Got a haircut at the Southpark location and I have had better haircuts for 1/3 the price. Upscale experience but I would expect way better results for the price they are charging for a basic haircut and mustache trim. Felt like they started to rush the cut once the customer queue increased.

So I must be naive or acting out of desperation to get my kids hair cut, but I found this barber on Monday and needed to get my kids hair cut. I found out barbers typically do not work on Mondays here in NC, but out of necessity I needed it. So I took the kids down to Northlake to get cut. Anyway to make a long story short, one of the employees cut both my sons. The older one was cut and while I am not hip to styles as such thought the cut could have got away with it. Anyway after finishing I went to the cashier and charged me $48 for both kids. Now I must be living in an alternate universe for kids to be charged that much, but I dealt with it and left. I got home and the Mrs didnt like the older ones haircut, said it needed fade at the sides. And the more I looked I agreed. So called them up and explained and told me to come in. Anyway the same guy performed the fade, and went to the cashier and explained I came in yesterday....she didnt even acknowledge. Str8 $25 charge again. So I reiterated that I was here yesterday, and the barber hollered, its another price sir. Now my blood was boiling at this point but I sucked it up, paid, and the woman asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I told her dont ask me that.....So all in all knowing how the black barber experience is and always should be, there was something devoid of any of that there.....rigidly corporate if u ask me. Substandard cutting and I definitely wont be going back there.Youll only fool me once....worst experience where cutting hair is concerned

My main barber at another shop was booked and I needed a last minute. Eric did a great job. I have had soso experiences at other No Greases but this visit at the Uptown location was on point. He can definitely be my back up barber

Called to see if they had availability, was told 3 barbers were opened, but I couldn’t make an appointment within the hour; I could however walk in. I made an appointment because I didn’t want to wait long once arrive being that my schedule says full. I came 10 minutes before appointment time, all three chairs were full and there were 5-6 people waiting in the back. I waited 10 minutes after my appointment time and wasn’t called back. What is the purpose of all this planning if you’re not going to be punctual. You charge premium rates for cuts but deliver subpar customer service and show little regard for those who make an appointment to utilize their time well.

This company has collaborated with a towing company so anytime you park anywhere near their parking spot you will get your car booted and ticketed. I parked there for less than 3 minutes and I got booted and towed. I called the tow company and they confirmed that the business gets a cut of the fees charged. I could care less about their haircuts and I believe theyre ruining their reputation with every single toe and ticket

I was not impressed by the work or creativity of my barber. I asked for a design even thought my old design was lightly visible; he was unable to follow the old Design and did a horrible job on the new Wide lined line he made in my hair. I gave two stars because my basic cut is nice but my design is just a line with no love put in it.

Ive been coming to this location for almost half a year now. My experience here has been nothing short of spectacular. When you first walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome, a great vibe, and wonderful music. There are many talented people here, though Ive been getting my cut from Tim. This guy is seriously one of the best in Charlotte. I am very particular about my hair so when he first said he could pull off what I wanted, I was a little skeptical. Lets just say he nailed it, and does every single time. Its nice being able to walk around Charlotte and have dozens of people ask you who cuts your hair! I highly recommend No Grease.

When in her chair, you are given the treatment and service a $25 haircut warrants. I will be scheduling future appointmets with her at this still thriving flag ship location.

Ive been going here for almost four years now and I love this place, This is the best shop in Charlotte, great atmosphere, everyone in the shop is really friendly, and my barber Tim always gives me the best cuts.

I have been seeing Dominic for about three years. He does a great job and I highly recommend him.Reason I am giving one star is some of the staff and barbers here are clearly racist towards white people. I have been patronized and harassed on several occasions as soon as I walk in the door.Needless to say my three years with No Grease has come to an end. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went there on April 1st 2016 the one by the Time warner arena..I must say dude Silas messed me up badly I asked for a low fade he gave me a plain low hair cut all the way around. Then he messed up my beard by cutting it to low.. My hair line was un even... Its not worth 25 dollars never will I go back there again....

No grease uptown is by far the best barbershop 💈 in Charlotte, they have a pool table 🎱 to pass time if it’s busy, alcoholic beverages, and a gentleman even cleaned 🧼 my kicks while I was getting my haircut, I could’ve even swore I saw a car 🚙 getting washed and detailed 🤔 I think they do taxes too lol 😂

Some barbers and the manager there are not respectful with Hispanic and caucasian people I noticied while I got my haircut.
