Accidentally walked in their office and the guy in the front was extremely rude… cant imagine how he treats his clients….as a contractor who deals with different subs i wouldnt hire someone with that attitude.

Absolutely Fabulous. I brought my two admittedly tragic 9 area rugs to Jason at Carpet Pros for cleaning. I knew going in each were badly damaged/in storage so all I expected was a clean w/protectant. The thing is they both turned out Much Better than Expectedand Im ecstatic!Jason took his time with my rugs; trying many types of processes for my near impossible problems. He tried everything possible to lift out the stains before affecting the colour as agreed. I transported my rugs to and from Carpet Pros for a reduced price. **Highly Recommended if you have expensive Floor Art and you dont know who to entrust them to**
