Not as quick as I was quoted. Service person was nice but smelled heavily of cigarettes every time we spoke. Six different sales people approached me in ten minutes asking if I needed help. That is too much.

Took my 2017 Accord here for detailing and it now looks exactly like when I bought it. Just over $100 for a full interior detailing and an exterior wash. Im honestly impressed - usually dealerships are higher priced than their competition but this was extremely fair.Thanks Hendrick!

Ive been going here for about 10 years and wouldnt let anyone else touch our cars. I still compare prices because lets face it I like a deal and theyre always neck and neck with even tires being cheaper on my Pilot than the other leading stores. My mom drives all the way from the Coast to have her CRV maintained here because she was so impressed with Justin the rep and Gary the shop foreman. This service department carries that entire dealer hands down. Truth be known they are the only reason I keep buying cars from them. Too bad they cant get the commission from the sales because they deserve it! I truly hope Mr. Hendrick knows what his service department does for this particular dealer.

Always outstanding services. I have been going there for several years now and the customer service is great. Andrea (my customer service rep) is always very accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She stayed after hours just to take care of me. They did a great job on my car and it is running like new. Love this place.

Horrible experience! My daughter brought her CRV in for an airbag recall and within seconds of leaving the dealership an SRS light came on. Brought it back and was told it was for the airbag sensor but it had nothing to do with the work they did. Said working on the airbag had nothing to do with the sensor going bad, just a coincidence! Hit her with a bill for @ $1,000! I called and talked with the service manager and he said to bring it back and they would look at it again. This time I brought it in and they inspected it and once again said it was unrelated to the repair. So theyre telling me that working on the airbag cannot affect the sensor that triggers the airbag within the same system! Really? And its a coincidence that the sensor went out 3 minutes after they worked in the same system? Oh, and to add to their amazing quality work in all of this, for some reason the repair bill estimate then went up to $1,600!Bought two Hondas here but when the lease is up on one in the Spring I wont go near this place. In my opinion youd be better off having your car serviced at the McDonalds drive through...

WORST customer service. I’ve been a Honda customer for over 10 years and have only been getting my Honda serviced at Honda service centers, but sadly my first time at Hendrick Honda will be my last. I told the service rep who received me, Jeff, that I absolutely had to leave by a certain time and needed to at least know what the diagnostic for my engine light was by then. He said ok and sent me into the waiting area. When it came to be the time that I said I needed to leave, I still hadn’t heard from him so I approached him to ask about the status of the diagnostic. He responded by snapping and saying he wasn’t the one I should talk to and pointed in a different direction (all whilelooking down at his phone). Turns out they had known what the diagnostic was because another service rep gave me the report immediately. But because of my time constraint and Jeff’s failure to communicate a customer’s request with his colleagues, I was cornered into a $2,000+ maintenance issue. Obviously, if I had had my time request honored, I would’ve at least had the freedom of choice to decide whether I wanted it to be serviced here or somewhere else (with likely a lower bill on the same fix). Bottom line: if a customer asks you to do something, do it or at least communicate that you can’t and don’t shoo them away. Because of Jeff’s lack of communication, I was cornered into making a big purchase decision. NO customer should ever be put in that situation.

I have been here for service several times. The waiting room is large and comfortable. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and never once tried to push a vehicle service on me and typically get me in and out timely. Im from NY and rarely had such a good experience. My only complaint, or recommendation, for this location is to offer a complimentary car wash for those who would want it. I used to get that in NY, at least. Its easy things like that that help to keep customers coming back. I would recommend this location.👍👍👍👍

Ive been a customer with HH since 2005. I dreaded the service aspect in terms of time yet I understand some work would take longer depending on what you needed to be done. Oil changes years ago took a couple of hours. Yesterday, I was in and out in 30 minutes. The new waiting area is excellent, especially if you can work remotely. Great experience and thanks for expediting what should be an efficient service.

