Ordered carpet cleaning from this company on groupon; they ended up taking my voucher, jumped in their van and provided me absolutely no service. they did nothing. they told me they’d clean my couch for an extra $110 when it clearly says on their site it would be only $50 — that was clearly an attempt to pocket money. unprofessional. after calling their SUPERVISOR, here’s the best part, she told me to never contact their company again after knowing what her employees did. they stole my money, they didn’t do nothing. don’t ever order services from them unless you’re willing to be conned. thanks a lot!

I spoke with him on the phone and he gave me a general ball park number of what it would cost and after he came and looked at the house he increased his price as he said could happen on the phone.The responsiveness was great up till they got the payment and then silence.For the services that were performed I am not satisfied in the slightest he missed a closet, the carpets were still dirty and had so much left over debris that for paying a few hundred dollars you would not expect there to be anything left. The proof is in the pictures, I went through with a vacuum because i saw some left over dirt on the carpets and it blows my mind that this wasnt cleaned up during what he said he performed was a deep cleaning. When I raised my complain with them on their website they have decided to ignore me which is why I want to make sure before anyone else choses them they see an honest review.There should NOT be this much dirt in the carpets after a deep clean no matter what how is it that my store bought vacuum was able to pick up more than a professional grade machine?Keep in mind my vacuum was empty before I did the once over on my floors.(the vacuuming was done about 16 hours after the service was done)

This is the second time I’ve used this Carpet cleaning business. I contacted them and they had the availability I was looking for. The guy that came out was professional and did a good job. The only thing I didn’t like was the owner or someone from the company kept going back and forth with me in regards to deep cleaning etc. I only wanted basic an I felt was trying to force a deep cleaning on me that I didn’t need. But overall the service was decent. I’ll probably use them again.

We were all in for booking small businesses until we hired these guys to steam clean our carpets. Not only did they do a pretty bad job at cleaning but they did not extract the water properly causing the baseboards in 2 rooms to swell with water damage the next day.When we reached out to them next day, they not only denied having anything to do with it but also blamed us for secretly damaging our own house and framing them. Ridiculous!Now we are having to spend close to one grand for replacing the damaged baseboards in 2 rooms.I would rate them a negative number of I could.

Jacob worked fast & efficient and left my carpet looking brand new. I was able to pay for the additional services through cashapp which made for an easy transaction.

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT! I bought a five room cleaning from Groupon. He came out and told me that my living room and den counted as two rooms each and told me in no uncertain terms that I should have read the fine print. I have pet stains which I had discussed with them the day before and was told the tech would let me know the cost. It would have been an extra $140 which I declined. I asked if he would just shampoo the carpet he told me no he wouldnt.

Boris was extremely professional.. running a little late which was a concern for us. When he arrived he explained the situation which being in the service industry I understood. Even though he recommended a deep cleaning since our carpets were horrible we still went with a basic cleaning. I will say the basic was great he got a area clean that to be honest I did not see any hope. Wonderful tech and we definitely will have back soon for other projects. Highly recommended.
