Not only was he quick to get me scheduled, he also did an exceptional job cleaning (much better than the previous company we used). We will now be using this company moving forward. QualiCare is a professional, detail-oriented cleaning service. They listened to all of my requests and made sure I was pleased with the cleaning before they left my house. Qualicare has been cleaning my house for the last 7 years. I am very pleased with the service that I get, they are always on time and do a great job cleaning my house and go above and beyond if I need something special done. I have a number of animals and they clean around them and are now our animals favorite visitor due to the fact they interact with them and they know where the treats are kept! QuailCare Maids Home Cleaning is amazing. They clean your base boards, ceiling fans, vacuum stairs, the walls of your bathtubs/shower, all your hard to reach places. They use eco- friendly products. I am most impressed by the excellent work they done in my home with only two people, there was no crew but they did clean our home faster and better than Molly Maids, whom we tried in the past, only to receive a partial superficial cleaning and was told to buy more cleaning time.The cleaners from Qualicare charged one flat fee, no hourly fee, which impressed me because our home did need a little organizing with the pets and children and no time for me to clean with my crazy hours at the job, but I liked their service and work ethic and will continue to use them monthly.

I decided to try Qualicare cleaning after reading their great ads and doing some research on online, to see if they lived up to the hype, because our current cleaning people have been doing a fast cleaning and missing alot of things such as picture frames, baseboards, and blinds, so we had Qualicare cleaning come in today for a trial cleaning to try them out, and these two guys cleaned better than four women, they cleaned all blinds, baseboards, window seals and ledges, vents, top of refrigerator, treated our wood floors, vacuumed under the sofa and chair cushions, wipe down washer and dryer, as well as cleaned all rooms and made the beds, all of this was very impressive to me and my wife and they even asked me and my wife to check everything out after they were done, which also impressed us, but to make a long story short, these people exceeded our cleaning expectations and we will be using them for our bi-weekly cleaning, because of their great work and great communication with me and my wife.

This company cleaned and organized our home today and the organization and cleaning were great and yes they did work hard, but I read a review where some guy was expecting carpet spot cleaning and a deep cleaning for a 1400 square foot home for $125.00 and I think he misunderstood their pricing because Qualicare charged me separate prices for organizing and cleaning and they detailed the services i would receive and they lived up to their work and went above and beyond in both cleaning and organizing of our home so we will be using them to maintain our home now since me and my spouse work and travel frequently, and its true that this company does stay busy because they stay booked up.

We initially sought these guys out for a deep cleaning, such as spot cleaning a handful of carpet stains (eg dog pee) and cleaning tops of dinner chairs where kids eat for a 1400 square foot town home. They said for $125 they would send out multiple people to clean our house, and would do spot cleaning but not the total carpet treatment. They said yes to the other things we requested.What we got was one cleaner, the general manager, who was very nice and respectful, but who simply could not do the work advertised in the amount of time discussed (he worked for 2.5 hours while we were home). He said they just had too many houses to clean that day. He did not sweep or mop under Ottomans, chairs etc., and the sweeping he did was poor. When requested, he would go back over that area, but pointing out that dirt, melted gummys, etc is something we dont like on our hardwoods was frustrating. He also did not properly clean the tops of chairs or couches; not expecting deep cleaning of those, but there were still crumbs and food on the Ottoman when he said he was done.No organizing was done, though that may not have been a part of the agreement. He did seem to work hard at what he was doing, but the expectations that were mutually set were not met. We will have to hire someone else to go back over what he did not do.
