If I could give 0 stars then I definitely would. This place is absolutely unprofessional and a waste of time and effort. I don’t know what it is about staffing companies but they really don’t value your time and career goals when helping you find a job. Morgan is the last person that I would ever request help from and I say that with the highest regret. You speak with her on the phone about one of the positions that they have listed on their website and it goes in one ear and out the other. She tells you that she would get back in contact with you and then you never hear anything back from her. The only reason why I never decided to reach back out to her is because I’m tired of reaching out to these staffing companies and they just throw you on the back burner. So no, I would not recommend aerotek to anyone and judging by the other reviews others can say the same.

Financial services is one of their strong suits as they work with only the top companies in the industry, including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, LPL Financial, and many others. Morgan has been a recruiter who prides herself in the success of her clients and is always available to lend a hand or just help with simple questions, whether it be before or after you find a position. She will not quit until the job is done and you are exactly where you want to be. I would highly recommend going through Aerotek in your job search; if you want the expertise, attention to detail, and connections with the big names, look no further.

Months ago, a Mr. Benjamin Scott sent me an email telling me to spend copious amounts of time preparing for a phone screen that he insisted he would call me for the next day at a given time. He did not call at said time, or five minutes later, or ten minutes later. I tried calling the number copied in his email to me. No one picked up. I sent a follow-up email asking if it was possible to reschedule. No response. Job-Seekers, spend your time elsewhere. Randstad, Apex, and Adecco can all do more for you than this flaky joint can.

I had a great experience finding a job through Aerotek, I was contacted by a recruiter who has found my resume that i posted online and after that they had interviews for me on a weekly manner, interviews with really good Architecture companies and for the position and income I requested, I got hired in less than a months time after being contacted which is really fast in my opinion, and after being hired the recruiter kept in-touch with me every once and a while for updates and reviews. If I had known then what I know now! My first experience with this company was a little over a year ago. The (2) male recruiters (wish I could give names so others would be weary) I worked w/on 2 different occasions looked forward to placing me in terms of achieving their bonus or whatever other incentive was due to them. They NEVER called once to see how my experience was at this location. I realized I was given info. about the company which was not true - including my position being a temp to hire position. Before the end of the assignment, I was told to reach back out to them, I did on multiple occasions for about 2 months ... via email as well as phone. Not a single solitary respond back to any one of my messages! Then lo and behold I get a call back from one of them 3 months later! Talking about another assignment, I guess for his next bonus.Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy! The great news... I was introduced to another (better) agency. I hope everyone else has a better experience, but I cannot, in good judgment recommend Aerotek.

I have had such a wonderful experience working with the people at Aerotek since 2011. When I first heard about their services, I was skeptical and scoured the internet looking for reviews. Deciding to take the chance, I called them back and they went on to negotiate a higher salary than I had ever earned up to that point (and they also have a good benefit package). Justin and Matt in Charlotte have helped keep me steadily employed since then and they have always been available to me both when I needed their assistance with finding work and when I was fully employed. Terrible staffing agency I met with a young African American female recruiter there who from the beginning of the interview talked to me in a very condescending manner. It felt more like an interrogation than anything. I myself am an African American male a few years younger than her and the whole interview she continually asked me about my background worrying if I will pass a background check stating she didnt want to go through this whole process just for my past to prohibit me from working somewhere. After her referencing this for a third time I told her I have zero criminal history not even any unpaid tickets or received any tickets in years actually. She replied telling me to this was the time to be very transparent with her implying that I was lying about what I just stated. To continue on with the terrible recruiting she mentioned this one place she could try to get me into but in her words 98 percent chance this warehouse company wouldnt want to hire me because Ive been looking for a job for the past year with no luck yet. The fact that not being able to find a job would hinder you being able to work a menial job you qualify for makes zero sense but thats what she told me. The next day she calls tells me she spoke to the company and for that same reason she stated she claims is why they wouldnt hire me. I honestly doubt she called them and I think she just railroaded through the whole thinking Im some type of felon for whatever her reason may be and didnt want to go through the process even though my resume should clearly show Im no such thing. After calling there a few times no other help of jobs were even brought up or offered. Complete waste of time beyond poor service and experience thats not the type of recruiter you should have working for you period.

My experience was awful! I did a one day assignment,couldnt continue for personal reasons. I emailed, called about my check. Emails never got response and calls never returned. I do understand they have a lot of clients,but so unprofessional. I was told my check was mailed. 2 wks,still NO check. I took my own actions and called payroll myself to at least get another check or track it. I was told my hours were NEVER submitted!!!! WHY was I told it was in the mail?? WHY was I lied to when my recruiter never even put my hours in? And its been now a month and Im still trying to get whats mine....MY money! Im beyond frustrated and aggravated. So unprofessional in every way!! I cant speak for noone elses experience but mine was terrible!!!!

