I went today to get a oil pressure switch put on my 05 Dodge Magnum great customer service.

Got my transmission repaired here and great price and Jeffrey was awesome my new transmission is great and taitts had best price than four other mechanics in area, just wanted to say thank you so much my Honda is purring:)

I was pretty disappointed in this shop. I rear ended someone and I took my car here for just an alignment, because they were open on Saturday. He ended up telling me that he did body work and can fix my car. I agreed, even having doubts in my mind about my decision. They bought a new hood, bumper, fender, headlight etc....2 weeks later they say my car is finished. As I drive my car away I realized that they never did the alignment that I not only originally asked for, but insurance estimate also listed. My steering wheel was still sideways. Took it back, fixed it then noticed my paint wasnt blended. Insurance estimate paid for blending that I didnt receive. When I called to confront them the response was, bring it back, Ill do it right. Why didnt you do it right the first time? Ill never got back to this shop.

I took my cars to them faithfully bc I thought they were good people. The prices are cheap for sure but the reason why is bc they lie about getting new parts... & they take short cuts. I had a ford explorer that I took to them faithfully. The last time I took it to them for a leak in my radiator hose... the charged me for a new hose and the labor however the mechanic filled my old hose with sealant..... the sealant then leaked to my thermostat causing my truck to overheat... I ended up paying over 500 to have it fixed the correct way. So just beware, if you feel like its too good to be true it is.

This place is a joke! The hours are clearly not right. The owner is not knowledgeable when it comes to keeping the customer informed about their vehicle. The only thing that may be right is the mechanics that do the work.
