Horrendous customer service. SCAMMED me out of 50 dollars. If you see this companys advertisement, run away. Absolutely do not use. Will sign you on for an abnormally long contract so you cant escape their awful awful service.

Brink’s security is the worst. Cancelled their service and was charged an additional month. Then charged another fee for a week. They says that they can’t refund on a closed account! BS!! I send them a letter on June 19, they said they received on July 1. Never will use them again in life!! Was going to rate them a “0” but there is no way to do that. By the way I originally purchased from Monitronics not these jerks.

Brinks is so bad

Horrible service; miss pick ups constantly and fail to fix the situation. Awful!

They charge you WAY more for than CPI and ADT for way less product and horrible service. MOST IMPORTATN they ill renew your contract without you knowing and make you pay full term plus a cancelation charge, even though your orgenal contract DID NOT stipulate this. So when you think your rate is supposed to go down after youve paid off your equipment and on Month to Month, they will lock you in at a higher rate without you even knowing. They will then ignore your requests for information from the support office.

Its a work place, they are a security company,they dile with armorcar Sevicer. You arent allowed unless you want to work for them. It is federal government work place. I will surjuest you look somewere eals

Set up pick up.. Wait all day. No contact, dont care at office. Still waiting for pick up. 9:30 hours!!This service sucks for customer service. This is the second time. There will not be a third with BrinksUse anyone else!!
