Pricing is VERY high. Higher than a regular salon. They charge $35.00 for styling your hair separate from a relaxer. The price of relaxer should include styling your hair. However,her service was great.

Stylist Aleta is superb. Yrs ago she gave me the best cut that Id ever had. Now...when I need a cut I wait for her. She has yrs of experience & it shows

I got a really bad haircut. She didnt seem interested in cutting it and was awful with thinning shears. I ended up with a hunked up head of hair. I thought I would try one more time. She never showed up for my appointment. I think that was divine intervention. Dont use Jessica. The other ladies in the shop seem to be excellent.

One of the worst hair cuts I ever had. It seems that the stylist was more focused on chatting with out her stylist than in the hair cut.I told her I need a short cut on sides and back and a medium on the top. What I ended up with is a super short all over!Seriously this sucks!

VERY RUDE stylists, I was turned away when they were empty because they said they wouldn’t have time to finish my hair (over 2 hours before close) and told to come back the next day a little earlier (as fast as I could after work). I came today, earlier, and was turned away again. They just don’t want to do a perm, a service they say they offer...I’ve gotten a number of perms and it has never taken that long.

Buyers beware! We used to take my granddaughter here on in a regular basis in the prices for fairly reasonable. We took our 10 year old granddaughter there today and got charged $125. She got a relaxer a trim in style.When I called to find out how could they charge my husband that amount. They told me they they charge for the relaxer, the trim, for the conditioner, the shampoo, the style and the length of her hair. They were way more expensive an a regular beautician.I was okay paying 70 to 80 dollars but $127 for a 10 year old? Im calling corporate first thing Monday morning to let them know displeased I am and they have a loss a custom... Never Again!

WHEN I CALLED BACK TO TELL HER HOW SHE BOTCHED A SIMPLE TAPER HAIR CUT, SHE DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE. I HAD TO CALL THE FRANCHISE OWNER THAT WAS PRESENT AT THE TIME OF THE CRIME. SHE VAGUELY RECALLS THAT I HAD AMPLE HAIR TO HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET THE CUT INTENDED FOR THE STYLE THAT I WANTED. SHE APOLOGIZED THAT SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHY THE HEFFA MESSED UP MY HAIR. THE ONLY SALVATION FOR HAVING HAIR SO SHORT IS TO WEAR MAKEUP. I WANT MY FEMININITY IN A CERTAIN WAY. GRANTED THIS WAS A $15 HAIRCUT, IT WAS VERY ACHIEVABLE BECAUSE THERE IS NOT GUARANTEE THAT IT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE ACCURATELY IF I HAD PAID $45. HOWEVER, FOR ANY PRICE THAT A SIMPLE HAIR CUT COULD BE ACHIEVED SPEAKS VOLUMES FOR THE STYLIST. FOR $15, SHE ALSO JACKED UP HER REPUTATION, THE REPUTATION OF THE SALON SHES IN, AND THE INDUSTRY FOR BUDGET FRIENDLY SALONS THAT CAN ACTUALLY DELIVER QUALITY STYLING. I BELIEVE HER NAME IS LATONYA. SHE IS LIGHT SKINNED WITH LIGHT EYES AND DOMINICAN BLOWN OUT BONE STRAIGHT BLACK HAIR. I WOULD NOT TRUST HER TO TWEEZE A HAIR OFF MY CHIN. THE SALON, YOU CAN TRY. STEER CLEAR OF HER!!!!

Useless. Explained some color doesnt work on certain hair types and she says she doesnt understand. As if im speaking foreighn. Stuck up attitude. I dont understand how this is srill a business.... People are Vetter off not getting advice and reseaeching,because Ive been lied too too many times about how they are capable of doing,all schools much teach differently or the knowledge wasnt fully absorbed. Im just not ever letting anyone touch my hair.

Waited over an hour and 15 minutes on waiting lisist to get a trim, so i started reading reviews, thank you but no thanks u take my business else where, so walked out like a champ.

One of the worst ever experience that one can get. How I wish, there was a possibility of giving it less than a star. The staff here, especially a lady named Markita. She is outright rude to you from the word go.I went for a hair cut today and I was kept waiting for 15 mins without informing or attending me, when I could see the staff roaming around freely without any customers. I literally had to request them to attend me, and then this lady comes and says that she will do a hair cut.I told her that I am just looking to have a basic trim, but she refused to listen to me and without even paying attention, she started chopping my hair.I hv a party to attend tomorrow, and looks like I have to go and buy a cap or something to save myself from embarrassment.After the hair cut, when I told her, that this is not right, she didnt bother to give me any solutions and was rude as usual.I will never suggest anyone to this place.
