I normally don’t do reviews but had seen so many that weren’t good I decided to. I originally set up a delivery appointment online when I received a tracking number. This was definitely a convenient option. We had a window 11-3 and the delivery arrived a few minutes early which is great because we are in Mooresville and traffic is crazy on Fridays. I’m guessing a lot of complaints are because these delivery people are overworked. We had one delivery person for a big table that was over 100 lbs. The box was huge and I would think they needed 2 people. But the woman delivering did a great job on her own. I made a comment to her and she had just delivered a couch on her own too. Point being this isn’t an easy job and these people are probably underpaid. I would definitely use this company again.
Is ZERO stars available for this company? Completely pathetic. Cant complete a delivery. Cant respond to emails. Cant answer phone calls. Cant do anything really, except make you wish that you have never heard of them.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The company is unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Nobody answers the phone line and the corporate office only directs you to call the local office. Again, nobody is answering the phone. We have been expecting to receive a piece of furniture for several weeks with NO communication. Our tracking number indicates out for delivery over a week ago. Still nothing and no way to find out where our merchandise is. If I had known that Overstock was using this company for deliveries again, I would cancel the order, pay a higher price and go with someone else.
I’ve never had more of a problem then I had with this company when I came to delivering a place that. If you see that your order is getting delivered by this company I highly recommend canceling your order. After they lost my $1300 playset Amazon had to re-order and it was placed in the middle of my front yard. 600 lbs just sitting in my front yard in boxes this is almost 2 1/2 months after the original order. When I tried to contact them during my delivery issues I was on hold for over an hour each time. Like I said if you see that your order is being Delivered by this company do yourself a favor and cancel
Ceva was tasked with delivering furniture. Threshold delivery 5 days service level. My shipment sat in the local warehouse for two weeks without them making any attempt to contact me whatsoever. I reached out to the merchant who decided to use Ceva and after multiple emails I got a phone number to call to schedule a delivery. Delivery day, I stay home from work and wait between 9am and 1pm. I receive no email or phone call letting me know my shipment is on the way or any other communication from Ceva. 1pm passes and I call customer service and after a 30 minute wait speak with a agent (very nice polite) who is unable to give me any info other that a driver has been assigned They then offer to call but that of course gets no one on the call who can answer where the shipment is currently. She then offers to email the local warehouse. I would not use nor recommend Ceva to anyone for anything. The customer communication is broken and until fixed they will suffer from a poor customer experience.
The corporate office directs you to the local office which NEVER answers the phone. Always unavailable. Emails go unanswered or response is a month later. Which once again directs you to the non existent telephone line. I still have no idea how to find my vanity or get it delivered. Costco needs to DUMP this freight service. And don’t blame COVID. The BBB complaints go back years.
I had ordered a couch that was set for delivery between 12 and 3pm. Nothing arrived, I attempted to call and was on hold for 45 minutes before I finally had to hang up. At 7 pm I received a call from a driver that he was there to deliver and he was irate that no one was available to accept the delivery, stating he had wasted his time and had a busy day so he was running behind. At no point was I contacted to let me know that he would be running late in addition to being 4 hours late. The window was from 12 to 3, not anytime they want to show up. How unprofessional that they expect people to sit around all day just waiting. I rescheduled the deliver for two days later and the window was from 9 to 1 and yet again, no one showed up. I tried calling Ceva again, was put on hold twice for such lengths that it went to their survey and I was unable to get a resolution. I am not sure if I will end up with this couch or not as I will not be rescheduling the delivery as it seems they have no intention of actually delivering it. Beyond poor customer service and not responsive at all. Avoid at all costs unless you have boundless time to waste waiting.
Let me save you some time: They wont deliver when its scheduled, they dont answer the phone and if youre willing to wait 30-45 minutes to reach someone, they will then give you another local number where nobody answers. Calls disconnect and you cant leave a message. No updates as to where/when packages will be delivered.
Communication impossible. Delivery window 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. with no adjustment day of delivery September 22, 2021. Waited for delivery. Never happened. Driver was to call 1/2 hour before deliver, never called to advise not coming or to explain. 20 - 30 minute wait on hold for a person is come on to speak to me. Just waited on hold for a manager so long that Cevas phone system kicked me off.Alas, the driver just called from the gate (no 30 minute advisory) and delivery is complete - 17 hours after the close of yesterdays delivery window. What an experience.
