I received an interest message on Ziprecruiter about an entry-level “no experience” recruiter position, so I submitted my resume. I thought it would be perfect for me to gain experience to learn how staffing operates. On the other hand, I never received a response from this company. It’s been two months now. I even called to speak with the hiring manager. A young lady, stated the hiring manager was in a meeting and she will let me her know after I provided her with my name and telephone number. Still, no response. I had my hopes up working with this company due to me being a recent graduate. I thought this would be a good start.

There has to be a more viable easier way to get i 9 forms and other forms done. No one wants to use thier email for someone elses job, and it doesnt sound safe to other people in the age of internet scams. A piece a paper works best, fastest, and easiest.

I just had the worst experience with a guy name Kenneth. Horrible customer service, and plain out...rude.CCS is good company and provides great pay, to people that know the trade, but please make sure you call the actual jobsite and get the contact info before you report for work. Kenneth sent me out to three different jobsites 40 minutes away from my house which they are not even suppose to do and with no work. The jobsite even said, they dont need temps and were confused on why I was there. Meanwhile, this was during COVID in which every dollar wasted and ever dollar made was important to my family. That just shows the unprofessional qualities Kenneth has.

We completed the vendor packet and lined up with Dustin Farley help for an upcoming job that we had. Our start day was on a Thursday, beginning Monday of that week I emailed Dustin daily confirming the start day Thursday. Everyday he responded confirming. When Thursday arrived no one showed up from CCS Construction Staffing. I immediately called Dustin. Dustin called back stating the person did show up and they were told the person they were looking for wasnt there. An outright lie because the only person on the job site was the person he should have been looking for. Dustin advised that he had no else to send us after I again followed up with him about sending someone to the job. Dustin sent me an email stating:I invite you to reach out to other firms to assist you in your search while we continue to try and line up availability to help you out.Believe it or not I still havent heard back from Dustin. Dustin Farleys title is District Manager.DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO REGARD TO US RELYING ON THEM TO HELP GET OUT JOB DONE.
