My name is joe the owner of Danny motors and Charlotte auto import I normally don’t write reviews much but today I had a great experience at Adesa charlotte one of the cars we bought didn’t have enough pictures on the CR so I wasn’t sure if I want to keep it but joe the GM came out himself to inspect it for me and he was very helpful also billy the arb manger was there to help as well I really appreciate you guys

To the dealers who have problems with non dealers who are looking for a car that’s nice and affordable you should be using your COMPANY FUNDS to purchase and not try to buy cheap cars that most likely got repossessed and the debtor STILL HAS TO PAY FOR A CAR THAT YOU CAN BUY FOR A DOLLAR THEN SELL FOR 10,000 or more lol... to the ppl that sees this purchase you a right to sell and buy you can also get info on the person/s who STILL OWNS THE TITLE and work a deal out with THEM AND THIER LOANER.

Great place to find a good used car at a good affordable price but you must have a dealership license to purchase

Be aware of the programs that they have specially Adesa Assurance where they charge you for the every car you buy. This program is just a rip off and youre only paying an extra fee on top of the high fees they charge.

Terrible customer service here for sure. Called the title clerk Wendy to fix some title work and instead of doing her job she will make excuses. Very bad when you contribute to paying these peoples salary. We buy a lot of cars and to have an employee give little to no help is very frustrating. Wish there was a no star option from google.

The security gaurd there was very very helpful....I got there about 8 pm expecting the car to start...no chance... however the gaurd actually pulled jumper cables out of his own car to help me and was very courteous!!! Thanks

I love this place

Literally the worst place I have ever been to. I never write a review but my experience here was so bad I just had to. I had an appointment at 10, they werent busy at all but yet it took them an hour and 30 mins just to take my license. My car was trashed parts of engine (the plastic covers) were ripped off and shoved in my trunk. I had stuff in my car that wasnt even mine. I had special things in my car from my grandfather (who had just recently passed away) that they through away. If i could give them 0 stars I would. Also management sucks, after calling all day I finally got to talk with someone. They were rude and talked over me the whole time. Never let me get but 2 words in before I got so frustrated I hung up. Im currently in business school and I cant believe how horribly this business is run.

I dont understand why anyone would use this company. Overcharged me for a key that didnt work, then told me it wasnt their problem. Also charged a detailing fee but the car was covered in dirt inside and out. Stickers were all over the windows and they wrote on the windows with some oil/chalky mixture that I still havent been able to remove. Also Im pretty sure they wash their cars with sandpaper. Stay away

Scam artists. Reported fraud and GM told me even though he didnt read terms and conditions he understood them to read it was my responsibility. Garbage.

Took forever to find 1 Car! Killed Nearly two hours trying to find a ford I was picking up. The guy who helps people find cars doesn’t know where half the cars are located. Dispointment.

These people never know what is going on. NEVER! It takes an act of Congress to get the vehicle you paid for out. Absolutely ridiculous the way this place is ran...

Don’t let your vehicle end up here! You get sent around in circles and have to jump through hoops to ever recover your vehicle. You get transferred from one line to another and eventually get sent to voicemail. Don’t bother leaving a message though because they won’t even call you back. When you finally get an appointment set up, you wait forever to be taken to your vehicle. When you finally get taken back, your vehicle will probably be trashed and have damage done to it but what do they care, it’s cars being auctioned off so they don’t care about the fact that the damage causes it to sell for less which in turn comes back to bite the person who financed it to begin with. Make sure to take pictures and file a damage claim even though it probably won’t help because crooks know how to protect themselves.So I repeat, don’t let your car come here. If it’s up for repossession, take your car and drive it into the nearest lake or set it on fire. Fraud is easier to deal with than these people.

Large parking lot here. Can get very busy on wednesdays during auctions but there is always room. This place is pretty calm every other day. If you are a dealer and plan on buying consider just using public transportation to get here and drive home, I promise it will make the day smoother here. Most of the staff here are ok but there are a few smart a$$=$ here that causes the loss of 1 star.

Great place to aquire a car (if youre a dealer).

Need to hire competent people that can handle a one simple task they had to do and could not perform that ONE TASK to place a title on an overnight letter. Took the time to mail the PDF file label, envelope needed and follow up with three calls. Just terrible service.

I would say if your in the general managers pockets this is a great auction for you. Will never go back.

DO NOT ALLOW UR VEHICLE TO END UP HERE!!! My husband pick up our car yesterday and a number of my personal belongs were gone, a piece from my gear shift gone, and our battery had been disconnected or taken out, either way it wasnt connected back fully. And the sad part is, its ur word against theirs of what was in vehicle and the condition. SMH... # LESSONLEARNED

Soooooo slooooooww. This place takes FOREVER to get your car. They put you in a room for at least an hour and forget about you. You then ask them if they might be able to speed it up because you have somewhere to be they get an attitude. They damaged the car, threw away our stuff. They even threw away the owners manual!! Very rude. Very poor customer service.

I don’t know how many times I have to keep calling this place to talk to someone about scheduling appointments and NOW I’m calling because I am missing a NUMBER of personal things from my car and they trashed my car stuff all over my floor as if they was gonna throw it away when it was on hold because I was coming to get it. When I did my first check of my car there was my debit card on my driver side seat which btw I don’t even use the account cause it’s closed. If I cannot get in touch with someone soon. I will file a police report!

Ive bought many cars here. But way too many problems to ever get anything sold. Ive give up on these guys after 3 unsuccessful weeks of never getting my vehicles online. You will have to keep reminding people to get things done. People are nice, but it doesnt mean anything when nothing gets done. Mobile app is difficult to navigate and filter your search. Faster on desktop @ my dealership, making my LG tablet and smart phone useless when working from home. Too much competition to make these fumbles. MUCH better luck @ Manheim Statesville (never had a problem). I would return to buy cars, but no interest in trying to let them sell anything for me.

If this was the last auction too buy cars I would sale shoes lol. FYI you need too get into Joes pocket too get what you need. My father and I where top buyers for years when they had no business. He forgot the guys that got him there. And your rent a cop you have there man he thinks he is the CEO. You go Joe you won. You happy. Sure Brent is he will not even speak too me. Sure thats because he is sick of being your assistant.