No Call, No Show on scheduled appointment. Local office never answers the phone and corporate redirects you to local office and hangs up on you. This is a horrible company and I hope suppliers and people like Costco stop using them if they cannot improve their communication and actually become a proper logistics company.
This company has been a nightmare. After letting my headboard sit at their facility for days without movement, the tracking number for my item magically disappeared. I reached out to them and the tracking number magically appeared again. They said it was awaiting scheduling (which they never bothered to initiate) and I scheduled for for the next available which was 3 days later. After giving me a window from 9am-1pm, the day of they were a no show by 2pm. I called and was given the run around and 3 different numbers to contact. When I finally spoke to a live person she was rude and clearly disinterested in locating my delivery. I explained that I had re-arranged my schedule and that I had to go to work by 4:30. She informed me that if they left it at the door, it would be at my own risk and not their responsibility, despite their own tardiness. When the delivery truck finally arrived minutes before me needing to leave, the headboard wasn’t even on the truck. It was on the manifest, but not loaded on the truck. Funny how the tracking number disappeared and now the headboard. I can only wonder if there is someone out there enjoying the furniture I payed for. To add insult to injury, when I called their customer service line back, the lady had the nerve to yell at me and hang up on me. Doesn’t phase me a bit. I’ll call right back.
These men were prompt and have a courtesy call at twenty minutes out. I had a large delivery that was supposed to be left at the end of the driveway but they were kind enough to bring it to the top of the driveway and dolly it to an out of way space. They were friendly, courteous and so kind. Thanks CEVA
If I could give 0 stars I would.... My husband ordered home theatre chairs, a television, and sound bars for our bonus room. It was due to be delivered today. Our delivery was scheduled between 9am-1pm and Ceva was suppose to deliver our merchandise. The delivery driver showed up at 2pm and only had the sound bar and one of the theatre chairs. I immediately contacted the company we ordered the merchandise from and also Ceva. The tracking information said that all of our merchandise was out for delivery, but only 2 out of the four items was delivered. After 4 phone calls to Ceva they dont know where our 70 inch television and other theatre chair is even though the tracking number said it was in there warehouse up until it was suppose to be out for delivery today... Now the tracking number says that all of our merchandise was delivered!!! Where is our 70 inch television and our other theatre chair?!!!! This is an aweful company. I am contacting my Attorney if I dont get some answers right away!!!
This company is the worst of all time! Management is non-existent. DO NOT buy from Overstock.com who uses them. We have had a bed frame scheduled for delivery 4 times with no shows and no explanations why the delivery never arrived. Days off from work wasted - hours of phone tag. Its actually amazing how any company can pull this off. Overstock.com could not even get in touch with their own shipping company, what a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They have contacted me twice for a delivery and I never received it! Now they explain they are unloading it and will contact me again to schedule. Woman I spoke with was very rude.
I will echo many of the reviews written recently. My first bathroom vanity was lost by Ceva, and now the second vanity has been sitting in Charlotte for nearly 2 weeks. The employee I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. Lowes customer service was unable to reach them on 3 separate occasions. If there was a zero star option they would have earned it.
These guys are the worst. After multiple attempts to call after two failed deliveries, they finally answered. A lady then laughed and hung up the phone on me. HUNG UP! I have no idea where my table is. Will I ever get it? TBD....
Unbelievably impossible to contact this location. No access to delivery. Frantic attempts, phone doesn’t work. Website useless. Amazon not helpful. Kayak for grandson in their limbo. Will follow advice to cancel tomorrow if not delivered today.
I do not know if any CEVA personnel read these reviews, but I am at a loss for what to do next. I am more than 2 weeks into trying to get a TV and alot of time and still do not have my delivery that according to Sony is sitting in Charlotte waiting on them to schedule a delivery date. No call from anyone and cannot get through on multiple phone calls and emails to customer service at CEVA and Sony. How can this company be in business without communication?
