(And by the way, the quote was far less than other quotes I had received.) His responsiveness and eagerness to help was outstanding. Within a week or so the material was picked up, packaged and shipped to its destination safely. I will definitely use this business again and will definitely tell others about them as well!

My company has been working with Craters & Freighters for a number of years now and its always been a good experience. The crates we need from them are over 50 long and the quality is amazing, no issue of breaking or splitting while loading at all. We usually have a moving target as far as when we need the crate onsite and C&F are very easy to work with in this regard. Their communication is very open, so if there is a potential issue, its handled right away. Very good company to work with. We have used them 2 times in the past couple months. We had the shipments picked up. The driver is friendly and easy to work with. They picked up the shipment within a couple hours. Once the shipment arrived, they built the crates on schedule. We shipped them overseas and they arrived in great shape without any issues. I searched for two months to find a company to pickup my floral cooler from four hours North and have it delivered to my home. 750 lbs. 8x7x3 and no wheels. I cannot recommend Loren of Craters and Freighters highly enough.I needed to ship 140 years of family archives (papers, photos, scrapbooks, etc.) to the UK and was intending to send them by surface, i.e., by sea.Loren quoted a price that was not only one third that of her competitors, but she managed to find a deal that would ship the material by airfreight door-to-door for only ₤50 more!Not only that, surface shipping would have been door-to-port, and I would have had to make my own arrangements to get the pallet delivered to my house.She was prompt and responsive and made what was a fairly intricate process a breeze.All the irreplaceable material arrived in perfect shape in less than a week. In fact, working with Loren, the process was so smooth, seamless and affordable that I am now thinking about shipping more items over that I had planned to just leave in the States.
