I had just been let go for being a threat to one of the leads. I guess being a progressive hard working individual was an offense. I called this Express Location and they were amazing! They had an interview at an amazing place within a couple days! I now love the place I work! And when the place I had just gotten a job at was closed on a Friday, they went out of their way to bring my check to a closer location for me to pick up! They keep me updated on hours needed before I can get hired on at the place Im at now! I seriously owe this place so much!

This place is a disaster. Really unorganized and lacking follow through. I would not recommend them for staffing or employment recruiting. I have been waiting for a call back since May 23rd when my Specialist decided to quit. My file has been pushed around and no one seems to know what is going on. I keep calling to see who my new account specialist will be and no one knows? Who runs a business like this?

Ive gone through a number of staffing agencies since the mid 90s and Latoya Drew at Express Pros has to be one of the best recruiters Ive dealt with. Very professional, friendly and genuine. She called me out of the blue for a position, worked with me through issues getting her my resume, got me the interview with the company without first going into her office, and helped me get the job the afternoon of the interview. I love my new job and think this will last for a long time. I highly recommend Latoya and Express Pros if youre looking for a top notch staffing agency!!!

Lack of professionalism...theres an Agent name Kate that she calls future employees and is very loud on the phone that you can hear the conversation al over the office. Will never go there again

If I were you. I would avoid at all cost. I went to the first south Charlotte location had to take a outdated skills test. Then wait thirty minutes to see my recruiter Debbie. She asked me a few questions. Furthermore I had to spend another thirty minutes filling out paperwork as well as another ten minutes to watch a video about their polices. She sent me a couple emails about some jobs and I never heard back from her again. I tried calling back, leaving several voicemails and emails but still no return. I do make sure that on my account online that I was marked in need of a job and still no call back. So I decided to go to the north Charlotte location and the receptionist Laurel was very nice so nice and respectful, I wish she was my recruiter but anyway I proceeded to go into this location. They made me fill out the same exact paperwork no big deal since it was a different location. I still have to wait another 30 minutes even though I did arrive 15 minutes early and they didnt seem to appear to be anybody in there but 3 people. My recruiter Sally Jolly comes in to come see me, I shouldve known that this is not a good place to look for employment because she did not greet me at all. She proceeds to ask me questions and was very condescending with her questions. I just felt like my recruiter from the north Charlotte office was very rude. I called back to speak to the manager but the manager was not in the office and then he would be giving me a call but unfortunately I never received that call. I honestly think this Company needs to start hiring recruiters that actually care about finding employment for their clients as well as have good customer service .

Express Employment Professionals is dedicated to giving people what they need, as noted in their name, and that is employment. LaToya Drew has been very helpful in this department, as Ive been employed with her for several months now. Her caring and still professional personality have allowed us to build a strong relationship. If searching for work, I would recommend seeing Ms. Drew and allowing her to help you find the employment you need.

Very unprofessional. Receptionist always changing and phone calls are not returned even after calling and informing. Will always say staff is on a interview and will give you a call back with taking name and number and never do. Just yesterday, I spoke with Tracey who informed someone would call at 3pm after calling early in the day and I did not hear from anyone. 4th time. I say they are Very Unprofessional and Lack Customer Service.

I went into the office and was promptly greeted. The staff was wonderful and courteous and moved me through the process quickly. I look forward to working with them and enjoyed the interview process.

Tried putting me in a greenhouse minwage job when I came for a certified forklift position, then had the nerve! to give me attitude. Awful place with Awful people.