Awful service. I ordered a rather expensive item from Overstock, and my order was significantly delayed. Therefore, I contacted Ceva. The first time, a woman answered the phone saying she wasnt sure where the package was, and she would call me back. During that call, she repeatedly coughed in my ear. When she didnt return my call, I called back and was unable to reach anyone. I called a third time, and no one answered. The fourth time I called, I got the same woman who said she couldnt locate my package because the warehouse was messy and disorganized. I asked if I could pick it up, and she said, I dont know where the package is, but if we find it, Ill call you. She then tells me, I dont know what to tell you, but she promised to call me back. She never called me, but I contacted Overstock, who attempted to connect with Ceva several times and did not receive an update. Overstock issued a full refund. I will now look to see the carrier being used before ordering a product, and if the business does business with Ceva, I will take my business elsewhere. Ive never seen anything like this.
What a nightmare of a company. So far have had two delivery times in which no one showed up or called. No one answers the phone.
Ordered an item from Overstock in May and still have yet to receive it, due to many forced reschedules on CEVAs end. They lost the original shipment so Overstock had to reorder the item for us, and now we are sitting in limbo again waiting for the second shipment / replacement to be delivered. Its hard to get in contact with anyone at the Charlotte office and they havent provided solutions to our problem when we call to check on our order. Would not recommend.
We ordered an outdoor dining set from Overstock.com that has been out for delivery for 3 days now. (after taking 3 weeks to get a delivery scheduled). When I call CEVA, they couldnt really do anything except connect to the Charlotte office. When I finally got the Charlotte office on the phone, they couldnt do anything except call an agent in California. (???) I asked for the phone number of the Charlotte office the first time I had them on the phone. When I try to call it, it rings until the call disconnects, no one ever answering. I never got through to the local office. Hold times for the main CEVA line are often 30 minutes or more. Email responses took 9 days.***UPDATE: After hours of my own time calling both Overstock and CEVA, I was finally informed my shipment was lost. How you lose a set of patio furniture is beyond me, but needless to say, this company is worthless.
They have my package over 2 wks now. They called me to schedule an appointment for delivery. No show, 2nd time no show again!! Very annoying and unprofessional! Now there saying they can’t locate my 3rd box to be scan in and would call be back to be reschedule for a delivery! OMG
Ceva logistics makes it very difficult to get in contact with a person and does not call back or return emails sent through their online help portal. They deliver partial orders with no real organization to delivering the rest of the order and you’re at their mercy to wait for them to search their warehouse. I would never recommend this company to any other individual or business for their logistics needs.
They claim they tried to make the delivery but nobody was home. 4 people were home and I have cameras. When I pointed it out, they changed the story and said the road was too narrow. The lady on the phone gave me this Friday as a new delivery date and then hung up the phone on me. I had to call back because it was is clear how they are going to make the delivery this Friday, if my driveway is really too narrow. She did not explain even after I called back. By the way, I am not sure if they are trying to deliver my curb-side, residential delivery with a 40 foot truck, but Fedex, UPS and USPS deliver here with no problem. My road is wide enough for any vehicle, and there is space at the end for a normal vehicle to turn around. If they have a 40 foot truck, then they would just have to go back on reverse. Lets see what happen this Friday, not very hopeful considering how unprofessional they have been. Maybe Ill call Costco customer service to see if they can help.Friday update: decided to change my review from 1 to 3 stars because todays driver, Fernando, was great. He delivered the tub despite the fact that he couldnt get in touch with me the whole day because the lady i had spoken to did not update my number as she had said.
My item left Atlanta on 7/20 at 1:53 pm. Im in Charlotte NC. It’s a 4 hour drive. As you can see from the picture: No available updates from CLT. I’m only receiving an automated message to reschedule my delivery. 1 employee is saying it has arrived, the other can’t locate my item. If you buy online, make sure the store is not using CEVA as a third party. You will never get your item on time. And you’ll be wasting days waiting for your delivery.
