Ive been getting my hair cut by Francois French for 3-4 years now. He does a great job listening to what you want, as well as offering suggestions on how to switch up your style if you want to try something new. All the other guys there are great as well and theres a strong family vibe as soon as you enter the door.

Im a white boy whos very particular about my white boy fades. Been seeing Francois for a few months now, and wouldnt go anywhere else. Ive never been let down and every time I leave, I feel like a sexy piece of man candy. Also everyone there does good work as well.

Francois “French” Tolliver is an arrogant & pompous dude with no concern for customers & their time. After reading his 10 minute grace period note in Booksy, I phoned him to let him know that I would be less than 10 minutes late. Once I arrived (8 minutes late, AFTER I had spoken with him over the phone as a courtesy) he indicates that he can’t provide me with the a full service haircut. I spoke with hi. 20 minutes before my appointment time & he never mentioned it. I don’t care if he’s a good or bad barber, his attitude makes him unacceptable!

I get my cut here from Francois and it’s always a pleasure. The barbershop is in a great location and walking distance from anything you need. All the barbers are very kind and efficient. You don’t feel out of place here. Definitely worth the drive for me.

Needed a headshave and came here to do so. It was also a school for barbers and had a few students in training. They done a masterful job in giving me my shave .When Im in Greensboro again, I will definitely be back !

In this place you will find family. This is a barber shop like no other Barbers can cut all the types of hair men and women. The shop contains entertainment Barber Kev! Also in this shop you will find braiders and natural hair care.

Called the barber several times to make an appt (Berto) he never calls back. No return calls, doesn’t pick up a phone nor does he text back. I guess he doesn’t want business. Keep treating people this way you will continue to lose business. Business owners shouldn’t get too cocky- If you’re busy pick up the phone and say so.

La Familia is hands down the best barbershop in Charlotte. Francois took his time and hooked me up with a nice fade!!! 5 stars.

Waited for an hour to get a haircut and then got skipped for the barbers boy. The other guy walked past me multiple times and got lunch instead of cutting my hair. Dont recommend unless you want to wait for a long time without service.