Communications with my recruiter was great at the beginning, but than it stopped. I have reached out several times and there is never a response or feedback. For a company that is based on communications, they are not that good which tells me they do not care helping people found employment.

From day one back in March of 2014 this company has had my back and my best interest.. Jon Moser, Preston Harris and all the staff there have helped me keep it together..I wouldnt have been in Charlotte let alone the company without the help of the two staff members Im proud to call friends thabsk.

I called looking for a job and they seemed like they wanted to help me. The lady told me she would call me Monday but she didnt so I went to the office because I wanted to get signed up and ready to go to work. I met with the lady, she told me she will send me these email so I can get started but didnt. I had call the next day and they said she wasnt in her office (said she might be in the restroom or something) so I left her a voicemail telling her about my new number. She didnt call me back and still hasnt sent me any emails to get started. I call back the next day she still wasnt in her office (She was at the office but not taking any call for some reason). So I called back again to see if I could speak to someone else about the job but I got hanged up on ( I didnt even get to speak). They seem unorganized and I wonder if there is anyone there making sure they do there job.

I contacted Aerotek from a craigslist ad for pipe fitters. I received a phone call within 1 day from Oliver Verdult a recruiter. Oliver was very friendly and asked the right questions and was very detailed concerning the position. He kept me informed during the pre-hire process which went smooth. I have since been hired and still stay in contact with him because he wants to know how I am doing and if theres any thing he can do to ensure my success. He also took the trouble to bring us lunch at the job site...which can be a difficult place to get into. One person answered my phone then transferred me to someone else who wasn’t at the phone and they haven’t called me since.

I have called 3 times in the last week or so. The front desk lady answers and asks what kind of work im looking for and she transfers me but the recruiter never picks up the phone. Ive left 3 messages with 2 different recruiter. I moved from MN not to long ago and worked through aerotek up there. Why would I want your guys help to find a job if your not responsible enough to call back? In MN they were far nicer, more responsible and quicker to help others. I would not recommended going through this location for a job.

If you want a staffing agency to help you with your future career then this not the place. Before I meet with a recruiter, I did some research about the company and most of the reviews were mixed. So I made a judgement call and went in to speak with a representative. The person I spoke with was condescending and I felt she didnt know what she was talking about. So I politely asked to speak with another recruiter in-which he was more helpful but he said he would contact me in a week but it has been 2 month and I have not heard from him since. The funny thing is this was some of the complaints I read that had me skeptical at first but now I see why most people were unhappy with this company.If you open your door to help people look for career opportunities with a solid educational background then do so. It seems that your company practices are flawed and people are complaining about the same issues.

Aerotek saw my resume posted on line, called me about a job, had me come in and do all their paper work, take some computer test...then I found out, the company they told me about didnt exist, After I did some research t was a total fake company and Job. Turns out they did this to get me to sign up with them. I wouldnt every use this company nor work for them, BIG waste of time!

Ill start by saying that all negative reviews are true. I saw the negative reviews before starting and when I saw they require you to work most every weekend, your treated like dirt. If you work for distribution you have a throw away job. You are hired through a temp service Areotek. If you ask about the hours they will lie to you and say 10 hours moday through thursday and 8 hours on friday just ti get you in the door. Once you start you go through training you have a week of classes with a trainer Dan his primary goal is to tap every girl in the plant, he has something to say about every female in the place and is put in a position where he can. Then if thats bad enough your treated like a piece of crap, the silly morning meetings with blowhards that couldnt do the job it they had to. Then comes the kicker if you do something areotek dont like they mess with your paychecks. They are so incompetent that you cannot give them your bank info for fear eveyone will get the info because they have had it happen in the past. Sometimes they pay you so late that you almost get paid a week late if you make them mad they threaten to hold your check. This is tje olny place Ive worked where a union would be good for the place, maybe the union thats trying to get in will straighten them out.

Ive worked for Aerotek in 2 different states. I lived in Virginia and had lost a job. I was close to losing everything. I went into aerotek did all my paperwork and took my drug test, had a job next few days. I stayed with the company as a temp but didnt get hired on due to my backround. Called my recruiter and was placed else where within a few weeks. When i decided to move to Charlotte, no exaggeration, i came on a Wednesdays, went to aerotek and had a interview on friday and started Mon. A year later im fulltime with that company making 18+ an hour. Im black with multiple felonies and misdemeanors. Aerotek changed my life
