Lisa was great and haircut looks awesome! However, absolutely ridiculous that they still require masks. I’ll take my business elsewhere until that changes. I’m tempted to go back because Lisa was great but the mask policy has got to go.

EDIT: After showering and seeing how it looks, I think I can say this is probabaly the worst haircut in my life. My brother cut my hair, and it was 10 times better than this. It would be a good haircut, if the stylist listened to what I said.Got my first in store haircut in over a year and was expecting something better. I told the stylist that I just wanted to cut the sides and leave the too long. She cut the sides good but cut the too way too short: I asked her why she was cutting it and she said it was “blending it.” I’m not one to complain, but I was a bit disappointed. Time, and sanitation of the place was very good though.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to a barber and they’ve messed my hair up in some way. This place however, did exactly what every barber shop should be doing. They cut my hair exactly the way I told them to and, it came out amazing!! The place is very clean, the staff are very kind and polite. Also it is just a warm and welcoming place to come to. Definitely will be using them a lot in the future!!

Interesting. Store asks for feedback on every receipt but feedback is not answered, even when specifically requested.Place turned from great to way below average.

Ive been going here for 6+ years. Good stylists. They make notes of your last cut so its easy to get some consistency the next time you come in and dont have the same stylist.

They messed up my hair. I came in to get an inch off from the top and a fade on the side and she blended the top of my hair in with the side and now I dont know If it will even grow the way it usually grows. I do not recommend going there.

I bring my son here frequently. I am rating them four stars because the service there is a hit and miss, depending which hairdresser you get. My son usually gets pretty decent haircuts there, but the one before last was terrible. When I told them to make sure he doesn’t get the same hairdresser as last time, they informed me the lady no longer works there, so it might’ve just been our bad luck.

Tnisha cut my hair, it was very long and she took my very vague description and made it look great! Very friendly and professional. She was very efficient, and covid-safe. Thank you!

Got the worst hair cut till date today. Just returned from the haircut and posted this review. My previous experience was good but today was very bad. Went there around 7.40pm and I was the last customer before they close for the day at 8 PM. Hair cut was nowhere close to what I requested and they dont maintain any profile with our previous request. Very uneven and it looks like they did in a hurry. They didnt even show me the style on the sides with a mirror and I came home to check it. Better go there with regular stylist. I am definitely switching.

Hands down best haircut in town! Leanna & Kennedy always take great care of me! The management and customer service is outstanding. I never go anywhere else, the crew here is worth a further drive if necessary. 6 Stars ; )

Ive been going here for 5 years and legit havent had a bad haircut. If youre going to pay for a cut, spend the extra money and do the MVP. Cut, wash, steam towel and shoulder massage. Worth the extra couple bucks to walk out fresh!

I am a female with really long hair and went in for a trim. The girl at the front was really nice, but my stylist lacked professionalism. She didnt try to engage in conversation or anything. She split my hair unevenly before she cut it and made me stand up to get my haircut. I get that my hair is long, but all it takes is moving the chair up and/or squatting a bit to cut it. I got the MVP but that shampoo massage lasted 2 minutes and the neck massage lasted 20 seconds. The stylist would take the brush and start from my roots to my tips which is NOT how you are supposed to brush long hair. It hurt. The stylist didnt bother blow-drying my hair fully and left me having to leave with wet hair. Its not like it was busy at the time either. I dont think Ill ever come back, sorry.

Im picky about my haircut. Ive been passively searching for a stylist that I like. I finally found one, but thats not why I gave a 5 star rating. Sportclips in my area have all been clean, organized, and have delivered what was promised. This one is just as great.

My favorite hair cut place. All hair stylist are trained and I never had a bad hair cut day. Pricing is resaonable and occasionally I get the massage package. Wait is not bad and with their new check in system u get the uodated list of how many people are before you.

Would work for a basic haircut. Didn’t see the stylist skills during my haircut, maybe it was late as I went before closing or stylist had one of regulars waiting. MVP is just another thing, nothing to state on it.

That free neck trim is a bit confusing, when the people who work there doesnt give you proper info.Im trying to grow long hair, and asked about that free neck trim, the person at the counter is not my stylish, so I dont know what she printed the token, my stylist did a scissors(the ends) for me and charged me 18$.and the first person says sorry I dont know you were asking about neck trim only, that is free only when under the neck with a trimmer, no scissors involved.

Dont want to go anywhere else to get a haircut.Edit: Ive been going here for about 4 years now and for the past few months the quality of my haircuts have been underwhelming and have had many instances of my haircuts not being properly blended, uneven bangs, not getting the style I want. Ive tried many different stylists and all seem to have similar problems. Ill most likely be going somewhere different for my haircuts from now on.

My boyfriend went for a haircut and beard trim while he was in the area and had time between work and school and the girl there cut his entire beard off!! He said 1-1/2 inches off, a trim, and she used a 1 1/2 guard!! Seriously, find somewhere to get a haircut because they apparently can not listen what so ever.

Be ware! If you can avoid it, dont come here!! Really bad service, the stylists dont know what they are doing! Asked for a simple haircut and she screwed up the entire back of my head. Theres big chucks of uneven hair. it was so bad that another hair stylist had to help by trying to fix the it.

Because of my experience at this location tonight i will never go back to sports clips i got to this location about 30 minutes before they closed ads even they got me back they didnt seem to care about what i wanted or how i liked my hair i had to tell the stylist multiple times of i wanted my hair and all i got was ok i felt that i was being rushed out so they could go home not very friendly and i wouldnt recommend this place to friends family nor co workers
