Anthony, Marcus, and Jarvis with H20 were all phenomenal. They showed up when they said they would and go to work on drying out my house after a water issue. They were thorough with the work, explained every step, and made sure everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!

Everyone on staff was nice and attentive. The initial call was clear and he made sure I completely understood what was needed and walked me through the entire process. Since the pandemic is still prevalent, he asked if I would feel more comfortable communicating via FaceTime in order for him to get a better understanding and view of what happened with the water damage. When the other staff members came out to set up and start the drying; they were both friendly and answered the 50 million questions I had concerning the process and were not annoyed by my questions. They were glad to answer to make sure I knew exactly what they were doing. They were neat and made sure everything was good before they left. I hope I dont have this issue again but, I would definitely call H2O Drying Solutions!

H20 was very helpful during a tough time in my life.After my insurance claim, the owner was very prompt and came out late in the afternoon (7PM) to get things started. I really appreciated that. He was also very patient and answered questions that we had.Being a victim of a house fire isn’t easy but Ms. Antoine and Laura helped me every step of the way. I didn’t have to do much of anything. The associate talked with me within one hour of filing the claim on a Friday night. He followed up routinely and was extremely responsive. He kept I close contact with the mitigation team following the progress. The team members that came into my home to assess, clean up and take care of all aspects of the water damage were extremely professional, timely and communicated well what they were doing and why. I was informed on who was coming and when. They were very friendly and open to questions and provided quidance on the process which enabled me to be proactive in the process. I would. To hesitate to recommend or utilize their service again if needed.

These guys helped me when my water leaked in my closet from my garage. I called a plumbing company first to find the leak and that company never found it but, H20 found it and I was able to start my journey of getting things fixed! Will definitely use them in the future and you should too!

I would recommend H2O Drying Solutions to anyone. My insurance company sent H2O to clean up the water damage cause by a leaking HVAC drain line. Jerrod Spencer & his partner were professional & knew exactly what they were doing. They pulled back the carpet, removed the base boards (which I would have asked them to keep), tact strips, & removed the water logged padding.They also cut the drywall to find the water leak but also cut the drywall to the center of the wall studs so when they install the new drywall there will be no large gaps to fill in.I am confidant they will do a great job when reconstruction begins.

Dewey came out to the house and did a tremendous job he was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I was rescheduled at the last minute by Lauren because someone else had a job come up which I understand however I wouldve appreciated a call a with him asking me if I was OK with rescheduling as opposed to him telling me I had to without even asking if I had planned my day around our appointment.

We were so impressed with this company! Our homeowners insurance connected us to them and I will continue to use them, shall we have any other issues we need taken care of. We spoke with Lorne, first. Who was incredible nice! He got somebody to our house immediately, after we’d told him that we have a seven month old in our home. We were informed that the technician coming to our house was Taylor. Taylor arrived and was also, extremely nice. He doesn’t give you that creepy stranger feeling at all. Each day he had to come to our home, he engaged with our dog and even our seven month old. He was very polite, efficient in his work, explained everything thoroughly, and just an all around friendly guy. We were blown away at the genuine kindness and professionalism we received from this company. I’d recommend them to anyone!

These guys were friendly and prompt in their response. Only issue that I had was a piece of baseboard was left outside and got wet. Luckily I found it behind some patio furniture before it was completely ruined.

All technicians were very knowledgeable and very polite when answering all my concerns. They also cleaned everything up after they were done with the demolition of flooring and ceilings after a pipe overflow upstairs.

Had an AC leak upstairs that went down into the half bath on the first floor. The guys dried out all the water effectively, and ripped out all damaged areas with no problem. In three days all issues were resolved.

Our technician, Dewey, came to remediate a mold issue caused by a leaking water heater. He protected our furniture, and sealed off the room with plastic. He worked hard to remove all the affected wood, drywall and nsulation in the area. Afterward, he treated the affected area and made sure everything was dry, and cleaned up before the job was complete. Dewey was always on time and very courteous. He answered all my questions regarding the mold and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend H2O Drying Solutions.
