This hip barbershop is spacious and the stylists are fun. My style is buzz cut, which is hard to get wrong. However my coiffed fellow customers came out looking really good.

I went to Arrow in Southend to fix a botched haircut I got from a different barber (which happened to be much more expensive). Troy did an excellent job and has been cutting my hair ever since. I always get a great and consistent haircut for an unbeatable price.

I absolutely LOVE this place. As someone who is relatively new to Charlotte and wanted a no-fuss hair cut, it was difficult to find a hair salon that wasn’t extremely expensive. When I saw that Arrow did women’s hair as well, I decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad I did. Everyone here is very talented and thorough, taking the time to ensure their clients are happy before leaving. Will definitely be back!

I have been a loyal customer since opening. Just as I was on the way to my appointment, I was contacted by corporate who told me not to return. The only information I was given was that someone was uncomfortable with an unknown “comment”. I am shocked because I have given the barbers nothing but praise. I am very disappointed.

Great place. If youre used to paying $35 or more for a haircut, this needs to be your new spot. They offer the same attention and quality, but the its $25. And they give you a beer right off the bat. Michelle is awesome!

I love Arrow! I used to go to the Chapel Hill location as a UNC student, so its nice to see the same product and quality is available here in South End! Great value for your money and staff was very diligent with mask-wearing and other COVID-19 measures.

Very cool spot to get a trim. The stylists know what theyre talking about, but dont make it snooty/protensious. Its also easy to scheduled online. And if youre a beer drinker, theyll have one waiting for you when you walk through the door.