One of their trucks (not 50 foot but 30 foot) just rode right THROUGH a stop sign. Yes, without doing our even slowing down, not to mention was definitely going past the speed limit in Arden, NC (aka south Asheville) on Glen bridge Rd (& Old Shoals Rd intersection) DANGEROUS. Good thing the school bus hadnt gone thru yet! smh

Dont get me wrong this furniture looks great and sits great. We were supposed to have the set delivered on a Monday between 11-3. The company shipping our set said someone had to be home to sign for the products or they couldnt leave it (Understandable but aggravating because the only time frame they would give us is 11-3 and my wife and I both work). I was able to get someone to come sit at my house while we were at work that Monday. At 10:30am that morning I get a phone call saying my furniture just arrived to a neighboring City and that the company would be unable to deliver that day. So, they wasted my time and a family members time who had come and sat at my house. We rescheduled for Friday (Good Friday) since I would be home. They told me my furniture would be there from 11-3 that Friday. As 2pm rolled around I still had no furniture or phone call. I began to get nervous so i called the company. The lady who answered looked up my tracking info and assured me my furniture was on the truck and heading to me. At 4pm I still had no furniture and no phone call. I called the company back and conveniently their number has been disconnected and I cant reach a human being. I then called Overstocks customer service line and they inform me the package could arrive between 11am-11pm! Which I had never been told. I also have a 4month old child and do not wish to have someone ringing my doorbell at 11pm! At 8:30 that night I get a phone call from a random deliverer driver asking if I was supposed to receive at package that day. He went on to inform me that the original driver did not have a lift gate on his truck so he decided he wouldnt try to bring it. This driver never even called me! I understand things come up but if you communicate the customer might understand instead of leaving them out in the cold! This driver was nice enough to bring us the package. He arrived at 11:15pm at night! He also dumped about 1qt of oil on our freshly leaned concrete driveway! beyond a terrible experience. Im done with overstock and done with Ceva Logistics shipping. Piss Poor Management!
The absolute worst! Waited weeks and weeks for 2 separate packages and given the the run around when calling. Customer service HORRIBLE. Im to the point I dont want anything from Overstock if they use this delivery company. I will say both delivery people were nice.
After a minth of waiting for my bed Amazon contacted CEVA only n to.be i formed thqt my bes qaa lost in transit. How can that be? There are phone numbers, emails and addresses??? Aftwr reading so many terrible reviews, I am.surlrised that this xompany is still in business. Makes tou winder if the staff is stealing the products Amazon and Overstock need to wisen up.and cut ties with these people ! They can say an item.has been lost in teansit and all Amazon and Oversstock will do.os reimburse their customers...no money lost on CEVAs behalf.
The provide a number to schedule delivery that never gets answered nor has a voice mail. Basically your freight stays in the abyss fort eternity.

Your average logistics business. Staff at this location is pleasant and try to assist with getting shipments delivered in timely manner. But, of course like any other delivery company stuff is sometimes delayed. It happens.

After NUMEROUS calls finally got a EXTREMELY rude lady on the phone that got loud hung up on me and she barely spoke English. I had a delivery appointment with this company. They didnt call, they didnt show up, and their text update feature didnt work. The call center rescheduled me and they called the day of the rescheduled delivery to say that my item was now damaged and I would have to file a claim. Terrible company. Dont get a large item delivered by BJs until they switch shipping companies.
Waited my delivery window and no delivery, no call and the number to the location is disconnected. Where is my package!!??? Called Costco and informed them that something needed to be done and alerted them of all of these horrific reviews on this company. I will never order anything from any establishment that uses this shipping company again!!!!!! Lesson learned!
This is a company that you can trust. I ordered an extremely large and heavy treadmill from amazon. CEVA Logistics (out of Charlotte, NC) delivered the product on time and undamaged. The person who delivered the packaged went the extra mile and helped me get it into my house because it was too heavy for me to move it alone.
Did not show on scheduled delivery date. When the did deliver, box had a large hole in it. Told them that I wanted to inspect it before accepting and was told that they would not wait for me to open it and walked off.
