in the store - forced to wait because I was Black and then they told me that it was the best repair that they could do - the watch cost $2500 used. RECAP - they charged me hundreds for batteries and broke the dial, then ultimately ruined the watch totally with the last repair. If I were you, I wouldnt purchase anything from Brownlee - EVER. I am distraught that my beautiful watch was ruined by the very store that I purchased it from. NEVER AGAIN.

I walked in, how much itd be to remove links from a watch and replace the battery. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely courteous and quick. All told - $12. Ill be bringing my other watches here for new batteries at that price.

Ive taken mine and my wifes jewelry to Brownlee for years for repairs. From small watch repairs to resetting diamonds. They always do exactly what they say, and for the price they say theyll do it for.Very good experience.

BROKE MY WATCH AND TRIED TO CHARGE MEI took my watch in to replace a battery which they broke while doing so. They denied any wrongdoing and said itd require $130 to refurbish. I then took the watch to the mall for a second opinion, and they confirmed whomever tried to replace the battery damaged it, but were able to fix it and replace the battery within 5 minutes and only charged me $10. Not only did Brownlee damage my watch, but tried to charge me $130 for it.
