I really think Solution Staffing is the best agency in Charlotte, I started in March of this year, Im still currently there and I have gotten a 2 dollar raise. I would recommend anyone to apply, but you also have to work hard at the job they send you at to get the raise.

They wouldn’t allow my baby sister to be with the family when our oldest sister passed away. They told her that if she didn’t attend class she would have to forfeit employment and begin classes the following month. In the middle of a pandemic who gives that ultimatum? So she had to sit in front of the camera all Friday morning crying all morning. I’m almost certain they won’t let her attend the funeral on Wednesday so she won’t get to say her final goodbyes. She likes the job. But I don’t think that is fair or considerate

TIFFANY NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Will be forwarding our phone conversation to the corporate office. She has 0 customer service and is very nasty. I don’t know how she got a position as a recruiter she needs to be working at the McDonald’s drive through instead with her attitude! Remember Tiffany you have a job because of us job seekers without any applications or applicants you would be at the unemployment line or even looking for a job with a temp agency as well! Humble yourself and straighten up your approach towards people.

I was immediately impressed by the organized manner in which i was greeted and the orderly flow of individuals flowing thru the Solutions Staffing office upon my first arrival. During the registration process the staff were prompt in their response to questions, and in their assistance . Speaking and having a mini orientation with the actually Supervisor also strengthen my feelings as a person that truly mattered to Solutions Staffing personnel as individuals and a potential over-all employer. Staff promptly followed up thru e-mail and telephone concerning the potential assignment, and were polite and informative. Over-all i was completely happy with all aspects of my dealings with Solutions Staffing and the staff members.

I came into the office after hearing about this staffing company from a friend of mine. He told me that they were the nicest and hardworking staffing group hes ever dealt with. So I gave them a shot. Went down to the office and they asked me several questions to get me qualified for a job. They were considerate enough to let me know how far the job was from my house. I was a little reluctant to even go to this staffing firm after seeing the reviews. This staffing company will go above and beyond finding you something in your field. Very unprofessional, rude

Tiffany Lapinsky is very rude and extremely unprofessional. Humble your self lady. Don’t forget you make a living off the people ya put to work. They don’t tell you that they deduct $49 for your background and when you ask they tell you it’s in the employee policies and procedures. Which they do state there will be a deduction but sneakily leave out the price. This was a review long over due but just haven’t had the time to get around to it until now. There’s more I can say but I will leave it as save yourselves for wasting your time here. They don’t have the best interest in their employees or people coming in to apply.

Too cheap to even pay for an entire background check. If theyre too cheap to be like every other job in the nation and be responsible, who knows what else they would be willing to pull. As for the employees themselves, theyll be professional with you until something doesnt go their way. Maybe if they paid attention to the reviews they could fix their barely over 1 star rating, and they could actually afford an office that isnt indicated by a piece of paper taped to a door.

I was living in Columbia, SC and looking for a job in the Charlotte area. I reached out to Solutions Staffing. They set up an interview for me that Friday. The following Monday i received a phone call that I have got the job. If you ever feel that you can do it in this world all on your own, you are sadly mistaken. They looked out for me and the team is awesome. I truly appreciate that.

Its aight!! Never had the job i applied for... That they advertised or the immediate start...they call me in for a job... Says we need 2 drug test... I passed...waited on bkground check... Which i was honest about.. .no charges in 15 years...no call... No response... Lol... Want waste the time and gas again.

These are the most unprofessional incompetent group of women in have seen in my life. They post job listings and then they have you come in fill out paperwork drug test you etc then all of a sudden they cant find an open position. The one job they did find me was terrible. Unpredictable hours since they tell you not to come in half the time last minute or after you get there so you end up working maybe two days a week. Dont waste your time with these people. There are plenty of better Staffing places in Charlotte to have to deal with the lies and b.s. of Solutions Staffing. Tiffany and Corrina are the worst.

I’ll never work for these people ever again and the global cash card pay card they give you, despicable. It takes 3 days for you to collect your pay on it, such slow service. I’m appalled and devasted. Never again

Extremely rude and completely unprofessional. I wasted 2 hrs waiting for them to finish their meeting after they posted an ad for applicants to show up at 9am, I was there at 8:50 and they kept saying we will be right with you every time they had to walk past me while they were laughing and goofing off in their meeting. Why would you tell people to be there at the same time you have a meeting scheduled?!

I just had to worst experience in my adult life with this company and in particularly Tiffany L. I called in to see if they had any 1st shift positions available and this lady proceeded to interrogate me for our entire call about my work experience as if I was lying. She was very rude and I hope not a true reflection of this company.

The rudest people ever. The Adds will tell you that youll get paid one thing, but you get there and they say you much less. Plus they only use people as slaves for a plant job that is Monday-Saturday 7-5:30 or 7(for only two months) just save your time cause I can go on and on.....

You would work for a company for 6months and if that company decides to hire you on - you have to work 580hrs more for the staffing agency releases you .They try to get as much money out of you if they can .Beware money gets missing on your pay check . They did not help the Hispanic, I was to apply and they did not help us on the computer, and they did not ask us if we needed help, I asked for my papers and they better returned the papers, the young Hispanic woman they have there, does not help

It is in a good place easy to locate, it used to be that the parking lot is full all the time, and sometimes there is no parking available