This company branch located in Charlotte, NC has twice booked delivery days and failed to show up. The first time they barely contacted me ahead of time. This time I havent heard a squeak out of them to let me know they were not showing up as their booked appointment stated. Both times I had to make arrangements around my job to be st home to cover the 4 hours of the delivery window they give you -- and they dont show! I understand the predicament of many companies who are having a hard time with shipping schedules because of Covid19. What I dont understand is not making adjustments to still do a professional job, while working around Covid19 caused delays. It is as if the customer exists to serve the delivery service and not the delivery service is here to serve the customer. This isnt called Logistics like their brand refers to. It should be more like, Ceva Gamble Inc. It is a gamble if it will get to you or not on the date they set and a gamble if they follow-up with you if things go wrong. update: For a third time they didn’t show. This time they called in the late morning to cancel. I called Costco to cancel the order after their third and final cancellation. Pitiful people run and work at this company. It is a comedy 😅
Delivery window 11-3 finally showed at 4:30pm. Refused to unload. Finally unloaded 2 boxes but missing 3. Refused to check trailer. I had to climb into truck with no assistance for a petite 5’ 100 lbs lady. I had to go thru the truck to find the order. Horrible discourteous late non responsive service and company
I ordered a recliner and a reclining loveseat for my mom, in an assisted living facility. The chair arrived 5 days early, and was delivered professionally. The very next day I started receiving automated calls that the loveseat was ready for delivery!! (5 weeks early, according to the Costco online expected delivery time) After freaking out, because her new apartment isnt ready for her yet, I started pulling my hair out. Assisted living had nowhere to store it, and delivering to her home would create the need for a second delivery of it in a few weeks. If you dont select a date/time from automated svc, you can opt to speak to a live person. They will refer you to a phone number that will help you. In my case, it was their Corp office customer service in Michigan. THEY called my local office and relayed my situation. The local office then called me. They were VERY polite, and helpful. It helps to be nice, and honest, about your situation. COVID has everyone on edge these days. Its nice to sit on your couch and order things, but think about those people who have to receive, sort, and deliver to everyones home. Wear your mask and be appreciative, please. Every person I spoke with was courteous and went out of their way to help me. Ill update this once I receive the loveseat, but I am expecting this to be a seamless exchange. Leaned my 150lb Amazon order against my mailbox 1/2 mile from my house. Luckily, I was the first person to drive by it. It was also raining.
Customer Service is absolutely terrible! A shipment was scheduled for 8 - 1 on Wednesday, I took time off from work, then they called at 1:00 that day and said Sorry your delivery is white glove needing two people. So they rescheduled for Saturday 8 - 12. Saturday arrives, well no one called, no one showed up, and the tracking they gave me said it was out for delivery. Heres the kicker - The is no way to contact them. Clearly they are open if deliveries are to take place yet every number they list for customer service on works for Monday - Friday. So . . . their customer service is terrible and I would recommend you finding a more reputable carrier!
Ordered an 82” tv from Costco. Give TWO separate delivery appointments. Never showed. Never called. Costco said they are aware of some complaints but from previous reviews it’s obvious they don’t hear all the complaints. Complain people. Ceva sucks.
We ordered a TV from Costco to be delivered to our home address. Ill never purchase anything in the future from Costco that requires delivery from CEVA. We were notified numerous times about the delivery appointment. And by the text messages I received, it looked like there was some intention to verify that I understood the time delivery time was set (see attached image). I left work, arrive before 11:00 and waited until the end of the appointment.The appointment time passed and no contact or delivery. After searching several minutes for a phone number for CEVA, I reached an operator with an accent so thick that I had to have her repeat herself numerous times. She told me that the delivery driver reported that he came to the house at noon. Surprised by her response, I checked my Ring doorbell cam video (see attached image and time stamp) and saw that the driver arrived before the appointment. I received no calls, no texts, no information that the driver planned to arrive prior to the 4 hour appointment window.Now, even more frustrated, I contacted Costco customer service. The representative apologized...explained this was an outside service and rescheduled delivery for several days later. I was not assured by Costco that this would be avoided in the future (will I ever get my TV?). My advice is to avoid any purchases from Costco that require delivery from CEVA.
The forklift driver damaged my van and the supervisor David Vaughn promised to take care of the repair and made me just go on a road, next day I called him about incident and hi just laughed at me,

Can not recommend Ceva for deliveries. I will contact the vendor to stop using them. They cancelled our delivery last minute. They wont set an approximate delivery time so you have to wait all day for them to maybe come. They will only deliver between 11am - 3pm. They wont deliver on weekends.

First of all we called to ask for delivery on Tuesday because my husband would be off work. They said they could do that and they would call us when the shipment came in. Well Monday came with no word from them so my husband called ALL DAY to get some info and the phones were apparently broken - ALL DAY. Every call said it failed. Tuesday he got up and called, and they said they had no record of him calling and asking for Tuesday delivery. Not our fault they dont do their job and take notes. They said they could bring it Wednesday between 10-2. Well, my husband had to work so he has to plan to come home when they call to let him know they will be here in about 30 minutes (hoping they actually call like they said), move all the furniture, and then go BACK to work. Well, its 2:32 and we dont have our furniture. We havent even received a phone call. When my husband called them, yet again, he got a recording saying they were experiencing high call volume. So he called corporate and was told they couldnt reach them either. Seriously?!??!! This company is a joke! Find someone else that knows how to run a business if you ever want to receive what you ordered. Or if you simply need a business that has working phones.