I go to this dealership for my cars service, and thought it would be a good place to get my dads car detailed for Fathers day. It sure wasnt!!! It was a hassle from the beginning. After three phone calls, I scheduled the appointment, with the price quote of $169 for a full detail. I brought the car in. The service guy said $182 because of taxes. I was irritated, but it made sense. I really thought they would do a better job than Autobell (no offense to Autobell but they damaged my dads previous car due to using a cleaner that was too abrasive). I left the car at Hendrick to be cleaned. They called; and, I went to pick it up. When I got there - no paperwork was to be found in the drawer. Several calls were made by the cashier ladies. The service guy was no where to be found. After trying to find him for 15 minutes, he was located in the break room (15 minutes may not sound like a long time, but one person after another came in and out, payed for their cars and left within a reasonable amount of time). Finally, my paperwork made it to the window and the total was almost $200. I was beyond upset at that point. The guy had to be located AGAIN!!!! He gave me lots of song and dance about paperwork is no longer aloud to be left for the cashiers. Now, each service person personally hand delivers the paperwork when you arrive... GOOD LUCK to you if you bring your car here. He said, at least I was on the campus and didnt leave to go home. What in the world????!?!!? So, I guess if your service provider goes home, you are out of luck completely!!!!! WOW!!!! I need an oil change, but this was nonsense!!! Typically, the service person in the bay area gives you a price, and that is the price you pay the cashier. Anyway, he took the paperwork back to his desk and did ultimately price adjust back to the $182. He said it wasnt his fault because the service guys added the extra amount to the bill. I was there for over 30 minutes trying to pick up a car that I was told was ready after a cash wash and clean!!! Unacceptable!!!! A further note regarding the final detail is that my dad was upset because the car was not cleaned on the outside as he hoped. The interior was ok, but the dash wasnt wiped down evenly. In this particular case ... You DO NOT get what you pay for!!!!! Im very disappointed.

May 2020: This was too good not to review them Don Gunn and the maintenance team helped me over the phone in a stranded situation where my keys were locked in the trunk out of town, they were able to help walk me through how to get into the trunk of my 2013 civic hybrid and truly saved the day!!! Over and over again they have shown their customer care and support! Thank you!!We have been using and taking our cars here for over 7 years! Don Gunn has been incredible since day one in taking care of us. We have never been ripped off for the work and prices they have done for us. We will always use them for the life of our cars!

I brought my sons car in to have the radio reset. The tech said he was going to need a starter and proceed with an estimate. He didnt put it on a machine or anything. I then took it someplace else because I was very concerned about the statement he made. The starter, battery, and alternator is fine!!! Something needs to be done about employees making false statements. Never again!!!!

Overpriced and left with more problems than I arrived with. Somehow the oil change package that I purchased with my vehicle means that I only pay $45 a time. Ridiculous. They acted like it was an amazing deal on tires when I was able to get a quote for half the price at my usual shop.I would push my car past this service department. Bye Felicia.

Brothers car was being repaired & they gave him a rental at no cost. Im not saying this will be the same gor every customer, this was just our experience. They car was ready in 3 days vs it going to a shop it could have taken a week or more. Everyone seemed pretty kind. Staff worked perfectly together

Never again trust any Hendricks dealer again,i own a accord and the service advisor Denis has not being honest to me,we have changed brake pads to my accord 3 time in the last 2 years. They keep making noises to find out the the mechanic has never grease the caliper bolts, they get stuck in the edge and where out quickly in months, only used one edge the get stuck and damage the rotor, Denis keep charging me for. Never Hendricks again,...

This is by far the worst service department I have dealt with! Service reps always misquote time it takes to complete job. My time is valuable and I do not have time to sit and wait 2+ hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation.Today I came back for a warranty issue because they didnt have the part on Wednesday. They now told me the part is not in yet and to come back tomorrow. Terrible communication. Get it together.

Minimal interaction with personnel. I only visited to use the drive thru carwash. Its free for Honda owners. No hassle. Only flaw is: machine leaves hard water stains on the windows so you have to windex it down to make the cleanliness of the car stand out.

The guys next door with the used cars are rude and pushy. I just want information and they insisted on running my credit score even when I told them that I dont want that and be reflected on my credit.