I cannot recommend this company. If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would. I bought my package from Costco, and they used Ceva for delivery, I much rather of picked it up myself than have these people deliver. I scheduled my delivery a week in advance, from 9am to 1pm. At 1 I called Ceva Charlotte and told them I have not recieved my package, the person I spoke with said he will contact the driver and check on an ETA. An hour later its now 2, and I finally get a call back saying the DRIVER has DROPPED my package off at the wrong place. Will be returning to that location to pick it up and will be to my home at 4-5... Will update when my package arrives..UPDATE: package arrived. Driver was rude despite his mistake. We live in an apartment and the delivery states inside the door delivery... we live on the second floor and he REFUSED to take it upstairs. no questions asked even his boss man which I spoke to on the phone told me he wasnt. AFTER Ive waited all afternoon. This is by far the worst company Ive ever delt with. So my package is sitting downstairs.
DRIVERS if you have a Niagara water load with this delivery address it is an error and the load actually delivers in the back in Suite A. Do not bother going into Ceva they will not help you. Again it is Suite A not Suite C.

I placed an order they came me a date. I took off that day only for them to call and say they wasnt going to bring it til Saturday. I had to take off again, Saturday comes they came with so more BS. Mind you the place is only 11mins away from my home. Very unprofessional and the person who called me wont answer or return my phone calls. I have yet to get any information about my furniture 😡😡😡
I scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time and was told they have a specific delivery window (12pm-4pm) and that i had to be present to sign for my package. I took off from work that day. I got an email that morning informing me that my package was out for delivery. No one showed up during that window and when i called the headquarters (the charlotte location wouldnt even answer the phone) they let me know that my package wasnt even in the STATE! It wouldnt be that big of a deal if they would have at least let me know that they wouldnt be able to deliver that day and rescheduled. Instead, they lied and now i have to take another day off work to MAYBE receive my package. Terrible way to do business and if i get a choice i will never use ceva again.
What a joke of a company. I took off of work so they could delivery a tv. After no one showed I called the customer service number and the automated system told me my delivery was in fact scheduled for that day. At 5pm I finally got someone on the phone and they told me they did not receive my tv from the warehouse so they would not be delivering the tv. I asked why no one called me and their response was that it was not at the warehouse. They just keep repeating that like a robot. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers there and to try calling back tomorrow. I have no idea when I’m getting my tv. UNBELIEVABLE

A DRIVER FROM CEVA DROVE STRAIGHT THROUGH A RED LIGHT RIGHT IN FRONT OF US YESTERDAY MORNING. WE CAUGHT UP TO HIM DOWN THE ROAD AND FOUND HE WAS TEXTING AND DRIVING. THESE PEOPLE ARE DANGEROUS!

I will admit the reviews had me very nervous. The driver was friendly, had great communication, and was on time.
This is a warehouse that receives packages to sort, load and deliver to customers. Think UPS and FedEx but we contract out.

I had a delivery scheduled. The night prior received an email of confirmation for delivery the next day. The day of delivery, with a window of 6AM to 6PM I receive no communications. I continue to review status and it does not change to show “out for delivery”. I call the number provided to receive an updated status and the number is NO LONGER IN SERVICE. What kind of company works like this. Zero customer service. Inconsiderate of time. You are a shipping service you of all companies should understand time, consideration of time and proper engagement regarding delivery. This is the worst shipping service I have ever received. Regardless of staffing or environmental conditions do your job. Obviously this organization has no ethics, morals or care for customers. How a company so disorganized, unresponsive can remain in business if a insane. I would NEVER refer this company, nor will I ever work with them again. I will never work with a company that works with them. Their disregard for their customers is appalling. This company doesn’t even deserve the one star review. Writing this for awareness and to save others from the headaches of working with this company. Because this review means nothing to them as they dont care about their end customer or their business representation.
